Trudeau rewards a terrorist with citizenship

Zakaria Amara is a convicted terrorist, serving a life sentence for his role in a plot to murder scores of Canadians. And now, thanks to a Trudeau government bill passed through the Senate this week, Amara will soon be given the privilege of Canadian citizenship.
After all, a Canadian is a Canadian is a Canadian, right?
Story continues below advertisementIn the case of Amara, this “Canadian” was born in Jordan and raised in Saudi Arabia.
He came to Canada as a teenager, became a Canadian citizen as a young man, and, by the time he turned 20, he was behind bars and charged with terrorism.
Amara was the ringleader of a sophisticated terrorist cell known as the Toronto 18. He recruited, trained and groomed fellow Islamist extremists and worked towards a deadly terrorist plot.

Amara wanted to detonate bombs in downtown Toronto, and coordinate shooting sprees at the CBC and the Toronto Stock Exchange. He planned to siege Parliament Hill in Ottawa, and carry out executions and beheadings of politicians, including the Prime Minster.
He wanted to mass murder Canadians. And even more so, he wanted to shatter our sense of safety and security. It would have forever changed Canada.
Thankfully, this madman’s plot was foiled by an undercover police sting operation. Amara pled guilty to terrorism charges, and was slapped with a life sentence.
Under the Harper government, Amara had his Canadian citizenship revoked and was set to be deported the moment he was released from prison.
But things have changed under Justin Trudeau.
Trudeau said during the 2015 election campaign that he believes “terrorists should get to keep their Canadian citizenship.” And now he’s keeping good on that pledge.
Trudeau’s Immigration Minister Ahmed Hussen told the Senate that the Liberal government had already initiated the process to restore citizenship to the convicted terrorist.
While Trudeau didn’t mind throwing other campaign promises out the window – modest deficits, electoral reform, legalizing marijuana, and so on – he deemed it a priority to grant citizenship to this convicted terrorist.
Trudeau’s agenda prioritized helping a man who hates Canada so much he wanted to wage war against it. Amara was so ungrateful to his host country that he plotted to mass murder civilians in a senseless and unprovoked attack.
And yet, Trudeau is rewarding him with the privilege of Canadian citizenship.
The decision is as reckless as it is absurd.
It’s the height of Liberal moral relativism to say that we’re no better than Islamist extremists, and that terrorists deserve a second chance in Canada. Trudeau seems to believe we should be tolerant and welcoming to everyone, even hateful Islamists and bloodthirsty jihadists.
In Trudeau-land, everyone is a Canadian. He believes in open borders, envisions Canada as the world’s first “post-national state” and considers himself a “global citizen.”
But to the rest of us, Trudeau is simply out of touch. He’s diminishing the value of Canadian citizenship and putting an idealistic platitude – a Canadian is a Canadian is a Canadian – ahead of common sense, not to mention the safety and security of real Canadians.
Amara was up for parole in 2016, and fortunately, his parole was denied. But sooner or later, thanks to Canada’s revolving door prison system, this thug will be released from prison and let back onto the streets in Canada.
What message does this send to wannabe jihadists and extremists looking to sneak into the West? In Trudeau’s own words, “Canada will welcome you.”

And where are the conservatives, the loyal opposition? Grovelling for a few muslim votes while pointedly ignoring the fact that they are supposed to be representing all Canadians. liberals are expected to be lying traitorous, elitist, atheists with no respect for Canada or its culture. The Conservatives are barely any better than the Liberals, spineless, devoid of principles and true values. I have no expectations and am past hoping because this is now a quite stupid society. Years of mindlessly stupid conditioning that ‘we are the best in the world’ drivel has made it so. People don’t vigorously question things or even think too much about what is going on in the country. They’d probably get more excited about the number of chocolate chips in a chocolate chip muffin! As to Trudeau and his contemptibly stupid thinking on giving a Muslim terrorist murderer Canadian citizenship, it reduces Canadian citizenship to junk status. He is not burdened by to much brain power or moral impulse, so feels no moral outrage against violent people who intended to mass murder. There is something mentally wrong there and gross stupidity plays a big role. It’s as if a lobotomy was performed! However, this is not new, Trudeau did recently reinstate Canadian citizenscheit to murderers and probably rapists who returned after fighting for ISIS and other vermin Muslim groups. If Justin Trudeau has a brain in his head it is not evident, but then, think of all the voters who elected him and think of those pitiful imbeciles who turn up at town hall meetings to joyfully greet him as if a hero. Many Canadians are not burdened with brains or morals so have much in common with Trudeau. Decent, thinking people are revolted by such a Prime Minister. As I said before, the chickens are going to come home to roost for Canada. You cannot endlessly behave like a fool and not suffer consequences.

Well the Liberals have a majority, the cons did go after Trudeau on this, but as usual, were put down and slandered. When you have a liberal majority(dictatorship) you can get away with anything here. Of course the leftist media doesn’t cover the fact of the conservatives questioning JT’s motives. as we are all aware of what they are.

The statement “envisions Canada as the world’s first “post-national state” and considers himself a “global citizen.” He’s met privately with George Soros, invited to the Aga Khan’s private island , these two actions alone should tell every right minded person what’s going on in his little brain, he’s following in the footsteps of his father. The same father that was kicked out of the Canadian Military School for supporting the communist ideals then wore a nazi helmut around Montreal on his BMW motorcycle.
The Conservatives are having a leadership vote near the end of May, the right person who talks of Canadian ideals and respect for our Constitution is the one the should be the next Leader,

The left is a solid block in Canada. As in the US we have the media, academia and the arts all almost solid leftists and it has been going on for at least 50 years. Look at the angry marches against Trump because he is not a lefty, doesn’t matter about his programs that will benefit America, they hate, hate him as my lefty relatives and friends do.
Ezra Levant, MacLeans and Mark Steyn fought against islam and the lefty Human Rights Council, there’s a joke, as Pamela showed in her recent article on the muslim couple, took them to their kangaroo court. Ezra and Mark won but at huge personal and financial cost. Remember it doesn’t cost a cent for muslims to lay charges against you but as this landlord found out it will break you defending yourself and the TRUTH is not a defence.

Justin Trudeau defies words of admonition. He, obviously, cares nothing for the safety and welfare of his citizens. What a boost for Terrorists everywhere. The USA deports them as in ODEH, while he confers Citizenship. Mr here is something wrong with these people in the head and I say mean this; Trudeau, Obama,Ms May, A Merkel, the PMs of Denmark and Sweden. They all are on a wave length not in tandem with the health and welfare of the Citizens and are playing G-d with their position. It’s going to blow up in their faces.

Justin Trudeau does not speak for me , he is a traitor and an idiot , he has embarrassed most Canadians to the point that my personal wish for him is that he will eventually be found guilty in court of high treason , that his children all become addicted to the drugs he is legalizing in Canada , that a terrorist he decides to call a Canadian a Canadian , instead of deporting these criminals , shows up on his doorstep with presents from the Far East for our Idiot prime minister. .These are just a few of his insane ideas , and why western Canadians are getting tired of never having our votes count in determining who gets elected in Canada . Many western Canadians including myself are now hoping for a separate western Canadian party to emerge and separate from the eastern crazies .
