According to what an administration official told Reuters Sunday, the White House is considering launching an investigation into foreign trade practices to determine if the dumping of goods in the U.S. by foreign companies contributes to the trade deficit. Depending on what the investigation finds, it could result in penalties on trading partners that produce steel, aluminum and household appliances.

“The administration would use the results of that investigation to determine the best path forward, which could include everything from no action at all to the levying of supplemental duties,” an official told Reuters. “But whichever action we take would be informed by the results of the investigation and not by predetermined conclusions.”…

The democrats destroyed American industry with cheap foreign products being dumped on American markets to impoverish America while maximizing profits of international companies, giving them control over American industry. The germans did something similar to nations they invaded, first they bought out industry, invaded the country then harvested its wealth. o’bimbo’s multi trillion dollar deficit is along the same lines, only with muslim hijrah being the blitzkrieg used today.

Barack Hussein Obama II was the most damaging president to ever occupy the white house. Everything he touched, turned into sewage.

It is about damn time! Anyone can stand on the street corners and sell dollars for dime as has been the usual practice with Obhammud and others of his predecessors. They needed a plexiglass windshield in their stomachs so they could see where they were going.

New TARIFFS, not new taxes. How many know the difference?

Tariffs are taxes on FOREIGN manufacturing concerns to protect and/or encourage domestic manufacturers, present and potential.

Tariffs are taxes. There is no difference. You can’t encourage domestic manufacturing if the costs of doing business and creating the supply chain are too expensive.
