Jihad groups, calling themselves whatever they want, will continue to establish themselves. Jihad is a fundamental tenet of Islam and will never go away.
All that the free world can ever hope to achieve is to isolate and defeat each new manifestation of jihad as it arises — otherwise, it will destroy us.

“Former captive journalist warns of ‘SECOND ISIS turning up in LONDON with Kalashnikovs,'” by Thomas Hunt, Express, March 13, 2017:
A NEW Islamic State has surfaced in Syria and could turn up in London and Paris “with Kalashnikovs”, Theo Padnos, a journalist who was kidnapped in Syria by Al Qaeda and the Nusra Front, has harrowingly claimed.
Padnos was released in 2014 thanks to Qatari special forces and issued a harrowing warning to the West about the birth of a second ISIS which is being overlooked.
He said: “I think that the Western understanding of what is happening in Syria is inadequate.
“There’s a second Islamic State; it’s right on the Turkish border. To get to this second Islamic State from any European country, it’s a couple of days on the bus.
“Young kids are going every day — that’s what the guys on the ground in Syria are telling me: ‘Oh yes, we have new French people, new English people every day.’
“Something very dangerous and alarming is occurring in northwestern Syria, and this is the emergence of the second Islamic State there.
“Nobody knows what is happening in the northwestern corner of Syria. I know because I’m in touch with some of these people, and they’re making videos all the time. We just haven’t connected the dots.”…

the ISIS strategy? this is whack-a-mole… they are funded and abetted by Saudi Arabia and Turkey. until you drain the swamp, this will NEVER end.
This strain of fundamentalism is now infiltrated into Europe – it is a cancer that will not end unless addressed in a very fundamental way – and that means close mosques and start deportations on a large scale

Is in not odd that isis can get AK-47s and explosives in Sweden, France and the UK, but the Swedes, the French and the Brits cannot get a gun for love nor money to protect themselves. It is a lack of guns or a lack of resolve?

While I congratulate Theo for being a good “WATCHMAN on the WALL”, I’d suggest that that mention of close proximity to the TRUKISH border, is of MUCH MORE significance, than merely “another ISIS”…Since Erdogan is making it CLEAR that he’s utterly SET ON creating a GENUINE CALIPHATE by which to RULE the Muslim World, (as did the Ottoman Empire for several hundred years).
ISIS is NOT the significant problem…ERDOGAN’S MEGALOMANIA is!
Note what he’s instigated in the past two years:
#1] A “false flag” so called “Civil War”, (which was, essentially, simply a “Civil battle” — covering his power grab & destruction of ANY RESISTANCE).
#2] He’s “sidling up to Asad”, to “buddy buddy” with him, (SUPPOSEDLY: “Fighting to rid Syria of ISIS!” BUT! IN FACT, he’s using his incursion into Syria as an opportunity to destroy Kurds! AND! To get “buddy, buddy” again with Putin).
AND! He’s threatening Europe with “protests” during their coming “election campaigns”, [ BOTH aka: “POLITICAL THEATER”], and, (by doing so), he’s making it CLEAR to EUROPEAN LEADERS, that he CAN upset the European States’ [POLITICAL THEATER], with his Trukish & Muslim disciples, (that he released into the EU States for these last few years)!
Also, he’s bribing the NATO states, by NOT negotiating as a member, and supporting their “build up” along Russia’s southern border & the Caspian Sea area….unless they do “such & such”………………….SOOOOOO…
Simply put, Erdogan is the “bully boy” flavor of the day”, who deserves CLOSE inspection during his foray into Syria,,,(I’m pretty certain that Asad KNOWS what Erdogan is REALLY up to, but hasn’t quite the forces to stop him…BAD JUJU for Asad! AND! for Israel!)
btw…Watch Israel’s responses to Erdogan’s activities…They ARE VERY savvy about him…that’s WHY they want him as close as possible: (Sun Tzu: Keep your friends close, and, your enemies closer!”)
BUT! all that said, Theo’s a good man for trying to WARN his people that ISIS is NOT the “BE ALL & END ALL”…It’s just another group, among MANY groups, in the MIDDLE EAST quagmire….BEWARE! BE AWARE!
