What Judge Hinkle wrote was true. But the idea that he had to resign because he was biased is ridiculous. There is no indication that any of his judicial opinions were biased. But there are innumerable leftist judges all over the country who legislate leftist politics from the bench. No one ever rebukes them for it or calls them biased, and the damage they do is immense. If all biased judges were forced to resign, hundreds of hard-left judges would be stepping down.

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — A Gwinnett County magistrate judge and longtime local politician has resigned from his court position after being suspended over controversial posts he made on Facebook.
Story continues below advertisementJim Hinkle, a part-time judge who has served on the court for 14 years, resigned Wednesday, Chief Magistrate Judge Kristina Hammer Blum said in a written statement. Blum had suspended Hinkle indefinitely after his Facebook posts came to light on Saturday.
“For 14 years, Judge Hinkle has dutifully served this court,” Blum said in her statement. “He is a lifelong public servant and former Marine. However, he has acknowledged that his statements on social media have disrupted the mission of this Court, which is to provide justice for all.”…
In other posts, Hinkle has condemned Islam as a violent religion.
By Wednesday morning, Hinkle appeared to have either deleted his Facebook account or set it to a private setting. But the Atlanta Journal Constitution captured images of his posts before he did so.
“In Charlottesville, everyone is upset over Robert E. Lee statue. It looks like all of the snowflakes have no concept of history,” Hinkle wrote Saturday. “It is what it is. Get over it and move on. Leave history alone – those who ignore history are deemed (sic) to repeat the mistake of the past. In Richmond, VA, all of the Confederate monuments on Monument Ave. have people on horses whose asses face North. PERFECT!”
Later, he wrote “The nut cases tearing down monuments are equivalent to ISIS destroying history.”…
In her statement, Blum made clear the suspension came because the posts jeopardized Hinkle’s position as an unbiased arbiter of the law….

The man simply stated facts. If he believed the sun sets in the west can he judge a crime that happened after dark? Judge Blum needs to resign for faulty reasoning and poor judgement.

A judge abridging the freedom of speech of a judge.
We already devoured our nation in a terrible Civil War fought for the rights of black people. At least that war was for the literal practical freedom and liberation of slaves. Now we’re careening toward a new civil war over the hurt feelings of that same race of people. Seriously, this is all about their “feelings.”
Black people in this country have more opportunity and prosperity than black people in any other country anywhere in the world, especially more so than Africa, where black tyrants and military juntas oppress and violently repress the vast multitudes of their own wretched subjects.
As an example, LeBron James is wealthy far beyond most white Americans’ dreams. Yet he makes a huge controversy because white coach Phil Jackson called James’s entourage his “posse.” James took interviews from the most supplicant and infiltrated press anywhere — the sports media — where he publicly pouted and whined, “It’s tough to be black in America.”
He should have left it at: “It’s tough to be black.”

I saw this article recently bemoaning that there are no monuments about slavery or to Black slaves who rebelled. (“I’m a black Southerner. I had to go abroad to see a statue celebrating black liberation. Why aren’t there more statues memorializing slaves?” https://www.vox.com/first-person/2017/8/16/16156540/confederate-statues-charlottesville-virginia)
Why aren’t those wealthy Blacks in the US like LeBron James spending a little of their money to highlight the struggles of their own people? Why do they expect and insist someone else do it for them? I really don’t have an answer.

“Liberals’ desire to create a perfect world” couldn’t be further from the truth on this particular issue. The KKK was the basis for the democratic (i.e., liberal) party, that famous dem Marie Sanger wanted to kill as many black babies as possible through eugenics, (“We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population.”) it is the democrats’ “war on poverty” that has re-enslaved more blacks by making them dependent on gov’t handouts, destroying their families (welfare not allowing the father to live in the home) forcing them to live in “subsidized housing”.
I do agree with you, where there is no mention of negativity is repressive & oppressive. To paraphrase that famous quote, if we do not remember where we have been, we cannot forge a clear path to where we wish to be.

I stopped watching basketball 15 years ago and I’ve cut down on football precipitously over the same period of time.
With all the angry players disrespecting the National Anthem this will be the year America turns its back on the NFL.
Sad to see that the more blacks in America get, the angrier they get. We don’t have time for sports anymore.

Exactly. Instead of trying to erase history, we should be adding statues and monuments that show the struggles and determination that, up until recently, shows how great this country is and what it went through to achieve this envy of the entire world.

There are approximately 270 million firearms in the U.S. only about 70 million are registered. 17 million are conceal carry. It is thought that 2-3 million of the 70, are fully auto. Close to 5 Billion rounds of various and sundry caliber, rounds of ammo. Regardless of how one my access those numbers. Put together all that equals one hellava mess!

You make good points……but the enemies of America want you to think it’s about race issues…..it isn’t and it never was. It’s about the tearing down of America -the shining city on the hill. It’s about the Globalists marching us to a New World Order….one world dictator….all people subjugated to one small group of tyrants and evildoers.
You all must get past the idea that this is a race or religion issue….that is just the tool with which they conquer good people. Until you can see that…you will keep playing into their narrative and slow walking you right into the Globalists hands.
Hitler did this same thing in Germany. And, he used good, God-fearing people this exact same way to put himself in power. He made pacts with the Muslims to kill non-whites around Europe….in return for not coming after them….at first.

Many of our lying politicians and leaders are fond of saying, “Islam is the religion of peace” while pictures of torture, death, and evil play out across the Globe in contradiction. George W. Bush made that same statement as does McMaster and other of our leaders today.
” Islam is the religion of Peace” is a lie. Any Muslim will tell you that the real meaning of Islam translates to “subjugation”…..not peace.
And to all you Black people out there who are being radicalized…..the translation of the word “black” in Islam is “slave”. You are falling for the Islam BS while at the same time being a slave to work for them to tear down the very country where you have so many opportunities as long as you aren’t too lazy to take the opportunities and work hard.
And just as a history reminder….when the Irish came here they had to fight to stop prejudice against them. The same for other nationalities….prejudice is always started by those greedy people who imagine things are being taken from them.
It takes maybe 15 minutes of your time to write letters, emails, and make calls to let your voice be heard against what is going on in our country. Let’s find out who put this Judge out and give them an ear full. If there are Constitutional lawyers out there contact this Judge and represent him for fear in a Free Speech lawsuit. Start attacking back…..or lose your country and everything you worked for.

We all really need to research the true cause of the civil war. It is better named “The War of Northern Aggression” and was a State’s Rights issue, as well as a tax issue. The South was paying over 80% of the taxes to government and that was unfair. Slavery was a very minor element of this and the banksters still controlling the world started the war and funded both sides. Lincoln violated the Constitution by doing what he did and this killed 600,000 of our people on both sides… all for federal government control and money. Time we woke up regarding those who are still trying to rewrite history.

Supposedly, a senator calls for the assassination of the President of the USA. This person apparently refuses to step down. This judge gives his opinion, an opinion which others share in part or entirety, he is asked to step down, go home, do not pass go. That just does not seem fair, and there are other such examples.
The conservatives would do well to study how their counterparts would proceed. Seek legal recourse, fight the verdict legally, let the public know, let the ACLU know (yes, they need to know, whether they assist or not), vote carefully.
Additionally, the anarchists, thugs, whatever they consider themselves need to follow the law like the rest of us. If you want a statue take down, fine, but follow normal procedures, do so legally, bring the matter before the appropriate city councils, get signatures, state your grievances, and do it that way. That is the proper way, not the disgraceful show of tantrums, stompings, kicking of inanimate objects of antiquity. Stop being so childish.

Judge Hinkle is the salt of the earth kind of guy who made this the greatest country on the face of the planet. The wave of judges appointed over the last 20 years are indoctrinated snowflakes. Judge Blum should be ashamed of herself. Judge Hinkle should not be forced out for defending his culture. Left/progs, Antifa Alt-Left, and Black Lives Matter, all want to destroy statues that commemorate “imperfect” men who fought a discredited, wrongheaded war. But all wars can be seen as wrong in some respects, everyone is imperfect, and those who make an impact on history will never satisfy all the people, all the time. If we don’t in some way commemorate past events we run the risk of forgetting and never learning from history.

This may sound trivial, but for the past week I have watched the 7 movie series of Harry Potter….towards the end all of those speaking out against Voldermort were killed off at Hogwarts….speech and actions were regimented the way the Dark Lord wanted…or you were tortured and killed off.
Towards the end of the last movie the students were all silent, miserable puppets marching in line and daring not to speak against the Dark Lord or anything going on that was evil….just like in the book and movie “Nineteen Eighty Four” by Orwell….
When people can’t speak out against evil then we are a heartbeat away from being conquered by the enemy.
Where are the people of this Judge’s town? Who said he had to resign? Why aren’t those names being published all over town? All over the nation? Why aren’t there thousands of people bombarding the people who forced out the Judge and demanding their resignation? What did they threaten him with to make him leave office?
Unfortunately for us there is no Harry Potter to save the day. There is only each and every one of us to stop this madness. Act now or face the consequences…which won’t just happen to a few unlucky people…..it will happen to all of us, our families, and our nation.

Google “Nawaz + The Voldemort Effect” and familiarise yourself with his premise which he expounds on in his book “Islam and the future of Tolerance”, co-written with Sam Harris in dialogue form. Also YouTube videos of Nawaz and Harris are available. I often use the phrase as a hook when explaining to people the threat of Islam to western societies. It connects with all ages – from teenagers who are familiar with the series and the main characters who are well into their 20s now, their parents who often read the books to their children and the grandparents who heard about the books from the younger set. The phrase immediately attracts their interest and it’s then an easy path to explaining why and how the global elite, academics and media are silencing free speech and association. You write very well in your posts so you could easily extrapolate the concept into an essay, article or blog post.
