At The VA You Can Watch Porn In Front of A Veteran and Not Get Fired

[the_ad id=”90673″]
This is the very behavior that is causing the deaths of our Veterans in desperate need of care!
Protection of slacker government employees needs to stop!  VA employees are government “union” workers who are protected if they choose to watch porn while a Veteran in need sits in front of them hoping he will get some help!  When caught not doing their job, they are given 30 days to appeal and we all know it is virtually impossible to fire them.
In my wildest imagination, I cannot fathom what reason would justify this pathetic behavior on the job.  What a punk!
Our Veterans have been abused enough by the VA system.  I am so very thankful to the hard working folks at Concerned Veterans for America for walking the halls of Congress trying to make sure their Brothers are treated with the best care.  They need our help to back them up!
[the_ad id=”90673″]
Please make some calls today to your Congressmen and Senators and let them know that we the people are fed up with inept employees at the VA who would even think they can spend their time, in front of a Veteran, watching porn!!  This is outrageous.
Once again, the Democrats are up to their necks in defending the indefensible.  They don’t like the aggressiveness of the bill!  Really??!!  So they want to protect the porn watchers who have everything to do with the delays our Veterans suffer in getting the care we promised them!  They are obstructing Secy Shulkin’s ability to FIRE these lazy disgusting bums. Their is no excuse and there should be no protection for lowlifes working at the VA who have no idea they are employed by the VA to provide excellent service and care to the Heroes of this nation.
President Trump is on board, please make some calls and help Secy Shulkin get this problem corrected before next October!  Call your Democrat Senators and ask them why in the world they would hold up a bill that would enable the VA to fire porn watchers who think it’s okay to watch their porn in front of a Veteran!  Let them hear your outrage!  They heard us in November and for the sake of our honorable Veterans, they need to hear from us again!
Thank You

IMO, I’m not anti-union, however, unions have no place whatsoever in government, I mean ANY government. Why? Because they kick back to the elected officials that they supposedly negotiate with, and get protection and benefits that’s unheard of in the private sector.

EXACTLY right. Eliminate public employee unions. They’ve become the “ruling” class.

If not the union, the review board must go. When you’re fired, you’re fired!

Then you’ll have to get the Supreme Court to roll back precedent which long ago established that government employees, after serving a probationary period, gain certain property rights in their jobs, so they can only be deprived after due process. If they engage in misconduct, then they can and should be disciplined, up to and including firing. As it is, once the case goes to the Merit Systems Protection Board, the employee almost always loses.

Didn’t President Reagan sack a bunch (unofficial unit of measurement) of unionized Air Traffic Controllers?

If Federal Employees can be transferred from one job to another providing there is no reduction of pay and benefits, could we send this guy to Kodiak Island to perform a bear census? The bears should be waking up about now and are probably a bit peckish.

ON April 31, 2017, President Trump should disband the VA. At 0001 hrs. on May 1st 2017, the VA should be renamed, thus eliminating the union currently deviant to the American veteran and their family, fire all current thugs in the VA, hiring and vetting former ENLISTED military veterans and pay them accordingly and without bonuses. VA facilities nationwide are facilitating criminal behavior towards veterans. VA Loma Linda in CA has somehow flown under radar. Loma Linda police literally killed an elderly veteran for making a choice a couple of years ago while nurses pat themselves on the back (go figure). The Voc Rehab facility is both lethargic and deviant towards veterans efforts get better and become a more valuable assett to America by denying benefits and playing it off as if they have a clue. Waiting almost a year for a colonoscopy.
Ask any VA thug, and they will swear by their employer. Ask the veteran, and you get truth based upon fact. Yet, while all of this is happening, veterans groups swear by the VA as only having a few bad apples. American Legion and VFW, contrary to public intellect, have always had political motivations though not often noticeable.
So watching porn while on the job, lying, distorting facts about care and services, manipulating processes relating to both health and welfare, cover up crimes at all levels, taking bonuses for being deviants. NO VA EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE GETTING A BONUS, PERIOD. Bonuses are given for exemplary effort as in SAVING THE VA MONEY BY NOT GIVING DUE MONIES TO VETERANS HEALTH, WELFARE, AND EDUCATION.
Finally, the fact that it takes the command section of Starfleet Enterprise to admonish bad and criminal employees at VA carnivals across America, should in itself raise the RED FLAG.
So porn huh??!! Hmmmm…..

This story spreads a myth, the myth that it is so difficult to fire government employees. In fact, it is extremely easy to fire them. Statistics show that employees win less than 2% of cases before the Merit Systems Protection Board, the tribunal that hears most government disciplinary cases. More often, the problem is the management, that is lazy and doesn’t want to make the effort to do all the paperwork and warnings that have to proceed a firing. This is true in almost any government job, ever since the Supreme Court recognized, years ago, that virtually all government employees, whether state or federal, possess certain property rights in their jobs which can’t be taken away without due process. Believe me, if the VA wanted to discipline this employee who watches porn, it could be done very easily. I’ve seen many good employees fired because they either blew the whistle, or justifiably filed a discrimination complaint. The federal government discriminates a lot particularly against the disabled, men, and whites, so many file discrimination complaints. Eventually, the agencies retaliate against those who justifiably sought to challenge their discriminatory treatment.

I was a teenager in the 1970s undergoing a physical exam at the Fort Sill OK hospital along with a dozen other teenage males. An African, active duty Army soldier who was assigned to work in the hospital as a clerk or office worker, started passing around a Playboy Magazine to the minors. I called the doctor in charge, a U.S. Army major, who was Pakistani, and instead of throwing the African out of the room for child abuse, the doctor told me to shut up and that I was the problem. It was just another example of an out-of-control government agency even in the medical profession in the US Army. I can categorically say that “colored people” are never held to the same standard as white people and that “colored people” always “stick-up” for each other against white people.

Just like Leftist governments are not held to the same standards as Governments of the Right. So tiresome, it is time the worm turned.

I have been in the V.A. system for 42 years and there has been virtually no accountability at all. Congress and the American people keep throwing money at it and the V.A. seems to hire more bureaucrats instead of good doctors and nurses as well and last year they had record bonuses while 22 vets a day committed suicide. Job well done Obama! If i had my way the V.A. would go bye bye and the private sector would give the care just like medicare does. I thank the American people for their generosity for they have made it clear to government to take care of vets but as usual it was government who screws things up. Trump is a breathe of fresh air.

They should remove porn sites from the Internet or they can watch it on their lunch in a private room where the jerk offs can jerk off.

Being fired should not be a cause for being condemned unless the firing has nothing to do with performance. In this case, performance is the issue, so getting fired is not only appropriate, it should be mandatory.

I was under the impression that porn sites and other sites were blocked on VA computers. Maybe the employee was piggy backing on the VA’s WI-FI and using their own computer. The VA has some pretty strict guidelines for computer use on VA property and while on duty. Employees must also acknowledge, yearly, their clear understanding of these policies. A violation of these set policies can lead to termination…despite the union.

I am a veteran that receives my medical care at the VA, and I am sick of the laziness at the Dayton, Oh VA. They are also mostly black, and are very racist towards white veterans. It’s f**king disgusting!
