“It’s absolutely sickening”: Justine Damond’s family OUTRAGED over Muslim cop lawyer’s demand for autopsy to check for Ambien

102

Typical of jihad operatives, the lawyer of the Muslim police officer who shot dead Justine Damond in cold blood is now smearing, defaming and libeling the victim. Exactly what they do to us for opposing jihad terror.

The lawyer for officer Mohamed Noor, Tom Plunkett, caused controversy for reportedly asking for a review into Justine Damond’s autopsy report to see if she had taken sleeping pills.

Ms Damond’s devastated family has slammed the move and declared the 40-year-old bride-to-be would never have taken drugs, News Corp reported.

Story continues below advertisement

‘It was absolutely sickening, and that’s the game these lawyers play, to try to attack the victim,’ family spokesman Tom Hyder said.

‘Justine was someone who only ate organic, she watched everything she ever put into her body.’

On Thursday, Mr Plunkett told CBS he would like a second lab to examine the results of the autopsy on Ms Damond because ‘it would be nice to know if there were some Ambien in her system’ but he later told AAP ‘It was a total misquote’.

Her family insists the health enthusiast, yoga instructor and meditation coach was not taking any meds but even if she was, so what? If every American who took Ambien deserved to be shot, half the country would be dead.

Ambien is a sedative often prescribed to people who have difficulty sleeping.

A toxicology report has yet to be completed.

‘It’s absolutely sickening’: Justine Damond’s family outraged over claims she may have been on drugs when rogue cop shot her dead – as police grill cyclist over ‘footage’

  • The family of Justine Damond have hit out at claims she may have been on drugs
  • The lawyer for police officer who shot Ms Damond dead reportedly made claim
  • It was slammed as ‘absolutely sickening’ by the Australian woman’s family
  • They say the bride-to-be always ate healthy and would have never touched drugs
  • A witness to Justine Damond’s death has been interviewed by authorities
  • The witness stopped at the scene where Ms Damond was shot dead by a cop
  • Sources say the witness also caught part of the fatal encounter on video

By Bryant Hevesi and Sam Duncan For Daily Mail Australia and Valerie Edwards For Dailymail.com, 22 July 2017:

The family of Justine Damond are outraged at claims she may have been on drugs at the time she was killed.

Their comments come as a mystery cyclist who witnessed a Minneapolis police officer shoot the Australian woman dead has been interviewed by authorities.

Bride-to-be Ms Damond was gunned down by police officer Mohamed Noor as she stood in her pyjamas outside her home in the US city on July 15.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension released a statement after speaking to the cyclist which said: ‘The individual has been cooperative and provided an interview [Friday, local time]’.

‘This individual was seen bicycling eastbound on West 51st Street immediately before the shooting and stopped at the scene and watched as the officers provided medical assistance to Justine Ruszczyk,’ the statement also said

The cyclist may also have vital video evidence of the fatal shooting which left Ms Damond dead.

A source in possession of direct knowledge of the investigation confirms the witness caught part of the fatal encounter on video, the Star Tribune reported.

Officer Noor, the police officer who fired the fatal shots, is yet to break his silence.

‘Officer Noor’s attorney has not provided any update about when, if ever, an interview would be possible,’ the BCA said.

‘Under the law, the BCA cannot compel the testimony of the officer.’

The lawyer for officer Mohamed Noor, Tom Plunkett, caused controversy for reportedly asking for a review into Justine Damond’s autopsy report to see if she had taken sleeping pills.

The crooked jihadi cop was not tested if he was on drugs nor arrested and interviewed and the dead woman needs to be tested for drugs ?

Agreed. A guy tried to commit suicide by slamming into the oilfield truck I was driving and I am the one who was given a urinalysis test for insurance purposes and the fact I held a commercial driver license. Pee testing the cop should have been SOP.

Insurance companies are constantly looking to get out of ways of paying claims. When I was involved in an accident that was the result of the other driver, the first question the cops and insurance company wanted to know is if I had my seatbelt on. If not, then despite the facts, I would have been at fault.

And it’s not manslaughter, I’d go for Murder 2.

This attorney has a game plan, and is fishing for anything that might help. He has outed himself with this request.

A possible, but not common, side effect of Ambien is bizarre behavior. However, this type of behavior normally occurs when the affected person is sedated, but physically active. Ex: sleep-walking. The person usually doesn’t remember these nocturnal activities.

The fact that this victim called 911, twice, and spoke coherently, proves beyond any doubt that she was not mentally or cognitively incapacitated.

Mahou Shoujo

Shooting a gun inside a vehicle to murder someone outside the door on the opposite side, is considerably more bizarre than talking to a cop through the open window of a car. This defence later is preparing a case for a shari’a count, not one in the United States.

Maybe. Or maybe it will take 10 or 20 more Justines. But I am not sure because most people do not react to something that happens “someplace else to someone else.” You need organization and we are simply not organized. But the worst thing is that the media does not report what happens which leaves many people thinking that their opinions are in the “far” right extreme. They then tend to modify their own thought and behavior. Remember the Tea Party march on Washington in 2009? None of the media outlets reported on it.

I am sorry but that is WRONG. Lawyers for the defence have been doing that in the US and now all over the west for over a century. However the difference now is that ALL muslims in the west who are accused of crimes have access to massive defence funds (supplied by both the Left and fellow muslims) and the bigoted leftist lawyers (now churned out all over the west by leftist law schools )who see the perpetrator as having many more rights than the victim. I strongly doubt that this Somali SOB will di any time such is the pathetic state of law in the west.

The short answer to your question is yes. The partner is the only living witness to what occurred in that car that night and the case will hinge on his testimony (or lack thereof). Unfortunately it’s going to be quite some time before we get to hear whatever he has to say about the killing. Everyone involved is lawyered-up now and no one is talking. I heard last night that another witness has come forward (the bicyclist that was riding by when the killing took place). Let’s hope he can shed some light on what took place.

Why is Noor given information on her autopsy when he refuses to testify as to what happened? His testimony has to be isolated. So what if she did take Ambien – its a downer! It would have inhibited her ability to run toward their car or to behave in the “excited” manner that has been postulated. Giving them this kind of information allows Noor to concoct his excuse.

As soon as the toxicology report is negative or does not show presence in the blood sample (,significant amount) of any sedative or psychoactive substance, the defense( the State) should be additionally tried for maligning a victim. All lawyers do this but even if any sedative is found, homicide still remains what it means.Zolpidem causes lack of coordination and drowsiness both not a threat to anybody in the vicinity.Hallucinations or aggression are rare and even if present, she did not carry any weapon.A very serious and atrocious charge that she was carrying a weapon has not been levelled so far ,thankfully.Even if it was proved in any case that the victim had hallucinations of someone screaming, how does shooting her be justified?

Whether or not she had taken sleeping pills—-is not a justification to murder someone. This is just pure deflection. It’s not against the law to take a sleeping pill and I know of no stature that gives the police the authority to shoot someone because they took a sleeping pill. It doesn’t matter if she had it in her system or not. We’re still back at why did the officer pull the trigger?

The lawyer for Noor has already backtracked, stating the comment about
Ambien was “a total misquote”. Probably because of the outrage his comment
elicited.

It looks like Mohammed Noor murdered that unarmed woman – either
recklessly or deliberately. So I assume when a cop kills someone – whether
justified or not – the authorities immediately test him for drugs or alcohol.
Right?

It seems just as important to do toxicology testing on the police officer as it
does on his dead victim – if not more so. If a cop is NOT tested when his
action results in someone’s death – then it is completely one-sided, unfair and
skewed to test the victim.

Rob Porter

Australians are seeing what America has become after 8 years of the disgusting Barack Obama presidency. The lawyer for Noor, Tom Plunkett, is a disgusting man devoid of moral impulse and should be told to get lost and rather address the mindless and criminal shooting of an innocent, unarmed member of the public who had called 911 to get police to attend the scene of a possible crime. And then she was shot and killed! What the hell more is there to discuss and debate? Has no one in leadership in Minneapolis the courage or moral impulse to do the right, rational and decent thing? Evidently not. The mayor is just a complete liberal ass, the police service led by fools. This is absurd muddying of the water is a disgusting endeavour to reduce or eliminate the criminal behavior of a Muslim, Somali police officer. What kind of society is this of Minneapolis? Did officer ask her before he shot her whether or not she had taken sleeping pills. This is simply has nothing to do with whether or not the officer pulled the trigger and killed her.

They’re trying to paint the picture that Justine was under the influence of a drug well known for producing strange behaviors in those who take it and that she was behaving in a manner that the killer cop perceived as threatening. The fact that they’re trying to paint this picture speaks volumes about the case they will try to present for the defense. They’re going to go the blame the victim route.

Sure muddy up the murdered victim who called the police in the first place. Allegedly first reports Justine was speaking with Officer Harrity on the drivers side of the vehicle before she was shot. Did this part of the story get buried by the flake Mayor? Given allegations that Officer Noor faces or did face three complaints of excessive force and has a reputation in his Apartment Complex as a person who harbors an attitude towards women and children plus now a death without justification; a full blown investigation of him should be called for both by IA in the Mnpls PD and Separate and independent by the FBI.
The poor family in Austrailia their loved one to an incompetent at best or racist at worst Police Officer defended by a political Mayor without a heart and who is an idiot. What is most telling is that Officer Noor is not being backed up by fellow Officers (unusual) nor the Fraternal Order of Police. Plus his defense is to attack the victim. So, Justin has been shot dead without reason (Noor doesn’t offer an official statement) and now his Attorney wants to violate/desecrate her body without good reason. If she hypothetically used Ambien as do millions of Americans how would this justify or mitigate officer Noors actions? If she was murdered by a carry & Conceal citizen with the same moronic story should he receive the same treatment Mr Lawyer? Your client screwed up totally and needs to pay a heavy price with his own life to bring back confidence in the Mnpls PD. If Mayor Betsy Hodges thinks hiring more SOMOLI Officers at this time is an answer she may be facing a Special Recall Election since she’s unfit. Before that Noors fellow Officers may be calling in with a case of the Blue Flu to protest him, the Former Chief and the Mayor

Look–we all know, or should, what is going to happen. The musilima will walk free and receive some sort of big pay increase, while at the same time filing some sort lawsuit against the deceased’s family—which she will win.
The islamists know damn well why they have been brought over here; they are here to kill off right-leaning Americans.
The muslims are the butcher boys; they know they can kill as many of us as they want to and they will be rewarded for it.
If we don’t know by now what the hell is happening and why these muslims are here, then, yeah, we must be stupid.
The only question is this: are we going to fire even one shot in our defense??
In Western Europe, Australia and now Canada as well, not one shot has been fired by the white tribe people in their defense, and yet those people are essentially already gone. There is no hope for any of the white people in those countries.
It will probably be the same here in America .A few protesters on the streets is probably the best we’re going to be able to do.

SSSHHhhhh. If you listen closely, you may be able to hear a faint rumbling sound—that is the sound of Western Civilization collapsing.
Don’t tell anybody–it’s supposed to be a secret.
