The Minneapolis Muslim police officer who fatally shot a woman who called 911 for help has refused to be interviewed by authorities investigating the shooting. Why should he? He answers to a high authority and he knows the media and left will have his back. The enemedia is already scripting the narrative. Finally they are defending a police officer. Islam trumps all. Black Lives Matter, LGBT, feminism — nothing beats Islam. Nothing.
Before the cop was identified as a Muslim, the reports were all of over the left wing sites. Cop shoots unarmed woman multiple times! Since Noor was named, all’s quiet on the Western front.

July 18 (UPI) — The Minneapolis police officer who fatally shot a woman who called 911 for help has refused to be interviewed by authorities investigating the shooting, according to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety.
Officer Mohamed Noor shot 40-year-old Justine Ruszczyk, who also went by her fiancee’s last name of Damond, in the abdomen as she stood in the alley behind her home and told the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension that we will not consent to an interview about the incident.
The BCA is conducting the investigation into the shooting at the request of the MPD.
“Officer Noor has declined to be interviewed by BCA agents at this time. Officer Noor’s attorney did not provide clarification on when, if ever, an interview would be possible,” said the statement.
But Officer Matthew Harrity, the other officer who was in the squad car when Noor opened fire has been interviewed….
Both Noor and Harrity are on paid administrative leave during the investigation….

He should be prosecuted as if he was an ordinary citizen. This man is a cold blooded murderer. No two ways about it. A Muslim looking at a female blond in pajamas at night??? Noor has”declined to be interviewed”? How can he decline and yet be on paid leave. Refusing to be interviewed should be enough basis to be fired. Especially with 3 previous complaints on his record and a lawsuit pending. Fire him then haul him into jail until he co-operates. Oh, my bad! Forgot muslims and sharia rule in Minneapolis.

Why would he refuse to answer questions? This is a nightmare. Does he comprehend that he ended an innocent woman’s life? This woman was someone’s mother, sister, daughter, partner. He should do the right thing. Explain why he shot her. What her family must be going through. It’s too bad, and it seems like there is no one to help. There is no CAIR equivalent for this victim’s family. I don’t understand what is happening.
The mayor should say something as well.

Yanez pulls over an individual going into an unknown situation
2. Castille was armed
3. Yanez made face to face contact with Castille
4. Yanez made conversation with Castille
5. Yanez gave 3 direct orders before firing his weapon
6. Yanez knew of a firearm in the vehicle and Castille was reaching for something despite verbal commands to stop7.
7. Yanez kept the camera rolling and his statement matched the video
Now in this instance you have:
1. An individual reporting a crime instead of a traffic stop, therefore the officers were called upon
2. Justine called dispatch twice and it took 17 minutes from the first call to 911 until the shots fired radio to dispatch.
3. The officers should have know there was a female in distress in the area and be aware of a frantic female
4. Justine was not armed
5. There was no reason for the officers to believe that Justine was armed
6. No initial contact was made with Justine before opening fire (as far as we know although there have been mixed reports)
7. The officers turned off all video equipment and are not giving statements
8. No verbal commands were given to Justine

Now Noor is saying he saw a dark figure running toward car and after the loud noise just started shooting. Ha!
First of all this 911 call was of a possible sexual assault. The first thought of any cop of a woman running toward them in her pajamas would be that this was the victim of the assault, not the perpetrator!
Secondly, this is the third complaint in 2 years against this Somalian, one of which was manhandling another woman.
Lastly, he doesn’t even stop to think one of the bullets could hit his partner.
No, this guy is a Muslim who thinks blonde white women in pajamas deserve what they get.

A murderer is still a murderer, regardless of how you want to rationalize or humanize him. And the fact is, the woman (who called the police in the first place) committed no crime as far as we know.

As long as Minneapolis with its police force and city hall are under dhimmi status, there will be no justice. This requires the intervention of the Feds. A petition should be started to bring this issue to President Trump and let him send in the Feds to take over.

In the U.S. Noor does have rights regarding making statements to investigators and he can decline to make a statement. Those rights would not available in his native Somalia.
Any American criminal lawyer would tell his client to keep his/her mouth shut in a case like this.
On the other hand, Noor’s refusal to make a statement does tend to lead outside observers into thinking he’s got something to hide.
We can also see where his defense is going: he was surprised by a loud noise and thought that he was being ambushed, therefore he shot someone.
I’m not buying that.
As Shakespeare wrote in Hamlet, “something is rotten in the state of Denmark” and it seems something is very rotten in the state of Minnesota too.
There really needs to be an independent investigation of this case. I know an outside agency is doing the criminal investigation but there needs to an independent investigation of diversity hiring practices and other factors which put this Noor character on the job.

murder charge.
It sounds like the outcome will depend on what his partner says – since
their body cameras were turned off.
The loved ones of the healthy, unarmed woman shot to death by Noor
will suffer the rest of their lives.
No matter what the outcome, Noor should be fired from the force for not
explaining to his superiors how discharging his weapon resulted in someone’s
death.
