Ed Mullins, president of the NYPD’s Sergeants Benevolent Association, slammed New York Mayor Bill de Blasio and NYPD Commissioner James O’Neil for lashing out at Attorney General Jeff Sessions for a Friday Justice Department statement relating to the city’s non-compliance with federal immigration law and crime.
This is good. Better. Until we have our majority on the Supreme Court, why risk it there? President Trump will have to broaden the order so that he cannot be accuse him of banning Muslims or “violating the establishment clause” (as absurd as that sounds that’s what the notorious Ninth Circuit court of leftwing clowns alleged.)
It is absurd to think it “unconstitutional” to take national security measures to protect the American people. Other Presidents have instituted immigration measures why is President Trump exempt? And where in the constitution does it say terrorists or any foreign national have a constitutional right to come here?
