Allan graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University (SFASU) in 2016, with a degree in business. On January 12, 2016, Samiha tweeted that she will be beginning law school in the spring of 2017.
Hatred of Jews on Social Media
On January 19, 2017, Allan tweeted: “Kuss im el yahood [F**k the Jews] howboutdah??”
On July 26, 2016, Allan tweeted: “@Ali_Sweidan hashtag Allah yin3n el yahood [May Allah Curse the Jews]. ”
On October 12, 2015, Allan tweeted: “I hate Israel with every f**king bone in my body. F**k Israel. Kuss em el yahood [F**k the Jews]. F**k Zionist. F**k anyone who supports Israel.”
On October 3, 2015, Allan tweeted: “Kuss em el yahood [F**k the Jews].”
Defending HamasIn August of 2014, Allan tweeted a series of tweets defending Hamas.
On August 10, 2014, Allan tweeted: “2. Hamas isn’t a terrorist group. It’s a resistance group. There is a difference.”
On the same day, Allan then tweeted: ‘3. Stop talking about the “2,000” rockets sent into Israel by Hamas bc news flash people those rockets are home made, they don’t do shit.”
Allan then attempted to justify Hamas terror, tweeting: “4. Yes, they do send rockets into Israel but wouldn’t you if someone took your land, killed your family, and imprisoned you?”
The Hamas’ charter calls for the murder of Jews worldwide. Hamas television programming educates school children to hate Jews and its summer camps teach children to wage war.
Israel commenced Operation Protective Edge (OPE) in July 2014 in order to destroy Hamas attack tunnels and stop rocket attacks targeting Israeli civilians. From November 14 to November 21, Palestinian terrorist groups fired more than 1,506 rockets at Israel. The majority of those rockets struck Israel, damaging homes, schools and other civilian areas.
Endorsing Militant Violence
On October 15, 2015, Allan tweeted: “As a Palestinian, I will not apologize for my people’s anger. I will not apologize for the revolution or any intifada. I will not apologize.”
October 2015 saw an upsurge in violence across Israel incited by Palestinian political and religious leaders. The wave of stabbings, known as the “Knife Intifada,” saw young Palestinians throughout the country stabbing and attempting to stab scores of Israeli civilians.
On October 8, 2014, Allan tweeted: “hey!!!! @Israelibeauties look at my heroes ” along with two pictures: The first image featured armed members of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) all-women’s battalion; the second image featured armed members of the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas.
Spreading Hatred of Israel
On May 11, 2016, Allan tweeted: “I actually hate Israel so f**king much lol.”On February 12, 2016, Allan tweeted: ‘@canarymission @LuisDiNiro ayo free Palestine!! F**k Zionism.”
On October 15, 2015, Allan tweeted a photo of a seated individual, talking to a garbage dumpster, with the comment: “Talking to a Zionist about the Palestine-Israel conflict.”

BDS
The BDS movement was founded in 2005 by Omar Barghouti and asserts that it “works to end international support for Israel’s oppression of Palestinians and pressure Israel to comply with international law.”BDS initiatives include compelling institutions and individuals to divest from Israeli-affiliated companies, academic boycotts, anti-Israel rallies and protests.
The movement’s most notable achievement has been the infiltration of university campuses through lobbying for “BDS resolutions.” In these cases, backed by university anti-Israel affiliates, student governments have brought to vote on some form of boycott of — or divestment from — Israel and Israeli-affiliated entities. These resolutions, although non-binding, have been passed by student governments on numerous North American campuses.
BDS activity is often aggressive and disruptive. It has been noted that universities that pass BDS resolutions see a marked increase in anti-Semitic incidents on campus. In 2013, when the student government of the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) debated a BDS resolution, reports emerged of violent threats and the spitting on a student wearing a Star of David necklace. As a result, the student government chose to vote via a “secret ballot” in order to ensure their own safety.

In addition to the educational and bar examination requirements, most states also require an applicant to demonstrate good moral character. Character Committees look to an applicant’s history to determine whether the person will be fit to practice law in the future. This history may include prior criminal arrests or convictions, academic honor code violations, prior bankruptcies or evidence of financial irresponsibility, addictions or psychiatric disorders, sexual misconduct, prior civil lawsuits or driving history.[39] In recent years, such investigations have increasingly focused on the extent of an applicant’s financial debt, as increased student loans have prompted concern for whether a new lawyer will honor legal or financial obligations. For example, in early 2009, a person who had passed the New York bar and had over $400,000 in unpaid student loans was denied admission by the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division due to excessive indebtedness, despite being recommended for admission by the state’s character and fitness committee.[40] He moved to void the denial, but the court upheld its original decision in November 2009, by which time his debt had accumulated to nearly $500,000.[41] More recently, the Court of Appeals of Maryland rejected the application of a candidate who displayed a pattern of financial irresponsibility, applied for a car loan with false information, and failed to disclose a recent bankruptcy.[42]
When applying to take a state’s bar examination, applicants are required to complete extensive questionnaires seeking the disclosure of significant personal, financial and professional information. For example, in Virginia, each applicant must complete a 24-page questionnaire[43] and may appear before a committee for an interview if the committee initially rejects their application.[44] The same is true in the State of Maryland, and in many other jurisdictions, where the state’s supreme court has the ultimate authority to determine whether an applicant will be admitted to the bar.[45] In completing the bar application, and at all stages of this process, honesty is paramount. An applicant who fails to disclose material facts, no matter how embarrassing or problematic, will greatly jeopardize the applicant’s chance of practicing law.[46]

Unless one is Barack Hussein Obama, in which case lying and failing to disclose material facts – such as aliases – gets a pass.
As this woman is a Muslim, she may also get a pass as precedent has been established. It depends on how many Muslims are on the Character Committee. One is too many.

I’m in the process of trying to get into the Bar. If I’m denied, I wonder if I can bring this up. I hear about people failing because of old bills and such, or mistakes on their credit report. It’s nice to know genocidal, racist, morons are allowed in. Be nice verification for societies priorities.

Many Jews in the West actually try to defend Muslims…sadly, they do not take into account the extreme anti-Semitism that exist in many of their communities.
