Meet Abu Sneineh, the new Palestinian Mayor of Hebron who murdered two Americans and a Canadian in 1980

Tayseer Abu Sneineh, a convicted terrorist who murdered six Jews in 1980, was elected mayor of the Arabs-occupied jewish city of Hebron on Saturday as head of the “moderate” Fatah Party list.

Abu Sneineh was one of four Palestinians behind the Daboya operation, a terror attack where six yeshiva students, two of them being American citizens, were killed on May 2, 1980.

The students, including two Americans and a Canadian citizen, were part of a group that had danced from the Cave of the Patriarchs to Beit Hadassah in Hebron, the only building in Hebron in which Jews lived at the time, when Abu Sneineh and his terror gang opened fire. 6 students were killed and 20 others were wounded.

Dani Dayan, Consul General of Israel in New York tweeted yesterday:

When he announced Abu Sneineh’s candidacy, the Fatah movement, that many want to describe as moderate, described the terror attack as “one of the most important battles and acts of bravery of the Fatah Movement”, “one of the most courageous self-sacrifice operations,” praising the killers as “heroes” and men of – hold your breath – “delicate emotions.”

The Palestinians terrorists were convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison, but as many others after them, they were later released in various prisoner exchanges throughout the 1980s. Tayseer Abu Sneineh was released in a prisoner swap in 1983. For having taken the life of 6 Jews, he spent less than 3 years in jail.

In response to his election, deputy head of the Shomron Regional Council Davidi Ben Sion called on President Donald Trump to cancel his planned meeting with Palestinian Authority “President” (his four years term expired seven years ago) Mahmoud Abbas.

“No one is surprised that the Palestinian Authority educates for murder, encourages terrorism and that the murderers are their cultural heroes and the leaders of their younger generation,” Ben Sion said.

Last March, Republican lawmakers reintroduced the Taylor Force Act, a bill named after former US Army officer Taylor Force, who was killed by Palestinians in a terrorist attack in Jaffa, the southern part of Tel Aviv.

The bill, if passed, would eliminate US funding for the Palestinian Authority if it continues to incite Palestinian to carry out terrorist attack by providing salaries to terrorists in Israeli jails, and their families.

Maybe it’s time to amend the bill to include terrorists who became elected officials. But it would probably include most Palestinian leaders.

6 murdered Jewish students, and this as***le is elected Mayor because he was ‘brave’ and has ‘delicate emotions?’ Really. Trump should absolutely cancel his trip with the PA ‘president.’ Going and speaking to him will give him renewed validation. Especially from an American president. There is absolutely no credible reason why Trump should ever speak to someone like him.

Thanks Mr. Grunberg. I’m glad you didn’t suffer the same fate as your compatriots at Charlie Hebdo (may they rest in peace).
