Eastern European leaders have come out swinging against a mandate from the European Union to take in a certain number of migrants, saying they’ll never accept the quota system.
The backlash comes as Europe has been suffering under the hefty demands of mostly Muslim migrants and refugees who’ve flooded the borders — at the bequest and open-door welcome of liberal politicians.
Apparently, some in more conservative political circles — like Hungary and Slovakia — say they’ve reached the tipping point. And they’re telling EU leaders: No more migrants.

EASTERN European countries today launched a furious fightback against EU judges insisting they will “never” accept any ruling forcing them to accept migrant quotas.
In a sign of the growing schism between the region and Brussels Hungary and Slovakia launched scathing attacks on the European Court of Justice (ECJ) accusing it of political activism.
Yesterday the court’s advocate general, Yves Bot, issued an opinion urging judges to reject the two countries’ application to strike out the EU’s migrant resettlement programme.
Eurocrats want member states to resettle 160,000 refugees from Greece and Italy under a forced allocation system, which was voted through in 2015 despite opposition from Eastern countries.
Hungary and Slovakia, supported by Poland, refused to take in their share and instead launched a legal battle to try and prove that the system is a breach of their sovereignty.
But yesterday French official Mr Bot dealt that effort a serious blow with the publication of his recommendation, which raised eyebrows due to its highly political nature.
The advocate general accused the two countries of failing to show “solidarity” with other member states and said they were politically duty bound to a “fair sharing of burdens”.
But his opinion drew a furious response from Budapest and Bratislava, who vowed to carry on fighting the quota scheme and launched stinging attacks on the Luxembourg court.
A spokesman for Slovakian prime minister Robert Fico was unrepentant, fierily stating that the premier “reiterates that he will never accept any mandatory quotas”.
And Hungarian justice minister Pal Volner went on the attack against activist European judges, saying it would be “very sorry if the court decides to become part of the political process”.
He accused the EU of a deliberate attempt to “upset and jeopardise the European people’s peace and security as part of a forced process of unknown origin.”
And he raged: “The main elements of this statement are political, which are practically used to disguise the fact that there are no legal arguments in it.”
“Our legal position is unchanged. If the court bases its decision on the law then we will welcome it positively and we will be very sorry if the court decides to become part of the political process.”
In his opinion published yesterday, French official Mr Bot unequivocally stated that judges at the ECJ “should dismiss the actions brought by Slovakia and Hungary” when they come before them later this year.
He rejected claims by Hungary and Slovakia that the quota scheme should have been put to national parliaments, and not just decided by EU leaders, and that MEPs should have been handed a greater role in shaping it.
And the magistrate said the fact that the fact the decision was not adopted unanimously did not invalidate it, because the Commission did not object to amendments leaders had made to the initial proposal.

And in doing this, the Eastern European countries have avoided endless never-ending strife with a hostile culture. It will save them trillions of dollars over time not having to monitor and protect themselves from a self-created 5th column. And certainly avoid what many other European countries cannot avoid………..civil war.

And highly-contagious diseases spreading like wild-fire. TB has exploded in Germany (someone with active TB only has to sneeze/breathe on you) as has Dengue and malaria ( mainly via mosquitoes, but also other insects ) , and a host of other diseases, some never seen before in Europe .
Anti biotics are losing efficacy as it is with medics in panic demanding more research into AB alternatives, and this BEFORE the recent invasion.
Without efficient cures epidemics are waiting to happen.

Western european nations are fools beyond stupid, for allowing national sovereignty to be preempted by an unelected elitist nobility that impose their views on everyone, while living in grande isolation from the social and cultural disaster they have dumped anthers. It is time to abandon the e.u, allowing independent nations to set their own course.

Immaculate Heart of Mary will Triumph, period of peace will be given, Russia will be converted (after consecration) and Catholicism will be preached to all ends of the world.

My East-European friends: Drop your futile “legal battles” (which you will ALWAYS lose) and simply WITHDRAW from that corrupted EU. Only THAT will guarantee your sovereignty and independence.

That’s right. The USA, the EU-free UK, and many other countries will be glad to establish trade-business relations with these countries. Meanwhile, as long as Netherlands and other European countries are crushed under the Zionist-Globalist-Communist boot of the EU and UN, Hungary, Poland and these other still ‘free’ countries should offer refuge and eventual citizenship to the Whites of South Africa (and Zimbabwe, if there are any left) to prevent the genocide that is being carried our against them by the communist/fascist corrupt Black politicians of these formerly successful White nations.

I understand your frustration with such people like Soros who happens to have Jewish ancestors. It is my opinion, however, that they have very little to do with “Zionism” as such, being frequently totally hostile toward the State of Israel and what it stands for. In this respect, I – who am not Jewish – am better Zionist than any of them so called Jews.

Eastern europe telling the rest of europe ‘no’ we are not going to accept any more. Who knew? Good for them. Hopefully, they can stick this out and not cave. Their countries will be safer, crime will be less than the rest of western europe. Oh, but the west doesn’t care about that.

Congratulations to the heroic people and governments of Hungary, Slovakia and Poland for not being threatened and forced to meet the liberal leadership demands of the United Nations. The world needs only to look at France, Germany and Italy to witness the horrors and afflictions which Islam has induced upon their country and societies. Why is it so important to resettle Muslims throughout Europe when fellow Muslim nations like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and United Arab Emirates who share the same religion, dress and food and has sufficient lands to accommodate their fellow Muslim, refuses to allow refugee entrance to their own countries? The answer is simple; they realize the treat to their power and the monumental finance burden of accepting their fellow Muslim. Lead by Saudi Arabia it is better to have refugee immigration to Western nations knowing how primitive and uncontrollable warring tribes can be at overthrowing a legitimate regime and avoid political and financial stress placed upon their ruling class. Europe must rebel against this Islamic threat and deny any further refugee resettlement by the United Nations. Failure to do so will cost European sovereignty catapulting Islam as the majority, therefore gaining power within their own free governments to begin instituting Islamic rule under Sharia Law.

Be very clear about this trial of strength / will, this is about who rules, because the visigrad four signed away their independence in these and other matters under the terms of what’s misleadingly called ” shared sovereignty “.
To borrow a phrase, Sauron does NOT “share sovereignty”.
This stand has in my view great potential for mischief, but as always the voters are going to have the final word, if these governments play a canny hand, they win, but if the EU threaten to snatch away the bribes and threaten living standards, the voters could dismiss these visionary nationalist leaders, replacing them with pro EU toadies.
Then for all those people, it would be fight or flight or submit and that is unthinkable.

When the eastern European countries joined the EU, they had a right to reasonable expectations that the Union would not deliberately self destruct, and destroy them in the process. We well know there is no compelling reason to flood Europe with these unvetted migrants, and every reason to prevent them from entering EU countries. These eastern European countries should expose the corruption, incompetence, and subversion of EU political leadership and management and sue them for endangering the Union. It is an excellent opportunity to expose the collusion between the NGOs, traffickers, and EU officials that maintains a steady flow of migrants coming from Africa and elsewhere. Bring all the evidence out and spread it on the table in the court of public opinion and make it impossible to ignore.

We all know that the eastern european countries joined the EU only because of financial reasons. That was of course a wrong decision as they are realizing now, because the EU not only gives but also takes. Your sovereignty for example. This is the drama right now, and now they are starting to understand the real nature of the EU and that it would have been better to stay a bit poorer instead of having to mess around with enforced muzzie-flooding. Because all eastern european countries are still much poorer than the western european countries (but this will change quickly once the muzzies reach the majority in the West) and because they can´t even provide enough jobs and food for their own people, it is of course totally logic that even more so they couldn´t provide that for illegal invadors too. And being in such an economical bad shape, it would be the stupidest thing ever to import more people who´ll never find work as well, and in addition to that are even hostile towards the natives and their culture. It just shows you the horrible absurdity of the EU and the actions they try to impose. I would rather stay poorer but safer than having a bit more money but therefore having muzzies around me! I so hope for eastern european countries to successfully continue their battle against the EU-organized flooding of the scum of the earth and hope for them too that they soon leave the EU. The better the sooner. Because with an islamized West, you will have nothing to lose.
