First off, “extremism” is a silly word. Absurd. It is a measure of a thing. Is extremism in pursuit of the good a bad thing? Is extremism in pursuit of the truth a bad thing? Of love? Of justice?
The war is not against extremism. It is against jihad.
As long as Quranic texts and teachings are seen as legitimate and holy, Muslims will share them, preach them, and act on them, with or without the internet. What is May going to do, ban WhatsApp and Telegram, the dark web? She banned my colleagues and me, not jihad preachers or these Muslim terrorists who slaughtered Brits in the homeland. She equates those of us who oppose jihad (extremists) to the jihadis (extremists).
Of course their strategy isn’t working. It’s not reality based. It’s wishful nonsense.

The brother of the man behind the brutal massacre of seven people in the London Bridge terror attack had actually been paid by police to fight extremism, despite it going on within his own home.
Saad Butt, 29, brother of murderer Khuram, 27, was involved in the Government’s ‘Prevent’ programme set up to counter extremist groups.
His actions are a far cry from his younger brother, who led the three-man death squad who went on a bloodthirsty stabbing frenzy in Borough Market on Saturday night, injuring a further 48 people.
The news has prompted further questions as to how authorities missed Khuram’s bloodthirsty plans when they worked so closely with one of his blood relatives.
He was even being investigated by anti-terror forces in 2015 but was deemed a ‘low priority’ with police saying there was ‘no evidence he was planning an attack’.
Today Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson has also backed those asking how the killer ‘slipped through the net’.

The brothers were born in Pakistan and came to the UK with their asylum seeker parents.
According to The Times, Saad even set up an anti-extremism group at the Butt family home in east London and successfully applied to join the Young Muslims Advisory Group (YMAG), passing security checks along the way.
The paper reported he was paid ‘under £10,000’ by the Association of Chief Police Officers to carry out research on ‘young Muslims’ dissatisfaction with police’, and registered a research company to the family’s address near Forest Gate.
Meanwhile Khuram is alleged to have been a supporter of hate preacher Anjem Choudary’s extremist group ‘al-Muhajiroun’.
Saad also helped create a report called ‘It’s a Two-Way Thing — Improving Communication Between Young People and Government’ in 2010.
YMAG was launched by then communities secretary Hazel Blears and families secretary Ed Balls in 2008 by the Labour government as a way to engage with young Muslims.

Saad is said to have had regular meetings with the ministers alongside more than 20 other members of the group, and was described as a ‘critical friend’ to the government.
Former member Waliur Rahman, 32, of Bristol, told the Times Saad was ‘very engaged in the whole concept of Prevent.’
But YMAG was previously criticised by then Conservative Party Shadow Minister for Community Cohesion Baroness Warsi for treating the Muslim community as a separate block and creating ‘a more divided Britain’.
Mohammed Shafiq, chief executive of the Ramadhan Foundation, said Butt called him a “Murtad” – traitor in Arabic – when he confronted Choudary about his support of terrorism days after the murder of Lee Rigby in 2013.
He said Butt and Choudary were at College Green in Westminster and accused him of being a ‘government stooge’.
Mr Shafiq said: ‘The police turned up and Anjem, Khuram Butt and two other men were escorted away towards Millbank and I stayed in College Green. I am not surprised that Khuram Butt carried out the terrorist attack and there are serious questions for the authorities.’
Arsenal fan Khuram was shot dead on Saturday night after the bloodthirsty rampage around London Bridge and Borough Market.
Mr Johnson, who previously served as Mayor of London, said people were right to question how Butt had ‘slipped through our net’ while in plain sight.
He said: ‘People are understandably right to look at photographs in today’s papers of the TV show that this guy was in and to ask what happened, how did this person slip through our net in the way that he seems to have done?’
Despite his extremist links being known to police, Butt was somehow able to obtain a job with London Underground in 2016.
The killer, who hid his fanaticism from colleagues, also worked at Canada Water station in the Docklands.

Incredibly, Butt was eventually sacked for poor attendance – not for being an Islamist fanatic, it was claimed last night.
The Times also reported Khuram had links to Sajeel Shahid, 41, who allegedly helped the 2005 London 7/7 bombers train in Pakistan ahead of the atrocity.
The paper reported Butt and Mr Shahid were ‘close friends’ who ran mixed martial arts classes at an all-Muslim east London gym, with Butt said to have tried ‘radicalising’ young pupils.
A photograph, taken in May 2016 at West Kensington station, during his training period shows the jihadi posing in an orange hi-viz jacket and blue uniform, as one of the thousands of London Underground staff who help keep the public safe.
It emerged last night that he quoted the Quran in his final WhatsApp message three days before the attack, as he prepared himself for the horrific massacre on the streets of the British capital.

Why do the british, in particular, not bother to understand the mindset and beliefs of their new overlords? One can only surmise that the british are inclined to be every bit as stupid as swedes in ignoring the facts as clearly stated by muslims.
Sura 8 of the Koran is entitled “The Spoils,” which refers to the booty that shall be taken from the infidels. Al-Awlaki says that taking money by force from disbelievers as booty is the “best and purest form of income.” The basis for his statement comes from the Hadith Sahih Bukhari, when Muhammad said, “the spoils of war are made halal for me” (see Volume 1, Book 7, Number 331).
Al-Awlaki also cites a Hanafi scholar who says stealing from people in the dar al-harb “is considered mubah (permitted) just like hunting or wood gathering.” Al-Awlaki references other traditional Muslim sources who say that theft and embezzlement are different from booty because they are taken by deception or trickery rather than by force, but that such theft and embezzlement is still legal. If these were Apaches regularly sending out war parties the West would know how to deal with the situation instead of waiting for these inevitable massacres.
You cannot reform islam, if you are lucky you can eradicate it in the West.
(Most people will not get the picture till they feel the blade slicing through their flesh.)
These people have and always will be killers.
To be safe from jihad you MUST stay away from them & keep them away from your families.
