Supreme Court votes to uphold Trump travel ban

Excelsior! This measure, though imperfect and hardly enough, will impede the hijah (ummigration jihad).

Supreme Court: Trump admin can keep travel ban on most refugees
September 12, 2017, by Ariane de Vogue, CNN,

Washington (CNN)The Supreme Court granted Tuesday a Trump administration request to continue to bar most refugees under its travel ban.

Without comment, the court blocked a federal appeals court ruling from last week that would have exempted refugees who have a contractual commitment from resettlement organizations from the travel ban while the justices consider its legality. The ruling could impact roughly 24,000 people.

The travel ban bars certain people from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen from entering the US.

The issue concerning the scope of the travel ban has been ricocheting through the courts since last spring when the Supreme Court allowed Trump’s ban to go into effect except for those with a “bona fide” relationship to the United States. The order might give hope to supporters of the ban, but it may also simply reflect a desire on the part of the justices to maintain the status quo until the justices can hear the case next month.

“Although it may be tempting to see the order as a harbinger of how the court is likely to rule on the merits, it’s better understood as a very modest procedural step to stabilize the full scope of the injunctions against the travel ban over the next four weeks,” said Steve Vladeck, CNN Supreme Court analyst and professor of law at the University of Texas School of Law.
The justices did not explain their reasoning, although it took five justices to make the decision.
The court is expected to take up the legality of the travel ban October 10.

    Restricting Muslim immigration is essential.

    • tamimisledus

      Banning muslim immigration is essential.
Rendering muslims incapable of pursuing the islamic aim of world conquest is essential.

      How about “Banning”…not restricting.

      • IzlamIsTyranny

        No kidding.

  • pdxnag

Just temporary, pending oral argument and final decision.

  • Suresh

All this ringamarole is not necessary if you know how to vet all visitors /refugees coming into America effectively to weed out the jihadis. Just ask the right set of questions to psycho-analyse the jihadis out.

Its takes Patriots like Hungarian govt to tell the muslims and Left/Liberal pro-islam loons to get out. They expelled dutch ambassador for his pro-islam remarks http://bit.ly/2gh6A72

THAT is what a country needs if you want to protect it from becoming another Islamic hellhole.

    • spfg

Still that is not enough. We need to keep this ideology out of our country. It is wickedness!!! Fools we are to let anything like this come into this country to begin with. They are natural enemies of Christianity and will create a great deal of chaos in this country in all segments of society. It is a criminal belief system bent on destruction…

  • Dorrie

Of course! It’s a law already on the books allowing POTUS to do exactly what he did!

  • jeme rappel

We should move to a merits system like Canada or Australia. Reward immigrants who have valuable employment and integration attributes. Give them a chance to follow some pretty basic rules and become a citizen. Don’t admit potential radicals.

Canada has <10% of its immigrants on public assistance. In the US it's over half.

    • andrewo

The only way to vet a muslim suspect is to know they are born again believers in Jesus the Christ. All else is failure to know or to do or to be GOOD.

      • jbaviera

But would you believe them? I’m not sure I would.

  • bannedquran20

I am waiting for it to be permanent….

    • spfg

Permanent and expanded to all Muslims coming into this country. I hope Donald Trump doesn’t stop there but, keeps on pushing to not allowing any Muslims from any countries immigrating into this country. Then start removing the ones already here that are causing even the slightest of violations against our way of life and constitution…

      • bannedquran20

        Agree neighbor… all muslim zombies.

  • Drew the Infidel

Though the left and the media (same thing) keep trying to confuse the issue of the ban being against “muslime majority nations” it conveniently overlooks the fact that all six of those nations are failed states.

    • spfg

Failed states and for good reason. To have a cohesive society there must be love for one another. There is no love in a Muslim society. Only hatred toward others that are not Muslim…

  • spfg

Muslims who want to come to this country to instill their belief system in segments of our society have absolutely no right to come to this country. It is an absolute shame that our government has let it go this far. They think Islam is a legitimate religion, It is not. Never has been and never will be. God himself will destroy Islam and all its tentacles when he returns. You cannot whitewash a religion that is based on lies and deception in all of its markings. Mark my words!!!

The answer to this problem is very simple. You simply let them in and when they arrive on US soil you ask them:

    1. Are you a Muslim? Yes.
    2. So you believe the Koran is the perfect Word of God? Yes.
    3. So you believe in killing apostates? Yes.
    4. You therefore do not accept the US Constitution. This is a condition for US citizenship. The next flight back to Yemen leaves at [enter time here]. Goodbye.

The application for naturalization form n-400.pdf (https://www.uscis.gov/n-400) includes the following:

    Section 12:

Question 10 – “Have you ever been a member of, or in any way associated (either directly or indirectly) with […] any totalitarian party?”

Islam is a totalitarian party/organisation/movement. It is certainly anti-democratic (and therefore toitalitarian).

Party – ” A group of people who have gathered to participate in an activity.” People who belong to any sort of formal group in order to follow the aims of the group or participate in group activities, belong to a ‘party’ in this sense. (http://www.thefreedictionary.com/party)

Question 11 – “Have you ever advocated (either directly or indirectly) the overthrow of any government by force or violence?”

The Koran requires Muslims to believe that they are in a state of war (Dar al-Harb) with non-Muslim countries. See also the violent verses in the Koran. Any expression of belief in the Koran (e.g. going to a mosque) amounts to advocating following the dictates of the Koran, including the violent verses.

Question 12 – “Have you ever persecuted (either directly or indirectly) any person because of race, religion, national origin, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.”

Muslim countries which ban the construction of Christian churches or Jews, persecute Christians and Jews as non-Muslims. Muslim citizens of such countries indirectly participate in such persecution. Attendance at a mosque at which the Koran is read involves participation in persecution because the Koran advocates persecution of non-Muslims.

The same sort of logic applies to later questions in the same section.

    • Benny Rothman

Correct…The law is simple…we can ban all Muslims from entering America period…Back in the day we did just that…Expell all of them…revoke their citizenship for lying on their applications to become citizens … https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/3707522b2ed9d78daec0291babbadda757da4bae054f559d4582567a2cec94e3.jpg

      • Lukas Lumbantobing

so how about student with scholarships? Should they renounce Islam first?

        • IzlamIsTyranny

Muslums shouldn’t be eligible to get scholarships in non-muslim states.
What about Indonesia, why can’t non-muslims become judges, politicians or police officers?

          • Lukas Lumbantobing

While you and I believe in the same thing about the dangers of Islam, you must know while my country have problems with creeping sharia nonmuslims are indeed present in the judiciary and security forces since Independence.

Go search names like luhut pandjaitan (bataknese christian).

          • IzlamIsTyranny

I’d like to see proof of those statements (i.e. that there are non-muslims in either your judiciary or law enforcement) in Indonesiastain.

          • IzlamIsTyranny

Hmm, did this military officer have anything to do w/the slaughter of 200,000 to 800,000 assorted kafir (mostly Catholic) in E. Timor in the 1970’s?

    • Robert Swift

Only problem is; the koran allows them to lie to accomplish their goals.

  • maxwell brandt

    • jbaviera

Our immigration laws say just that!

  • Keith1941

Congress could pass a law stopping all immigration until we find out who is here, and weed out those that should not. Then they could pass a law requiring anal exams for any new immigrants. I don’t remember anything in the Constitution that requires America to take any immigrants.

I know this won’t happen, because it would require Congress to actually work…you know, protecting the citizens of this country. And these nimrods still can’t figure out why Trump was elected……….

  • Stephen Honig

Maybe Trump is right for working with the Damocrats. He’s not getting any where with The Fifth Column of Republicans.

  • idahobob

Of course it was a 5-4 decision.

    Bob

    • IzlamIsTyranny

Like Robert Spencer says, at any time we’re only 5 votes away from losing our 1st amendment rights — because our Congress has made it clear they would like to outlaw criticism of islum and muslums.

  • mackykam

I’m ok with muslim immigration if they are all castrated and fixed.

  • Dutch Girl

vote with you dollar when ever you can (afford it). And don´t use google products or, FB, Twitter, WhatsApp, Youtube, the list is long…

    Wonder if we can…

    • Lukas Lumbantobing

      use their weapons against them

  • Joseph O Morrow

Freedom-of-religion does not mean we should bring in those professing to be religious whose “holy” book instructs them to destroy governments, laws, and citizens who won’t comply with the teachings of that book.

All the more reason for us to dig much deeper into our own REAL Holy Text, starting to take it very seriously, and proceeding to do everything that it says, beginning with The Ten Commandments.

  • Daizys Loyd

I know I said this b4, but I think they should ban all Muslims to the exception of few, til Muslim countries LEGALIZE Christianity across the Muslim world. Til then, no entry into the US for any of them as the law of reciprocation is Valid here and needs to be Upheld.
