French mayor faces CRIMINAL COURT FOR CRITICIZING the number of Muslim schoolchildren

Muslims students refusing to integrate, demanding Muslim prayer times and special Islamic accommodation, harassing, bullying and attacking non-Muslim students — most especially Jewish students (their favorite prey) — is a cultural thing not to be criticized but to be respected. Speak of it and you’ll be brought up on charges. That is sharia, that is blasphemy — that is islamization. That is the end of freedom and equality of all before the law.

Anyone who opposes the most brutal and extreme ideology on the face of the earth, the sharia, is demonized and marginalized as “far-right” in other words, Nazis — even though the Nazis were a far-left political party.

French mayor faces €1,800 fine after bringing up ‘problem’ of Muslim schoolchildren

RT, March 9, 2017:

A far-right French mayor has appeared in court on charges of inciting hatred for his remarks last year, in which he said that there were too many Muslim children at the schools in his city, and implied that the ethnic French population is being “replaced.”

Robert Menard, mayor of the southern town of Béziers and an ally of Marine Le Pen’s anti-immigration and Eurosceptic National Front party, appeared before Paris Criminal Court on Wednesday for the launch of his trial for incitement of hatred, in relation to two statements he made in 2016.

“In a class in the city center of in my town, 91 percent of the children are Muslims. Obviously, this is a problem,” he said in an interview on the French news channel LCI in September.

“There are limits to tolerance.”

In the same month on the first day of school, Menard also wrote a tweet, saying: “These classes represent the most striking proof of the #GreatReplacement in progress. Just look at old class photos.” The Great Replacement is a phrase coined by French writer Renaud Camus, referring to a hypothetical replacement of the ethnic French population in France with immigrants from the former colonies. Camus was convicted and fined for inciting hatred in 2014.

If found guilty, Menard faces a €1,800 fine to be payable within 60 days, and will face a prison term if he refuses to pay up.

In support of the request for punishment, the prosecutor argued that by allowing such a remark the mayor portrayed children as a “burden for the national community.”

“He reduced them to their religion, regardless of whether they are French nationals or do not practice this religion,” the prosecutor said, as cited by AFP.

Meanwhile, Menard has not appeared to show any remorse at the trial, saying that with his controversial rhetoric on the highly debatable topic he did not want to “stigmatize” anybody but aimed to paint a real picture of what is going on in the French schools.

“I do not find it desirable for children and their mothers that there are ghetto schools. And to find solutions, it is necessary to say what it is,” Menard said.

Defending his Camus reference, Menard said that although he did not support the writer’s penchant for conspiracy theories, his observations struck him as “pragmatic” and “telling.”

“It is true that 25 years ago our schools were not composed of the same children as today,” Menard said.

When asked by the court why he had picked exactly Camus to write a book about Béziers, Menard argued that his choice has nothing to do with the debate.

“He also writes tourist guides,” the mayor retorted.

The lawyer for Menard demanded the court clear him of all charges unless it wants to be known for pronouncing a “death penalty for the freedom of thought.”

This is not the only scandal that has engulfed the controversial mayor. In May 2015, Menard, a former socialist and co-founder of Reporters Without Borders, was accused of racism after he “counted” the names of schoolchildren to determine how many of them were Muslim, coming up with a figure of 64.6 percent. Keeping statistics on people’s race or religion is not permitted in France.

In September 2015, Menard again caused outrage after a video emerged of him going around Syrian refugees’ houses telling them, “You are not welcome in this town.”

“the prosecutor argued that by allowing such a remark the mayor portrayed children as a “burden for the national community”. Well then, present the national welfare budget for refugees as evidence that indeed the welfare bums are a burden, curse and misery to all parties concerned.

Bravo, Menard! The persecutor in his trial said he portrayed children as a “burden for the national community.” Um….Yeah, that’s what they’ve become. France (the Titanic) is sinking. Those like Menard need to get out. Fast.

Menard is simply articulating THE FACTS. FACTS!!@! THOSE ARE FACTS! It’s illegal to suppress speech and if France wants NO DEMOCRACY, they will be moving towards DICTATURE. Those muslim students are mean, are not taught civility, respect and manners. They are the anarchists of the future, THUGS to say better. I sincerely feel for Monsieur Menard who sees such a degenerated mass of young students growing to become the refuse of society.

A teacher’s job is education, educating people to become good persons.
Education about Islam has been censored in the past: Amin Al-Husseini & the Nazis, Islam’s founder, today’s enslavement of Africans from Saudi Arabia to Mauritania, Islamic tyranny, these are crucial topics.
Without this education, society fails to be accountable & responsible for the betterment of the person.
France should implement & teach English.

France should require all mosque preaching to be in French and should require all immigrants to be fluent in the language after a reasonable period of time (five years in my book.)

This French mayor should seek political asylum in USA, as France is now a Muslim country, and he is Christian and being persecuted

They wish to fine and arrest the Mayor for speaking the truth, for stating that which is self evident? The fight to preserve freedom is dear. Always has been. He should not pay the fine, and when he is arrested, the French should organize protests, and take to the streets. The left suppresses the rights of citizens to speak.
France, beautiful once free spirited France is and has been under attack.
Vote carefully. Vote for Le Pen. Leave the EU. Enforce the strictest border policies on the continent. Deport, defend yourselves. Reinstitute the death penalty for all acts of terrorism. How long can the French live in this state of high alert?

How many children do French people have, how many do the foreigner have and the first generation of said foreigners? Who pays for all these children? Do the nativists receive the same benefits? The same consideration? Is there equality FOR ALL in Francia or just a certain group?

All Jews should leave France before the pogrom. It’s Hitler’s days only now it’s Muslims. Santayana said: If we don’t learn from history, we are doomed to repeat it.

I have a theory that says that unless the parents of the Muslim child agree to drop the essential beliefs of Islamic teaching for their child and adopt wholeheartedly the Western system based upon sound science, experiment and observation, sooner or later that child will be confronted with a choice, drop Western ideas or go to hell.

This is the problem in newly founded Islamic schools in the UK, the staff dismiss Western teaching telling pupils they shouldn’t believe it because Islam is better for them. Trying to counter this when it’s covered by the political left is like running the taps full on with the bath plug out, you get nowhere.

I do believe that all decent civilized people would assist any innocent person being harassed. One doesn’t need religion to point that out. Most human nature is to be a food person.
The cartoon you show, the attack is usually being perpetrated on others, not as you depict. Was their not a flyer or sticker going around in Sweden in one area saying women not wearing headscarves would be raped?

Come on, they basically want you to accept the Muslim invasion and not resent it or the trash people who are going to very soon taking over your country and replacing your beloved culture. Good luck holding on to it because we all know that Muslims will destroy any sign that it ever existed. Yes, France, as well as many other European countries are going to be Muslim majority countries soon and don’t you dare resent it or try to say that you know exactly what is going down. You think terror is bad now, just wait til every country is breeding these satanic animals.
