First, in today’s PC environment and America’s penchant for litigation, complimenting a woman’s new hair style can become sexual harassment in the hands of a greedy lawyer. Especially if a guy has a lot of money and doesn’t want scandal. A casual remark or a
risqué joke can lead to a sexual harassment lawsuit. Nothing to do with keeping one’s pecker in one’s pants.

Second, I usually agree with your remarks in this forum and also agree that, “Anything done in life can and will be discussed after death.” However, Mr. Ailes wasn’t dead 24 hours and your remarks about his pecker seemed to me to be disrespectful. Also, for balance, his legacy also included some notable accomplishments that were not mentioned.

I don’t want to start a cyber feud. I just happen to disagree with your summary of the recently deceased Mr. Ailes.

Thanks for sharing your unfortunate experience. Sexual harassment and rape are serious offenses and should be punished to the full extent of the law. However, too often there are phony cases like yours that unjustly cause grave harm to the accused. Aside from the monetary pain, the damage done to one’s good name and reputation is almost irreparable. Here is a link to an article from the Navy Times about a navy Seal who was sentenced by a kangaroo court for a rape that was actually consensual sex. A retired admiral involved in the case has finally come forward to defend the sailor but it may be too little too late. Sorry to hear you went through what many other men, especially those on U.S. college campuses and in the military, have also experienced. The link is below.

You have 2 lawyers debating a point – one male and one female. The male looks totally professional….suit, tie, buttoned up shirt, fabulous Italian leather shoes. The female is wearing a tight, short, revealing, sleeveless dress and 8 inch high heels no normal woman could ever walk in. I’ve hated FOX for a long time because of their exploitation of women, (the women obviously are good with their exploitation, no one forces them to wear this crap). FOX is becoming MSNBC LITE. If I have to see Marie Barf one more time I’m going to have to cancel FOX on my cable package.
