NO justice for Justine Damond: ‘She did what any woman would do, go to the police’, Muslim cop who shot her dead still refuses to talk

251

‘If she can be shot, anybody can be shot,’ Ms Damond’s sister-in-law Katrina Rusczcyk said.

Back in July, defenseless and wearing her pajamas, Justine Damond (pictured) was shot to death, point blank range, by a Muslim Somali police officer near her Minnesota home. No feminazis taking to the streets on behalf of an innocent, pajama-clad woman shot in cold blood by a Muslim. No “Women’s marches” for Justine. No Linda Sarsour cows on parade. No leftist treasonous goons who engage in violence, chaos and destruction when a black man tries to kill a cop and the cop defends himself (Ferguson, Baltimore).

Six months later, the Muslim cop who shot Justine Damond has not been charged, and the police department remains mum on her murder. The Minneapolis Muslim police officer who fatally shot a woman who called 911 for help has refused to be interviewed by authorities investigating the shooting,

The American media has been as silent as the Minneapolis police and Minneapolis mayor Betsey Hodges (who celebrated the murdering Muslim cop), but the Australian press (Damond was Australian) is demanding answers and rightly so. Before the cop was identified as a Muslim, the reports were all of over the left-wing sites. Cop shoots unarmed woman multiple times! Since Noor was named, all’s quiet on the Western front.

They are hoping we’ll forget like the savages they are.

Defenseless and wearing her pyjamas, Australian Justine Damond, 40, was fatally shot by an American police officer near her home on July 15.

Set to be married in August to her American fiance Donald, Don, Damond, her family told Australian Story they didn’t think they would be touched by the gun culture.

Ms Damond’s fiance was away on work when she heard someone in extreme distress prompting her to call the police once, then again eight minutes later after no one turned up.

‘She did what any Aussie woman would do, go to the police,’ John Ruszcyk told Australian Story.

‘They were rookie cops. They didn’t have dash cams on, body cams on.’

Born to Mr Ruszcyk, an English teacher from America, and Margaret, an Australian nurse, Ms Damond lived a peaceful life ‘inspiring others’ with a strong love for helping animals.

Described as ‘a wonderful little girl, verbal and very determined’ Ms Damond was a student with straight As who loved playing with her brother, Jason, on Sydney’s northern beaches.

Ms Damond’s family said she wanted to save everyone from pain and hurt, to save animals and to save her mother, who later died of cancer.

‘Justine was someone who only ate organic, she watched everything she ever put into her body,’ family spokesperson Tom Hyder told News Corp in July.

‘It was such a paradox in the way that she died,’ Ms Rusczcyk said.

‘She lived her life as a peaceful person inspiring others.

‘We are determined to make sure Justine’s death is not in vain.’

When Ms Damond moved back to Australia, she began teaching neuroscience and how meditation could control the body.

Her soon-to-be stepson Zach was reportedly also not at the home at the time, but returned on Sunday to discover the crime scene.

‘My mum is dead, I’m so done with all this violence … America sucks, these cops need to get trained differently,’ Zach said on a video he shared to social media after the shooting.

Months on, her family is still searching for answers.

Ms Damond’s family enlisted lawyer Robert Bennett to fight the civil case and win justice for Justine.

‘Somebody took my daughters life for no reason and I think that’s a crime,’ Mr Ruszcyk said.

‘And I’d like to see him in court.’

    she made 3 mistakes.
    1) she lived in Left/liberal run city/town.
    2) she dared call police with muslim policeman who hates infidels especially women who he considers hores.
    3) How dare she make a muslim master do what she wants
    done ?

And Left/Liberal pro-jihadis think the jihadi is right because its cultural thing. She probably was one of the left/.Liberal pro-jihadi herself like these http://bit.ly/2uHm0YC

so she must enjoy the New cultural thing ! And conservatives are too busy with jobs , sports , barbeque parties to protest the injustice !

There is such a thing as contempt of court, perhaps the mighty minds of the legal system could take a look at how to deal with hostile witnesses, then do so. Siting in jail for a few years would assist in getting the facts out of him. A civil lawsuit for the loss of a family member with appropriately high financial penalties against the city and the individual might be a good place to start.

I hope the family and friends of the victim follow your advice and sue the police, the city and the despicable, repugnant piece of $h!t in uniform.

Minnesota does not have a justice system, it has a putrid, corrupt, abusive legal system. It stinks from top to bottom, and all the way to its rotten core. I have nothing good to say about that once beautiful state. The progressive education system has turned the people of Minnesota into self loathing morons who think they are the smartest folks around. They are so smart that they have ruined their own home. The idiots up there have voted themselves into a slaughterhouse. Losing an innocent life just so you a-holes can feel good about handing law enforcement jobs to Mohammedan immigrants, is unforgivable. Sucking up to your enemies gets innocent people killed, you stupid progressive jerks.

well, it seems that most inhabitants of Minnesota have Swedish ancestry and when you see the situation in Sweden and the utter stupidity of the powers that be there, it is not surprising that this repugnant “hijo de puta” (mamzer, bastard, son of of a whore*) cop is enjoying all kinds of privileges, but even more repugnant are the powers that be in that dhimmi state ruled by fools.
        All the best to you,
        Daniel

*P.S.maybe I owe an apology to the “working girls” who are forced to do this line of work because of financial necessity or any other kind of duress…most hookers would feel ashamed to have a son like this p.o.s.

        • Mahou Shoujo

You can take the swede out of sweden, but you can’t take the stupidity out of the swede.

          • Jennifer Katz

            very true!
My wife Jennifer and I share the same computer and now my disqus account has disappeared and she is now the one commenting and responding! Well, never mind…we agree that this shooting to kill and the protection given to this repugnant individual is a total disgrace…
All the best to you from both of us and from our good friend Exu.

    • Toledo Steel

      Why don’t you?
The People are the power in America, our Right to correct the injustices, just like our forefathers. It is spelled out in the Constitution and defined, clearly, in the Federalist Papers.

      • garry pollack

no! the State! needs to do this!

        • Toledo Steel

Did you wet your panties typing that?
American citizens have a duty to protect their selves, towns, states and country.
Americans are the power, read the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Although, the anti-American communist democrats do teach that those documents mean nothing today. I guess you believe them, p u s s y.

      • mztore

Not any more, people do NOT have the power. Why do you think he (unnamed) is still on the force, and the politicians have done nothing about it.

        • Dorrie

Stories like that are why I carry concealed.

          • mztore

Wish I still could, but arthur has taken most of the strength in my hands these past few years. I say good for you. My boys do also.

        • Toledo Steel

You are wrong. You mean the cowardly people are not the power. The Constitution has not changed, people changed. Communism has blinded many Americans and you.
“the security of a free state”. Remember that? The Federalist Papers define it clearly and succinctly. American citizens have a duty to control government and criminals.
Only cowards back down because they are afraid to lose their ‘stuff’. You have become one of the uneducated cowards, evidently.

          • mztore

You are right in one way, but the “people” have not their right. They are not doing their duty and taking control of the government….that is why I say the “people” don’t have the power….they gave it up.

          • Toledo Steel

Yes, I understand. They have abrogated their power.

  • AlgorithmicAnalyst

Should never have been hired (or let into the country). A police officer has to have a very stable temperament capable of handling lethal force responsibly. And extreme vetting should have prevented him from coming into the country in the first place.

    • mztore

and people wonder why the ‘cops’ are no longer trusted. If there was ever a problem here, they are the last ones I’d call.

  • SNOWDIN

No mudscum / mudlime should in no capacity be serving in either the police force or the military in any westernized city anywhere in the world. Especially the United States. This mudscum gutter Trash should be taken out and shot in the head for the cold blooded murder he committed on this innocent woman.

    • Toledo Steel

You would think the police, had they any guts, would have done that already.

      • mztore

But, but, but, the mayor likes him.sarcasm off now

  • SNOWDIN

Nadal Hassan (The Fort Hood Murderer) is another rteason why these ingrates from the 3rd century should not be serving in either the Police Force or the Military. We have enough problems with Treasonous Traitors Like Berghdahl and his mudscum/ mudslime father.

Just one more case of work place violence!!!

  • Toledo Steel

You see the muslim POS with gloves on his hands so he does not soil himself by shaking the hand of an infidel.
Until Americans grow some balls and stop trying to get in bed with the muslim savages and treat them as the cancer they are, this will continue. THIS SITUATION with Justine, where the police and city remain silent, is cowardice. The cowardice that keeps Americans from confronting muslim savages, the welfare parasites, the communists and the illegal aliens.
COWARDICE has driven the United States to where she is today. American citizens, either stand up or shut up.

    • garry pollack

like Fuhrer Merkel our leaders need the boot & ones who see the situation more correctly… & less politically correctly need to replace them… Looking forward to the day when cops shoot a muslima & there is just this defeaning silence!

    • Dorrie

      HEAR HEAR!

    • mztore

Many years ago, while sick, had to go the the only available doctor, and he was a mudslime. Never listened to what I had to say about how I felt, never even listened to my lungs didn’t give even a prescription and sent me on the way. Long story short, several weeks later (still ill) my husband drove me 350 miles to the old family doctor who said it was bronchitis…. NEVER TOUCH A FEMALE THAT ISN’T THEIR WIFE? that’s a lie. Look at all the ones that are raped.

  • chris VN

This POS silence is an admission of his guilt, imagine if it had been a white cop shooting a black woman???

    • CreoleGumbo

Sharpton and Jackson would have set up a riot. But White people don’t riot.

      • garry pollack

We R just simmering now… eventually we will blow! The first step is just that the kinda conversations & the kinda things we R saying R becoming acceptable. People don’t call me a racist for these opinions, anymore & it takes a long time for a Jew to make this kind of change…

      • Dorrie

        Perhaps it’s time they do!

  • VoiceInDesert

“O LORD, how long shall I cry,
    And You will not hear?
Even cry out to You, “Violence!”
    And You will not save.
Why do You show me iniquity,
And cause me to see trouble?
    For plundering and violence are before me;
There is strife, and contention arises.
    Therefore the law is powerless,
    And justice never goes forth.
    For the wicked surround the righteous;
    Therefore perverse judgment proceeds”
    (Habakkuk 1:2-4 NKJV).

Isn’t this an accurate description of today’s “justice”?
There is no justice in sharia.

    • Achmed

You struck the nail on the head, VoiceinDesert. Although Habakkuk is considered one of the “minor” profits, his inspired words always seem to ring true.

  • Covfefeghost

    Strange isnt it?
Lets see if a rabid black or moslem criminal thug is shot by a white cop defending himself. The internet, msm, blacks, moslems and leftards go in a tizzy, the cop is immediately fired, arrested, and smeared, while his family gets death threats. Riots ensue, police are smeared, whites are blamed, and slandered.
Now here we have a black moslem cop, who in cold, unprevoked blood, murdered a innocent white woman. Nothing happens. Media goes silent, blacks dont make a peep, libtards silent. Am i the only one seeing the double standard here?!

    • garry pollack

I M a Jew… We know all about double standards! U can never do anything right… they can never do anything wrong! In France it is the same story w/Halimi… who???

  • dhd123

This is some crap, to me, it does not matter if Noor was Joe Smith. What matters is the fact that this officer violated protocol, big time. The cops arrived at the address, neither gets out of the car to talk to the caller, instead, they pulled up and sat in the police car and Noor pulled his weapon and took it off safe and while still sitting on the passenger side, shot her through the driver’s side window not only shooting the woman but also endangering his partner. If his partner would have leaned forward, he would be the one dead. Noor should be charged with Involuntary Manslaughter.
    Minnesota Involuntary Manslaughter Law
Involuntary manslaughter is causing a person’s death by your own reckless or grossly negligent actions. In this type of manslaughter, it’s the disregard for the safety of others or risk of death that makes the actions criminal, rather than any intent to harm the victim. Minnesota also views these accidental deaths as criminal, but doesn’t penalize the crime as severely as an intentional killing.
    http://statelaws.findlaw.com/minnesota-law/minnesota-involuntary-manslaughter-law.html

    • Achmed

It was NOT (special emphasis added) “involuntary”. It was deliberate. Charge should be either “manslaughter” or “Murder II”, as there was no premeditation. Pulling one’s sidearm, aiming and discharging it, could not be conceived as “involuntary”. Noor’s actions were not grossly negligent, they were intentional.

      • dhd123

So you are saying that Noor went there to kill someone? Naw, This is a case of a cop being scared stupid of an ambush and overreacting and breaking protocol. They should not have drove into the alley, instead, they should have parked across the street exited the vehicle and looked for the 911 caller.

        • Achmed

Hi, dhd1123. NO (special emphasis added), at that point it would have been premeditated. Therefore, the charge would be Murder I. There, obviously, was no premeditation, however, to call this “involuntary” is beyond the pale. Noor drew his sidearm. Noor fired his sidearm. That was not “involuntary”. Pistols do not discharge themselves.

          • dhd123

I was going by Minnesota law, each state has their own laws and definitions.
“Involuntary manslaughter is causing a person’s death by your own reckless or grossly negligent actions. In this type of manslaughter, it’s the disregard for the safety of others or risk of death that makes the actions criminal, rather than any intent to harm the victim. Minnesota also views these accidental deaths as criminal, but doesn’t penalize the crime as severely as an intentional killing.

Involuntary manslaughter in Minnesota is called manslaughter in the second degree. In addition, there are two types of criminal vehicular homicide, one for humans and another for unborn fetuses. All of these are below the intentional homicide crimes of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and voluntary manslaughter. Vehicular homicide is prohibited to address negligent driving, such as drunk driving or texting and driving.”

            involuntary manslaughter = Man 2

          • Dorrie

NO! It was NOT involuntary!! He had his firearm drawn and in his hand and fired ACROSS his partner thru the opposite window! His intention was MURDER – P E R I O D!

          • dhd123

            READ Minnesota law!

          • IzlamIsTyranny

Do you think the police officer in question will even be charged w/involuntary manslaughter? Or more to the point, anything at all?

          • dhd123

We will see but their grand jury didn’t indict the last cop either

          • Toledo Steel

Funny. I cannot find your patch.

          • dhd123
          • Toledo Steel

So, you are a cannon cocker. That ‘airborne’ rocker seems a little odd, then.
My unit no longer exists, yet, the patches are still on all the usual listing sites.

          • IzlamIsTyranny

An airborne artillery unit? What do they fire? 75mm pack howitzers?

          • dhd123

3rd Battalion 8th Field Artillery Regiment under 18th Airborne Corps Artillery has been disbanded(no longer exists).

“On 16 September 1978, Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, XVIII Airborne Corps Artillery was reorganized and redesignated as Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 18th Field Artillery Brigade. The 3 battalions of the Brigade turned in their M114 Howitzers and received the M198 Howitzers. On 16 April 1984, B Battery (Target Acquisition), 26th Field Artillery Regiment joined the Brigade bringing with it the new AN/TPQ-36 Radar.

In March 1987, under the Army of Excellence initiative, Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, XVIII Airborne Corps Artillery was reconstituted and activated as a separate unit from 18th Field Artillery Brigade. Assigned to it was the 18th Field Artillery Brigade and the 1st Field Artillery Detachment (Target Acquisition). In March 1988, the organization of XVIII Corps Artillery was completed when the 3rd Battalion, 27th Field Artillery Regiment was activated as part of the 18th Field Artillery Brigade to provide the Corps with Long Range Multiple Launch Rocket System fires.
By 2000, the 18th Field Artillery Brigade was the only airborne general support field artillery brigade in the United States Army. The mission of the Brigade was to deploy designated artillery packages via parachute assault, air land, or over the shore to deliver conventional cannon, rocket, and missile fires in support of XVIII Corps world wide combat operations and crises response contingency missions.
The unit was reorganized and redesignated on 16 June 2007 as Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 18th Fires Brigade. Also in 2007, XVIII Corps Artillery was inactivated and the 18th Fires Brigade was reassigned directly to XVIII Corps. As part of the reorganization, the 1st Battalion, 377th Field Artillery was reassigned to the 17th Fires Brigade, I Corps, while the unit also activated the 188th Brigade Support Battalion and the 206th Signal Company. A brigade level target acquisition battery, D Battery, 26th Field Artillery, was also assigned. On 16 July 2008, the 18th Fires Brigade fell under 82nd Airborne Division for training and readiness, though it remained technically subordinate to XVIII Corps.”
[The 3rd Battalion, 8th Field Artillery Regiment served as a reserve unit in the 81st Infantry Division at Macon, Georgia from 1959 – 1965. Activated in the Regular Army from 1983 – 1996, the battalion deployed to Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm with the 18th Field Artillery Brigade.]

          • Toledo Steel

So, you are claiming you jump out of airplanes with a cannon (or rocket) in your arms. The whole ‘airborne’ is a laugh. But, stateside units like to give out useless ribbons, braids and rockers anyway.

          • dhd123

Totally see that you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Ever been to Saudi Arabia? Iraq? Kuwait? Germany? I have. Ever had Artillery lobbed at you? I have. Ever saw a mess called the highway of death, I have.

          • IzlamIsTyranny

I think the US Airborne units that dropped on France in ’44’ had 75mm howitzers air-dropped w/them. How they managed to get rounds for them I don’t know, maybe those were air-dropped separately.

          • Dorrie

            READ THE CONSTITUTION!!

          • dhd123

Minnesota’s? Because the charges would be STATE charges not FEDERAL

          • Toledo Steel

See how the cowardice effects people’s reason?

          • Achmed

“Involuntary manslaughter is causing a person’s death by your own reckless or grossly negligent actions. In this type of manslaughter, it’s the disregard for the safety of others or risk of death that makes the actions criminal, rather than any intent to harm the victim.”
Running a stop sign and killing someone is involuntary manslaughter. Please look at your definition … the act of Noor was not negligent. It was intentional.
Obviously, there was no premeditation, so Murder I cannot be charged. The charge should be either Murder II or Manslaughter. Pulling a side arm and firing it at an unarmed human being is not “reckless” or “grossly negligent”. It is intentional.

          • IzlamIsTyranny

Wouldn’t the involuntary manslaughter charge depend on how many times the muslum fired his weapon? I can see how it might be involuntary if you fired once, but wouldn’t multiple shots constitute a voluntary act?

          • Achmed

Discharging a firearm, unless it somehow “fell” out of his service holster, dropped on the seat and discharged … then, it might be gross negligence. Whether one pulls a trigger once, or multiple times, how does one shot become “negligent” and two become “willful”?

          • IzlamIsTyranny

LOL, that’s why I was asking. But wouldn’t it be pretty difficult to say you accidentally shot someone twice?

          • Achmed

Right. I walked up behind her, placed the barrel at the back of her head and pulled the trigger. But, your honor … how could this NOT be involuntary. I only shot her once.

          • IzlamIsTyranny

LOL so the muslum POS should minimally be charged with voluntary manslaughter?

  • Fred

May Ms. Damond rest in peace.

    • garry pollack

nope! Like Abel her blood cries out for justice!!!

      • Toledo Steel

        Your comment is funny.
No one is going to do anything. Cowardice is the force in America, now.
Had our Founding Fathers been this cowardly, we would still be an English colony.

  • Fred

If Noor had been Caucasian and Ms. Damond been ANY minority, Minnesota would have looked like London after the blitz.

  • garry pollack

when R we going to tire of sacrificing the lives of good & beautiful people on the altar of political correctness to the savage baying wolves of Islum!

  • Terry Barthram

Yeh this is wrong on so many levels & the cops silence speaks massive volumes. What is he hiding & why???

  • B17G

Its the same treatment the EuroSocialist Overlords give their peasants across the pond. Hopefully Americans are awaking to the wave of lawlessness in order for the domestic enemies to push their Islamic Invasion on North America. Thank god for the second amendment because Europe teaches America that that is what it will take to shut this down.

    • Toledo Steel

Not going to happen. Americans are cowards. Our real men and women are in the military. All we have are
p u s s i e s with big mouths. Nothing will happen because everyone is afraid to lose their ‘stuff’. Beer and football are so much easier. Even when some American did rise up against the BLM after they killed Bundy cattle and threatened him (he and his family were unarmed) with M16’s. They were attacked by the media and many had their lives ruined. The anti-American democrat media plays the propaganda, and cowardly and ignorant Americans believe every word. No American is going to do anything, just like in Twin Falls.

  • Stephen Honig

The Muslim cop needs to be assassinated. Nothing will happen to him and he’ll be found not guility.

    • Ludlow Porch

Mentally unstable! Has become the “default” setting for keeping these blood thirsty bastard from being administered the “cocktail!” That’s the way liberals think.

    • IzlamIsTyranny

I agree the people of AUS will never see any justice for their citizen murdered by this muslum POS.

  • Ruger 1

This is BULLSH_T!!!!! I’m all for Backing the Blue Line.. But this mooslim POS NEEDS to be Waterboarded!!!!!! Screw his Silence, if this Officer had been White and Murdered in Cold Blood a Member of the Protected Class, (insert color here) it Would be on the News 24/7 and the Protected Class (insert color here) would be Rioting and Burning Down Everything and Anything that Moves!!!! I’m Hoping President Trump Will get involved and Direct A.G. Sessions to look into this!!!!

  • John Flynn

is this cop still on suspension or is he, again, “making the rounds”, I wonder….

  • Apothis

Only a Muslim could get away with this crap. He refuses to explain his actions? Lock him up. The Minneapolis media, both the Star Tribune and St. Paul Dispatch should be ashamed over the total lack of unbiased coverage of this atrocity.

  • Joseph111

He has no right to refuse to be interviewed. He is a public servant and is accountale to the public for his actions. Silence on his part should be construed as guilt, and with no mitigating testimony on his own behalf, he should face the maximum penalty for negligent homicide and careless disregard for human life.

    • Achmed

Hi, Joseph111. What was so “negligent” about Noor’s actions. It is obvious that this murder was not premeditated, therefore not meeting the standard of Murder I. However, drawing a sidearm, aiming it and pulling the trigger can hardly be referred to as “negligent”.

      • Dorrie

        It was an OBVIOUS murder!

        • Achmed

Hello, Dorrie. That’s what I have attempted to explain to those that have claimed, “Involuntary Manslaughter”. Nothing was “involuntary”. However, without the “premeditated” it Is, depending upon the state, Manslaughter I or Murder II.

          • Toledo Steel

Funny, achmed. A lot of court cases were filed by folks when white cope did not even shoot a black and they called it murder. One black died from his drug overdose, another from his heart attack. The difference is Minnesota is an anti-American state. The state has nearly 50% welfare trash, 100% liberal communists and dope is a way of life there.

          • Achmed

The week, prior to Thanksgiving, I drove the fourteen hours to Plymouth (a suburb of Minnyahpoeliss) to visit my brother. He teaches at the Med School at the UofM, at minny. It was simply a two overnight, one day stay, as it was only about seven hours, extra, for a visit to Des Moines, Iowa. In any event … I was surprised as to how many have CHLs, in that area. My brother and I grew up on a farm, in Iowa .. and have been making things go bang since we were barely beyond toddler stage. However, his son (my nephew) was really into this stuff. He works for a fairly large IT group … and we met a large group of his co-workers … They had all types of firearms … and some were pretty good shots, two of which I would call “hot hammers”.
I was struck by the fact that so many are armed … yet that crap just happens any way.

          • Dorrie

Maybe they’re armed so they can defend themselves. I carry concealed and have for the past 10 years.

          • Toledo Steel

I am quite surprised to hear that.
My wife’s family lived in St. Paul. She grew up there.
When she was a Deputy Sheriff in Louisiana, she went to visit her family and brought guns and ammo. Her father, a long time hunter was put aback. So, they went to the area, no range, that most folks go to shoot. Some Minneapolis police were there and saw her. Next thing my wife knows, she is giving shooting lessons to the cops. She spent the rest of the day with the police and Sheriff’s Deputies. That was 1993, they were starving for training then. I can only imagine what it is like, now.

          • Achmed

I don’t know. Around twenty years ago, my brother moved from Northeast Nohio, as he was teaching at the Med School at Case Western, to University of Minnesota at Minneapolis’ med school. Prior to that, he had moved our mother, from Iowa, as her Parkinson’s required attention that she could not provide for herself (that’s how I wound up in this G-d forsaken part of the country, moving back from overseas). In any event, when he moved, he was simply delighted that there were some skeet/trap clubs within around a thirty minute drive from his house. Actually, I was envious, as the best club, around here, with a couple of the good ‘ol semi-circles, is in Geneva … and, trust me, I was spoiled from my old gun club, New Pioneer .. which had seven skeet ranges, and an entire field of trap. But, I digress. My first visit … his club membership was only fifty bucks per year, but club members had to do twenty or thirty hours, either being a trap boy, or cleaning, or getting ready for tournaments. His club was a very nice setup. Not quite New Pioneer’s standards, but it was great. And, this is coming from someone who, once upon a time, was AAA NSSA.
But, going on … again, within less than thirty minutes from his house are two indoor rifle/pistol ranges. The one that I went to was quite nice.
Lots of concealed carry guys .. and LOTS of AR-15 type rifles being fired. Not since my M-14 // M-16 days had I fired anything similar. Those things are a BLAST. But, I do believe that I’ll stick with my bolt actions .. today, I picked up a nice .300 Win Mag .. and if weather permits .. I cannot wait to go out and scope it in. But, it may have to wait until spring. I bore sighted it, so I should be, at 100 yards, at least on paper. We’ll see. Old fart, such as I, and recoil … not like it used to be.

          • IzlamIsTyranny

M14 fires a beefy round. Can it be fired full-auto?

          • Achmed

Hi. I guess my age is showing. The M14 was still utilized, in some instances, for USMC Basic Training, San Diego … throughout the nineteen seventies. Although the M-16 was adopted in the mid sixties … M-14 is selective fire. So, yes, it’s natural state is fully automatic.

          • IzlamIsTyranny

7.62 x 51mm rounds at full auto? You must have forearms that are made of steel and a grip of iron.

          • Achmed

The Kalashnikov is 7.62 x 39mm. What you have to remember is that the M-14, like the M-16 and Kalashnikov are gas operated, therefore much of the recoil is utilized. It isn’t like pounding yourself with a bolt action or double rifle.

          • IzlamIsTyranny

            Thanks for your service Achmed.

          • Dorrie

The officer’s firearm was out of it’s holster and on his lap. His hand was on it. He fired across the front of his partner, thru his partner’s window. If that isn’t premeditated, NOTHING is!

          • Achmed

That, Dorrie, could be argued. However, it is unlikely that the prosecution would be able to prove that as premeditated. In any event, it, most assuredly, was not “involuntary”.

          • Dorrie

Correct! Yet the evil asshat hasn’t been forced to give Internal Affairs a statement. That is beyond wrong.

          • robscottw

So why haven’t we heard from the cops partner?

            He was an eye witness.

Blue Wall I guess huh. Cops with protect other cops because it is more important that “they go home at the end of their shift” than it is that you do.

  • Steven

The mayor there, Hodges, is a dhimmi.

  • B. Prescott

Exactly. Call on Trump to send in the top Fed official to investigate and, if necessary, take over that department.

the sick minded mayor hodges had a pic of her and a muslim kissy faced. She is history. Waiting for the muslim to be back on the force… https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/1c6c125fdeb1474a5c8e265007de1d35030b4a13608f82e93bac25a4265a5059.jpg https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/85bb5d81d2ca0e9b708f5b03a736735edd8627e4b27e5bade31de09e7a16691a.jpg

    • IzlamIsTyranny

I can’t believe this mental case is a mayor of a major US city.

    • Toledo Steel

Does anyone realize the goons are making shooting guns signs? Actually, ‘shoot da b itch signs’.
      Liberals are so stupid.

  • Bob Carrillo

I am embarrassed to live in Minnesota now..There is no law here. There is only PC connected CYA denial here. The “public authority” in Minnesota, including The Courts, and Law Enforcement, MN Legislators, and our US Congressional representation (none!), are an absolute disgrace.

Not just because of this glaring and awful madness, and cover-up, but because of everything connected to it. …Under the “Minnesota Rug of Shame” it goes, along with every other disgusting man made tragedy here.. These people are worse than deplorable liars and “people of the lie”… They do not know that there is a difference between right and wrong in Minnesota.

    • Dorrie

I have heard that Minnesota is now called “Little Mogadishu” … so why haven’t the good people in that state – STOOD UP and STOOD AGAINST the horror that is building there? You are the ONLY ones who can stop it by coming AGAINST it. Just standing back and wringing your hands will accomplish nothing, you must ACT.

      • Toledo Steel

No. That is West Minneapolis. Rat obama shoved a crap-load of Somali muslims into there and the rapes, murders and car thefts have gone unreported. It is a craphole.
Americans are cowards. NOTHING will be done. We saw it in Waco, in Twin Falls, here in Minneapolis.
No one will do anything. They are afraid of the anti-American press and they do not want to lose their “stuff”. Cowardice is pulling America into a third world country.

        • Dorrie

There are a LOT of us who aren’t cowards. And we won’t allow this country to be destroyed by Islam or Marxism (which is what liberals are).

Oh, and it appears that the person accusing you of “stalking” him has deleted himself from this comment thread! How kind of him! :)

          • Toledo Steel

            Stalking? What the heck?
It is a sorry thing that so many American believe they are powerless when the American people are the power in the country, not the government. I have two Honorable Discharges and I will be gone soon. America is a far cry from the country I was born into.

          • IzlamIsTyranny

You’re not kidding and it’s only going to be getting a whole helluva lot worse. If TX or AK secede from the Islamic Puppet States of America I’m relocating. Caliphornia can fall into the Pacific Ocean for all I care.

  • logan cain

Muslims do not respect man made law which is how the US operates…….how can he be a cop…an enforcer of the law?Has anyone found out why the muslim cop is wearing gloves in the above picture?

  • Bob Carrillo

PS… I attended Justine’s memorial service in August, at the Lake Harriet (Minneapolis) band-shell. NONE of these people I mentioned had the decency to attend, even if only to pay their respects. NONE! Her father’s presentation and words still rings in my ears, and hurts my heart when I reflect upon that heartfelt delivery.

I have lived here far too long.

  • Meg

If he wasn’t a muslim, this would have been resolved long ago.

    • Dorrie

If he wasn’t a Muslim, that innocent woman wouldn’t have been shot and would still be alive and enjoying her life!

    • Achmed

Two points to Noor’s advantage. Yes, he is a moslem (the vilest of ALL creatures). Moreover, he’s a negro. Chances are good that he will never be charged.

      • Toledo Steel

He will not be charged in Minnesota, anyway.

  • freepetta

This is so disgusting and such a heinous case the family of Ms. Damond should demand a federal civil rights investigation. This obviously unqualified and poorly trained cop should be thrown immediately into jail and fired. Minneapolis is gross and needs vast deportations immediately!!

    • Toledo Steel

Why didn’t you just say “someone needs to do something”, like you usually say?

  • satcatchet

Texans would have lynched this hideous human already.
Mohamed Noor, instant Karma has your number.

    • Toledo Steel

Wrong. Texans wet their pants when Waco went down. Americans are cowards, now.

      • satcatchet

A totally different scenario. One involved the gross missconduct of Janet Reno and an anti-american government ran by the Clinton regime.
This article deals with a terrest cop killing a person who called 911 for help. Now if calling 911 is going to get you shot and killed and nothing will be done about it then we in Texas would hunt the murders down and hang the SOB even for you sir.

        • Dorrie

That’s EXACTLY what should be done! If government can’t bring justice, then vigilante justice is necessary!

          • Toledo Steel

Actually, it is not vigilante justice, it is out right and duty as clearly spelled out in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

        • Toledo Steel

Again, you are so far off track, talking will not bring you back.
AMERICAN CITIZENS have a right and duty to control out-of-control government. American citizens were to take an active roll.
Same with criminals, whom this muslim POS clearly is.
Americans have abrogated their duty, choosing to drink beer and watch football and have “someone do something”. I realize most of you are pants-wetting cowards and have no idea about your American heritage, assuming you are American. But, active involvement is what America was all about. Wealth, laziness and cowardice has driven that from us.

          • satcatchet

Meeehhh, speak for your own home town.

      • IzlamIsTyranny

I believe the Waco group had a full auto .50 caliber machine gun w/ammunition that they were employing against the authorities, but I’m not sure because such a weapon would surely penetrate the armor of an APC.

        • Toledo Steel

Wow, are you stupid. They had no such thing. The whole thing started when a bumbling FBI agent thought the E2 kits, to make A1 Ar15’s to A2 specs, were full auto conversions.
Men, women and children DIED because of a lie and the FBI trying to curry favor with Bill Clinton.
Also, the British FLIR showed Davidians trying to escape out doors and windows and FBI fire killing them so no one escaped.
You should brush up on Waco before you offer silly comments.

  • Toledo Steel

So, the obvious questions is “why has no one in Minneapolis (including the police) done anything”?
This is the same as Twin Falls, where muslims gang-raped a 7 year-old girl. Not even the father did anything.
Everyone in the United states is a coward. Terrified to say or do anything. Afraid of the anti-American press.
So, as the old saying goes “all that is needed for evil to fluorish, is for good men to do nothing”.
Had our Founding Fathers acted like Americans today, we would be a cowardly English colony.

  • Poppey

If ever there was a cause to get behind for this site, this one with Miss Damond must be it.

Cannot her case profile be raised by those who live near there ? Her family need help, she’s been killed and the perps not suffering.

    • Toledo Steel

Minnesota is the only state to not vote for Ronald Reagan. Minneapolis is seething cauldron of communism, welfare, anti-Americanism and stupidity.

  • volksnut

AMBIEN is a sleep aid – That POS defense ” lawyer ” is grabbing at straws

  • Dan Knight

Justine Damond … is our future unless we bring Leftism – and its partnership with Islam – in check.

  • Pray Hard

Pieces of him should be cut off until he changes his mind about talking. Then take him to the vet and put him down.

  • Pray Hard

I have this feeling that the city of Minneapolis and its police department are so f*cking corrupt that they reek. I don’t know why I think that. It just came to me.

  • Annie

There are two issues regarding Mohammed Noor’s deliberate shooting death
    of Justine Damond.

First – as a Minneapolis police officer, if he doesn’t cooperate with investigators –
according to police regulations, he should be fired. Period. If he is still part of
the police force – why is that? How could that contravention of police regulations
be explained? It is wrong on every level.

Second – Does it usually take this long for city and police investigators to
determine if Noor’s case should go before a Grand Jury – which will decide
whether or not he should be criminally indicted? It’s been four and a half months
since Justine was shot and killed.

The pictures of her are beautiful. She looks vivacious and eager to embrace the
long life that still awaited her. As for the picture of Noor – I had forgotten how
    very homely he is.

  • I hope the people of Australia do not let this incident go, even if the people of America are willing to do so.

  • conan_drum

I can imagine the uproar in the media if the position was reversed and non Muslim cop had shot a Muslim woman!
    Or even a coloured woman.

  • IzlamIsTyranny

I wonder if the prosecutor is reluctant to prosecute because allah it would take is one muslum on the jury and it’ll be a hung jury — every time.

  • IzlamIsTyranny

Where are the “moderate”, “good” muslums on this? Why aren’t they crying for justice for this dead kufar woman?

    • Toledo Steel

There are NO moderate muslims. They all read the same book and they all have the same ideas, just like on 911 when they were dancing in the streets, burning American flags and shooting off fireworks. Not one American did anything.

      • IzlamIsTyranny

Yep, that’s why I put “moderate”, “good” muslums in quotes.

  • robscottw

Though part of the story is that the cop is Muslim,

this is really a story of the police and local prosecutor(s) closing ranks to avoid charging a cop.

The cops (and usually local prosecutors) want cops to have a license to kill.

A LOT of totally innocent people have been killed by cops in the 30 years I’ve been following stories like this.

Yeah, the cop was Muslim (probably fast tracked thru the police academy in the interest of diversity) but why hasn’t the cops partner spoken?

He was an eye witness. Based on his testimony alone the cop who shot this woman could be exonerated or charged.

No, this is a cop cover-up because cops want to be able to kill you without recourse.

    • Toledo Steel

You must be off your meds. Or, you believe all the anti-American Soros Black Lives Matter propaganda.

      • robscottw

Here is one, on the officers dash cam. Murder in broad daylight. A woman passing by says “why did you shoot him, he didn’t do anything”. The officer shot him in the back, and then his pussy brothers lined up in a “stack” to approach a dead man on the ground. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dt1mFQG3tJg

        Disgusting.

        How about Donald Scott? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_of_Donald_P._Scott

The local DA determined he was killed as a result of a conspiracy by Federal and State agencies to seize his land using the drug forfeiture laws.

Both white pal. I’ve read HUNDREDS of stories over the last 30 years just like.

You keep sucking cop dick if you want.

I’m a white 60 y/o NRA Life Member. But I took the “and justice for all” part of the pledge of allegiance seriously.

        But you’re scum.

  • Mo

As soon as I learned of this story, I knew it would disappear as quickly as it came. I wish I had been wrong.

  • robscottw

Of course if they were to charge him a jury might find him not guilty.

Just like they found Yanez not guilty of murdering Castile.

Not because Yanez was acting in self-defense but because he was “a-scared”.

  • IzlamIsTyranny

Thanks for following this news story Ms. Geller we know the enemedia and government are doing their level best to bury it right next to Ms. Damond’s body.

  • Roger Scott

“Extreme distress” was desribed in early reports as a muslim/s raping a woman, which Justine reported and silenced accordingly – why is this no longer reported?

  • It will continue until we live in caves and the earth is a desert. Crazy times.
