Salon, Guardian blame “right-wing” for Paris jihad attacks

Outrageous, but not surprising. The enemedia is aligned with the jihad force. As the jihad heats up in the West, the media is becoming more clumsy and desperate in its attempts to deflect attention away from the jihad and back to its favorite bogeyman, “right-wing extremists.” Now, even when the evidence of Islamic jihad responsibility is everywhere, as it is with the Paris attacks, “journalists” still find ways to put the blame on the “right-wing” that they hate far more than they do bloodthirsty jihadis, whom they don’t dislike at all.

When Muslims attack, the left attacks …… us.

Paris jihad

“Salon: Paris jihad massacre shows that ‘right-wing’ needs to ‘moderate their rhetoric,” by Robert Spencer, Jihad Watch, November 14, 2015:

The American Left is beyond parody. Apparently Salon would have us believe that the Paris jihad massacre happened because “the right wing media” criticized the Black Lives Matter movement. Islamic jihad? Warfare against unbelievers? The Islamic State’s stated imperative to murder French civilians? Only greasy Islamophobes take such things seriously: everyone knows Fox News and Ben Carson are the real culprits!

“And so the hate speech begins: Let Paris be the end of the right’s violent language toward activists,” by Chauncey DeVega, Salon, November 13, 2015:

In a still developing situation, the city of Paris, France, is under attack by terrorists armed with guns and explosives. Many dozens of people have been killed. A still undetermined number of people have been wounded. The terrorists took dozens of hostages in a concert hall. French police and military forces have been deployed. There is mayhem and blood in the streets of Paris….

In the United States, the right-wing media and movement conservatives have for decades consistently used eliminationist and other violent rhetoric to describe liberals, progressives and other people with whom they disagree. As was seen in the recent attacks on a Charleston-area black church, and other violence by right-wing anti-government militias, such rhetoric does not float in the ether of the public discourse, harmless and unacknowledged. No, it does in fact lead to action.

In recent months, the right-wing media has used language such as “terrorism” and “violent,” or that the latter is “targeting police for murder” to describe the Black Lives Matter movement. Such bombastic and ugly screeds–which are wholly unfounded, with no basis in empirical reality–have also been used by right-wing opinion leaders to describe the African-American students who are fighting against racism at Yale and the University of Missouri….

Real terrorists have killed people in the streets of Paris. The right-wing media needs to take note of that fact and moderate their rhetoric and abusive language accordingly.

Given the American right-wing’s casual habit of using violent language to describe their foes, and to gin up fear and anxiety among the movement conservative base, the Fox News’ right-wing echo chamber and its elites should be ashamed given the death and destruction that terrorism actually reaps in practice.

And from The Guardian:

Guardian: After Paris jihad, ‘far-right groups may well fuel more hatred,'” by Robert Spencer, Jihad Watch, November 14, 2015:

The Guardian doesn’t worry about the Islamic State presence in France. It isn’t concerned about how many Islamic State sympathizers are living in France now. It couldn’t care less how many more jihadis will enter France via the refugee crisis. No, the Guardian is only concerned about the sole matter that worries the Western intelligentsia: will “far-right groups” exploit this jihad massacre to “fuel more hatred”? I.e., will those who believe in free societies start calling attention to the jihad threat again?

“Paris attacks leave France in trauma, fearing for the future,” by Natalie Nougayrède, Guardian, November 13, 2015:

…Muslims in France will now increasingly fear being associated with fanaticism and terror. Populist, far-right groups may well fuel more hatred. After Charlie Hebdo, thousands of French soldiers were dispatched across the country to secure key installations, schools, train stations, institutions….

Pamela Geller's shocking new book, "FATWA: HUNTED IN AMERICA" is now available on Amazon. It's Geller's tell all, her story - and it's every story - it's what happens when you stand for freedom today. Buy it. Now. Here.

They think it’s all a game don’t they?

Left wing smut rags like Salon and the Grauniad are directly complicit in massacres like yesterdays, Charlie Hedbo and the Mohammed Merah atrocities by slandering those who point out the root cause of the problem. These articles are a continuation of terror.

They think they are safe behind their desks and in their air conditioned offices. They are mistaken. Let them dig deeper. There is an almighty firestorm about to bear down upon them and they don’t realise it.

    • JoninMd22

I went over to deride the salon article but it’s so inane it wasn’t worth it.

  • Robbins Mitchell

Note to self: buy more ammo at WalMart this weekend

    • Thom Clark

Make sure the sidearm ammo is Critical Defense rounds. Got them in my .45.

      • Robbins Mitchell

You know it,friend….this is going to be for some serious shooting…not weekend target practice at the range

        • Don

30.06 FMJ, bolt action…. “Send it!”, “On the way…”

          • Robbins Mitchell

Well,in a fire fight with these whack jobs a good AR-15 will be just as effective I think…even though it is smaller caliber….less recoil so more accuracy..and bigger magazines

          • Don

I’m too old and fat for close in combat, best to take them from a long ways out, one bullet, one martyr. Remember they won’t care about their wounded so the small caliber wounding theory of battle goes out the window. For close in work I prefer .40 S&W and I can carry a lot of that preloaded in mags. To each their own, run what ya brung right?

          • Robbins Mitchell

Well,if it’s long range kills you want, may I suggest a Barrett light .50?…accurate at a mile or more….it will bust a jihadi head like a ripe watermelon at that distance

          • Don

Ah, would LOVE to have one if just for target practice! Kinda spendy though, and heavy to pack along with the magic bullets. I doubt I’m a good enough shot to do one justice :)

          • Robbins Mitchell

I shot one at the range a few years ago….lordy it was beautiful…almost as good as sex…almost

        • Benton Marder

Keep your short swords, daggers, dirks, knives sharp. Remember the Roman legionary rule—insert three inches, twist, remove, move on to the next. They hate being stuck like pigs. They squeal like pigs, too.

      • 97E

        Precisely what I carry.

    • JoninMd22

Other note to self, range time ASAP.

    • 1936benz

Please go somewhere other than Walmart to buy the ammo – better to go to an independent store. I haven’t been to a Walmart in years, and their removal of all Confederate-themed (“offensive”) merchandise only strengthened my resolve to never step foot in that place again.

In India we use a term for this kind of Media, we call them “Presstitutes”. As they will sell their souls to lick the behind of the terrorist scum, they will go to any lengths shouting for the human rights of these terrorist. But what about the victims, MF’s Presstitutes, Hindus, Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Jain’s, SIkhs are the victims of this Islamic terror and we never hear anything for them.

    • Robbins Mitchell

We are all in the same boat, sahib…Islam is at war with all of us…best to recognize that now…jeldi, jeldi

      • conan_drum

He is not a SAHIB, sahib is a word meaning ruler or master and was applied to the British people in Imperial India. Curiously it is originally from Arabic!

        • Robbins Mitchell

Yea,yea,I know that…I was just being euphemistic…like being polite and calling someone “Sir”..even though I might personally outrank him….so lighten up…you’re not the friggin’ language police

    • Mahou Shoujo

India has been dealing with kebab infestation much longer than we have.

        • IzlamIsTyranny

It’s estimated some 80 million Hindus have been slaughtered by muslums in their invasions of the Indian sub-continent — with the latest addition to the tally being the ~2.5 million Hindus slaughtered by muslums in Bangladesh in the early 1970’s.

          • Robert

Good point Mahtoofislooth. I live in the great country of India. When I drive through Muslim areas I can see the hate in their eyes. They use the tried and tested ‘victimhood’ formula. Modi banned beef – so what? I don’t agree with it either but I respect the culture, something a Muslim can never do because his book says he is superior! Go Modi!

          • conan_drum

Rubbish Modi did not ‘ban’ beef, the tradition of the cow as sacred animal is centuries old in India

    • JanelleH

I like “presstitutes” almost as much as the term, the “mediocre”.

  • bargogx1

Exactly what I’d expect from Salon, and I expect there will be more of it. That site is truly a vile cesspoll of putrid ideology.

  • Fafifoernik

It is our duty to hate islam and their lefties journalist!

  • Fafifoernik

First European prime minister has spoken Quote Rutte, Dutch PM’ We are not at war with islam’ ; He just don’t get it.. islam is at war with us.

    • John DeVilbiss

But, since we are being nice to them, they s-h-o-u-l-d be being nice to us. So, blame the Right-wingers (they don’t complain).

    • ‘Cameron shocked by attacks’

How unbelievably dense must a man be to be shocked this has happened?
A blind man could have seen this coming.

      • Robert

No a blind and deaf man could have seen it coming, are you in North of England?

      • Michael Copeland

Robert Spencer shows a video taken from an upstairs window in Paris. Shots are heard, people run shrieking from a doorway, several lie in the road, wounded, bleeding or dead, a girl hangs perilously
from a window sill two floors up, and the person recording the video asks “Qu’est-ce qui se passé?”, “What’s going on?”.
        Apparently he is a journalist.

  • John DeVilbiss

Geller, best balanced news about terrorism. How many kinds of terrorism are there in the world?

Ups! Left a comment on this site… now have become a target myself (heaven forbid! Ups! again. I wrote/said “heaven”).
    I dared to speak; ups!
I did read. Ups! I admit it. Opened my eyes. Ups!
    Getting outta here, pronto…

  • joker

I am not far right but slowly slowly becoming one. Muslims have to understand that they are in our house and obey our rules. If not go back or get killed. Simple.

    • Tell the truth

Wrong. You cannot allow them in your house to begin with. They will out-breed you, invite in their relatives/friends, and soon it will be their house, not yours.
Islam should be outlawed in Western countries – it is a not “just” a religion. Every mosque should be destroyed. Yesterday.

  • Robert

Salon is the most pathetic publication I have ever seen. I feel safer in India than England. Here no police are Muslim, I wonder why seeing as they are soooooo peaceful.

  • Gary

The Black Lives Matter “movement” + “Migrant” “Crisis (i.e., Islamic Invasion of Europe/USA) = S. O. R. O. S. Remember “Occupy”? Same. And the list goes on….

  • Groty1

Salon is a failed enterprise. It is a vanity project of Silicon Valley oligarch John Warnock (co-founder of Adobe). Every few months he digs into his personal fortune to inject more money so Salon can keep the lights on. The more that people click on Salon, the more ad revenue Salon earns, and the less money Warnock has to put in. While I’ve never agreed with it editorially, it was readable (15 years ago) just to see what the left was talking about. Now, however, the entire strategy seems to be to publish garbage click bait intended to outrage center-right decent Americans to get them to click and link to its stories to pump up ad revenue. Stop reading it and stop linking to it. Warnock is so filthy rich he will never miss the few million he has injected into Salon to keep it going. But why reward him with ANY ad revenue by clicking on it and linking to its stories?

  • Nuda Waya

it was Obama’s statement about ‘having ISIS contained’ that precipitated this
attack; after all it happened immediately after he made the claim. Using the correlation/cause,
specious reasoning, of the Progressive Left, that is….

  • Robert

If the west doesn’t act now it never will. Sadly too many people are brainwashed into PC belief it is a religion of peace. I wish I was in USA – at least I could defend myself there.

    • inside the waist band holster

Depends on which state you live in. Some are difficult to get a concealed carry permit, but in most states you can.

  • Robert

I am having a go on salon, please do not post if you do not have access to all the facts on Islam. They say Bill Maher is a bigot – how?????????

  • Ron rockit

The media will be on Israel’s case in about a week. The Obama administration will do what Bush did and take in evermore Moslems beginning the day after 9 11. No change at all.

  • Robert

Sadly censored the discussion – very facist.

  • Bob Smetters

Not to nitpick, but ISIS is right wing.

  • pdxnag

Surrender. Faster. The apparently-Muslim author demands (or else), in their part in the good cop bad cop routine.

  • Bob Smetters

Hopefully this is the straw that unites a mighty force against these animals. But until muslim countries step up to the plate and denounce these groups and their actions and do what ever is possible to prevent them from thriving, there will just be another one behind this one.

  • Robert ‘moderated’ my comments – I call it censorship. Let’s pray that brave folk like Pamela are here to tell us the truth.

    • Mark_Trail

Left wing sites need their safe space.

  • jy kelly

“This type of mass violence does not happen in other advanced countries.” Barack Obama, June 18, 2015…

  • phone2000

LOL I just read thru some of the comments on the Salon article…someone said that right wingers are preventing Obama from going after ISIS….these people are psycho!

  • Ben Hur

The ‘left wing’ does not understand the threat, nor do they wish to because it explodes the myth that all ideologies are equally valid. In the ‘left’ world anyone should be free to follow whatever path they like except of course the ideology on which the great democracies were founded on, namely the Judeo-Christian one. It irks them so much that this ideology could be morally superior than anything else. They would rather die, or let other meet that fate. They hate their own society whilst enjoying the benefits, kind of like you know who. No wonder they support them.

  • 97E

I’m going to repeat what I just posted in a personal post on my Facebook timeline:

The left’s reaction to last night’s massacre.

What people don’t understand is that the Qu’ran is not just a religious text. The Qu’ran and other associated books deal with the creation of society and how to govern and laws to implement in said society.

As I have pointed out to those who choose to point the finger at Christians and Christianity, Christianity has had its reformation. Islam has not, and to talk of such a thing is grounds for being labeled an apostate or flat out killed.

I’m still amazed, after the more than 27,000 attacks by Muslims, in the name of Islam, since September 11th, 2001, that there are those who live in denial. There are people who REFUSE to read anything more in depth than a Facebook meme. And when violence does show up on their doorstep, they either go mute, curl into a ball, or pretend it’s noble to be a victim.

Denial kills. Even if you survive, denial kills.

Gavin de Becker puts it like this in Fear Less, his superb post-9/11 book, which should be required reading for anyone trying to come to terms with our current world situation:
“..denial can be seductive, but it has an insidious side effect. For all the peace of mind deniers think they get by saying it isn’t so, the fall they take when faced with new violence is all the more unsettling. Denial is a save-now-pay-later scheme, a contract written entirely in small print, for in the long run, the denying person knows the truth on some level.”

I’m not advocating “carpet bombing”, I’m not advocating a combined Russian – US ‘Iron dome’ over the middle east. But I am advocating common sense and at a minimum an awareness of your surroundings and a deeper understanding of this issue other than some pablum “well, the attackers were extremists” nonsense.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – your grandchildren will likely be fighting this war. Internalize that, accept it and move forward.

  • elwap0

    More drivel from the left

  • Mark_Trail

Ferguson, Black Lives Matter, “Pigs in a blanket, fry ’em like bacon.” None of those movements are right wing. The Left has lost their minds.

  • I am very disappointed in the response of the American people to these horrendous attacks. Rather than vilifying a religion, we should do all we can to embrace Islam and comfort those that find themselves to be victims of Islamophobia.

  • screaminmimi

Enemedia and Presstitutes. I like it. Think I’ll start using those, they fit!

  • Quasimodo

Moral Relativism (equivocation) is a Leftist moral imperative they adopted 135 years ago to abrogate civil society, A lack of clear discernment, reason, and bias against bias leads to indiscriminateness, the source of the campaign against free thought and opinion.

  • conan_drum

The Muslims have an easy solution for this. A mass march to protest the atrocities of IS, a mass affirmation of their loyalty to France and its egalitarian values. Instead the only thing we hear from Muslims is happiness at the carnage, and Imams and Mullahs preaching more violence

  • Benton Marder

Sure, Chauncy, sure—-. “Pigs in a blanket ! Fry ’em like bacon !” was shouted endlessly by a herd of black right-wing conspirators marching under the BlackLivesMatter standard—a false-flag operation. Sure, Chauncy, sure—. What drugs have you been using? or, do you pop Hillary’s meme of ‘a vast right-wing conspiracy’? What is the matter with you? Where on earth did you get your education or Weltanschauung? Wonderland? The other side of the Looking Glass?

  • Juanita

. Now let me make sure I understand this. Over 130 people killed. Over 300 injured because someone CRITICIZED the Black Lives Matter movement?

  • Ludlow Porch

May be they might change their minds about ISIS, if ISIS were to pay them a visit like they did Charlie Hebdo! The “Presstitutes” are just covering their asses, by kissing of the ones that could shoot them! Ya think?

  • Hayden Muscat

you have bullshited your own interpretation out of these excerpts, because they don’t actually claim anything that you have convinced yourself they claim.

this is the worst article I have ever come across in a long while. your bias is just horrendous and you should probably retake a reading comprehension class.

(INB4 i must be a salon/guardian reader. no. im just a moderate, and this is trash)
