EXCLUSIVE: Local Texas United Methodist Church In Waco Now Embracing Islam

WACO, TX – On-the-ground sources in west Texas confirm that the United Methodist Church (UMC) is potentially engaged in a massive operation designed to reprogram churches as virtual mosques in preparation for a deluge of Muslim refugees.

While President-elect Trump announces plans to defund “sanctuary cities,” churches (especially those with far-left theologies) are declaring their intent to invoke “sanctuary” for the millions already pouring across the border, including Muslim refugees. Some churches are even getting visits from “clergy” urging them to virtually roll over and accept an Islamic future. [RELATED: GELLER REPORT: Sanctuary Cities Showdown: Churches Loom As Thorn To Trump]

Story continues below advertisement

Members of a congregation in the historic college town of Waco, TX were the recipients of a sales pitch replete with exposure to Islamic texts during Sunday services.

Fearing for his safety, a member of the congregation at the Bosqueville United Methodist Church (UMC) in Waco, TX reached out on condition of anonymity.

In a special exclusive interview just for the Geller Report, the church member explained that he became aware of the Islamic “sanctuary” plan after an interim pastor began overtly preaching Sufi Islamic parables and asking the congregation to prepare for Catholic-style “sanctuary” protections for Muslim refugees, including possible terrorists (ISIS, al Qaeda, etc.)

Rev. Bill “Mac” Patterson, the interim pastor, installed ostensibly to take a barometer of how receptive the church might be [to taking in refugees], was reportedly fond of one particular Islamic short story, “The Scorpion and the Frog.”

In the story, a scorpion asks a frog to carry him across a river.  The frog hesitates at first, afraid of being stung, but the scorpion points out that stinging the frog would be suicidal. The frog agrees, and midway across the river the scorpion stings the frog — dooming them both. When the frog asks for an explanation, the scorpion replies, “It’s in my nature.”

Parables of this nature are typically used to demonstrate the necessity of caution about those who would do us harm, but, disturbingly, the reverend taught parishioners that Christians are the “frog” and Muslims are the “scorpion,” adding that the frog was supposed to let the scorpion sting, kill and destroy him, because it is “the frog’s nature,” recounted the source.

“Women in Europe are getting raped by Muslims and not reporting it,” the church-member says, clearly upset. “We need to not put up resistance, and not ‘change our nature’ and just keep getting stung over and over. It would be un-Christian to defend our families; that’s the message we were getting,” he continued.

The source claims that Rev. Patterson spent a lot of time tying the Sufi parable to his own ever-present (but Biblically questionable) theme, of “helping the oft-forgotten stranger.”

“Our job is to help the stranger” and “we are always encouraged that our mission is to focus on the ‘oft forgotten stranger,’” a phrase Patterson allegedly used periodically to talk about modern immigration concerns. Destruction of the church in the name of fulfilling a command is intellectually disingenuous, the source argues, saying, “A lot of churches in Europe have taken people in to sleep on floors and in a week’s time, are mosques,” he remarked, expressing his belief that churches are being “tenderized” to swallow Islamization.

waco

In fact, the source is more accurate than he may realize: 10,000 churches in the UK alone were volunteered to be used as mosques to accommodate the influx of assimilation-resistant Muslims.

“We are at war with radical Islam. Europe is being overrun. To come and talk this way in this day and age … this community may be being tenderized to receive a dozen, a hundred, maybe a thousand of these people. Churches are the gatekeepers in communities. If this message is meant to soften us and tenderize us to accepting Syrian refugees we need to be aware of that, we need to have our eyes open,” he continued, urging a call to action.

After weeks of inundating the congregation with watered down, Islamized scripture, the board of trustees at the church was later asked by the reverend to approve a (surprise, surprise) federally supervised refugee scheme, which they ultimately refused, the source added. After the church trustees said, “No,” UMC sent its District Supervisor to ask the congregation directly, “How would you feel about taking in some Syrian refugees?”

“My gut instinct is that this could be the whole reason he [Rev. Patterson] came here in the first place,” the church-member said.

Talking about what the whole experience felt like, the source explained that Patterson (and later the supervisor) treated the church like sample consumers in a mirrored room, checking off responses to different products.

In keeping with the source’s assessment, Geller Report learned that the church installed state-of-the-art video surveillance systems around the same time Patterson came on board, and, unlike most proprietary video systems, what was being recorded could not be accessed by anyone at the church.

When the source began asking questions, senior church staff told him that the content is viewed off-site at an undisclosed location; even the church staff supposedly do not know where the content can be viewed. The church is very small, raising even further questions.

There are a number of possible explanations for why UMC supports housing Muslim refugees. These include woeful ignorance, tolerance that is blindly inclusive, and the typically hyper-partisan composition of its congregations.

But there’s also evidence that suggests Hillary Clinton may be behind UMC’s new Islamic flavor, reports Dr. Jerome Corsi at WND.com.

Hillary Clinton’s Foundry United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Church (national) recently formed a partnership with the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) under the auspices of UMC. ISNA is an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing scheme in U.S. history.

ISNA’s “interfaith partnership” is housed within UMC headquarters in Washington, D.C. FBI Director James Comey is also a member of UMC.

In keeping with the Obama administration’s whitewashing of anything smacking of radical Islam, DHS Director Jeh Johnson spoke at an ISNA event on “Muslim empowerment.” To reiterate, the government official charged with preventing acts of radical Islamic terror at home was a featured speaker at a terrorist-financing shell group.

Other explanations for UMC’s strange exercise in lunacy include the proactive lawbreaking carried out by President Obama and his administration on immigration, and Muslim refugees especially. Obama’s order to U.S. Border Patrol to stop arresting, deporting, or doing anything to stop Muslim refugees – no matter who they are or why they are coming in — is unmatched in the annals of presidential history.

His only primary job is to enforce the law, specifically, “Take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” [Constitution]

Additionally, DHS subcontractor G4S, has been caught deliberately driving Muslim illegal aliens from terrorist-sponsoring states deep into America’s heartland and giving them papers to validate their presence in the country; this same contractor hired Omar Mateen, who carried out the Orlando tragedy and later claimed affiliation with ISIS. These actions can be traced directly to the president’s lawlessness on immigration.

DHS people-smuggling and Obama’s stand-down order to Border Patrol is not merely passive non-enforcement of obscure immigration laws or a clerical error. These actions represent “giving aid and comfort” to America’s enemies. Obama’s impending departure is also no guarantee that recent activities will be without consequences. Civil unrest is still possible.

Much like an STD, the consequences of bad immigration policy can affect the host for many years after the “mistake.”

Churches may host the virus long after Trump pursues a remedy. And places of worship are legally allowed to do this. With law enforcement unable to enter without a warrant, churches could easily become strategic terror centers.

From Kool-Aid drinking gone wrong, to today’s unholy union of government, churches, and Islamic invaders, Waco is yet again ground zero for a suicidal event – but this time, every life in the country may be at stake.

Crusader51 did say “these Christians” and Mahou responded to that. Those supposed ‘Christians’ are nothing more than ignorant imbeciles who are a danger to themselves and the society around them. Serious Muslims are liars and deceivers and need to be crushed, not pandered to. That said, there are true Christian churches and false churches that have a mantel of Christianity but are nothing but frauds and deceivers.

Most attending church don’t even bring a Bible. And when they arrive at Church, the Bible is often only used to augment the pastor’s funny stories.

Hate to generalize about anything. I am just a messenger. I have an aunt who is UMC in Minnesota. She has always voted Democratic – even after I reminded here that her party does not protect unborn children. So — her pastor must share or espouse similar views if she is not encouraged, from Scriptural authority, to change her ways and voting habits. Churches and congregants need to obey God, not men: Galatians 1:10.

You are right. Even they know that killing unborn children are wrong. Somehow they still voted for Democrats. People who I know for years are devout good Christians, read the Bible every day, rarely miss Sunday service, and they still voted for the left. I just didn’t get it. I asked them. Their responses were, “because Democrats stand for poor people.”

Such expressions are almost beyond belief, Daisy. I have to say this about “devout people” Your devotion is an expression of how you vote, and vice versa. Those who truly know and follow God’s word and its clear instructions on the value of life – should flee from the demoncratic party faster than a hoot owl flying out of a forest fire.

My aunt provided the “little guy” argument. I was not convinced.

There should be no sanctuary for criminals intent on the overthrow of a legitimately elected government, nor protection to a cult that demands submission or death from everyone it is is contact with. Christian churches that knowingly and willingly provide sanctuary to minions of hell, deserve the same fate as the evil they invite.

Any church that knowingly offers sanctuary to muslims in particular, is no longer a religious institution, but a political entity as islam is dedicated to the political over throw of all forms of government, with shari’a being violently installed and enforced.

There is no line drawn by the US Constitution separating church and state. Show me any word/sentence where that occurs. The first Amendment protects freedom OF religion, not FROM it.

Steve

Reply to  esgaroth

My gosh! I guess a metaphoric line won’t work regarding “crossing the line”. These are short comments in this blog so i guess the expression did seem a bit concrete. Let me add a bit more.

The First Amendment includes prohibiting making any law respecting an establishment of religion by the government ensuring there is no prohibition on the free exercise of religion –essentially a “line is drawn” for separation of church and state. The first part of the amendment (“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion”) is known as the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment, while the second part (“or prohibiting the free exercise thereof”) is known as the Free Exercise Clause. Though each clause originally applied only to the US government, the Fourteenth Amendment extended the scope of the First Amendment to all levels of government compelling states and their subject schools (as it came about with that institution) to adopt – in the case of prayer in schools – keeping an equally detached approach to religion. This did not stop prayer but merely disallowed it being officially sponsored as an infringement by any party on the rights of the government.

While this came about in regards to the sanctioning of prayer in the public arena, it implied that institutions, whether public or private, could not venture into areas of policy and/or laws deemed held by the government. For this particular church in this article to state or act as if it will infringe on the government realm – by establishing sanctuaries for illegals, refugees, runaways, criminals, or even divorcees late on their alimony -lol – it would put them in violation – at least in some cases – with government policy and laws. It would be up to authorities to act on any infringements to immigration, criminal, and/or other federal, state or local laws despite any claims of first amendment rights cited by churches or other groups. I have a feeling they may change their outlook after a few terrorist acts. Any religion will have to be held accountable by enforcement for “crossing the line” of the separation of church and state- even islam- (here’s hoping)!

Ironically, those forces that have been so intent on diminishing Christianity – it would seem by their efforts – for pushing non-prayer in schools – among other things – will be legally held to that same standard. Poetic justice is served!

Islam is the latest craze like Jonestown (a suicide cult).

If you want to check something out, first check it for weaknesses.
The weaknesses of the Muhammadism-conspiracy are that it’s founded by sadist, racist slaver tyrant, inventor of slavery of Africans, mass-murderer, crucifier, genital mutilationist, clitodirectomist, child-rapist & pederast who ‘kissed’ little boys’ penises & sucked boys’ lips & tongues, theist psychopath who burned people alive for not praying & others to extort them, who gouged out eyes & cut off body-parts, gay-killer & Jew-killer Muhammad.

Many Christians choose to escape into a Bible-world where they are not threatened by a Muhammadism-conspiracy.

Stepping from there into the “Islamic” world they feel save.

Politics is now all about imperialism.
We need an ethical human rights imperialism that entirely deconstructs & defeats the Muhammadism-conspiracy imperialism.

Ban mosques.
Stop the Muhammadism-conspiracy imperialist invasion.

The world should be made an English-language protectorate & English optional official language globally.

Ban Islam, the Muhammadism-conspiracy & save lives & profound human rights worldwide.

Did you know: There’s slavery today of Africans in Saudi Arabia, Mauritania(25%,50%?of population), new north Sudan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Yemen, Oman, Algeria, Lebanon, Qatar (?), Pakistan, UAE, Niger, Libya, Nigeria, Chad, Mali, Somalia & elsewhere inspired by sadist, racist slaver tyrant, inventor of slavery of Africans, mass-murderer, crucifier, genital mutilationist, clitodirectomist, child-rapist & pederast who ‘kissed’ little boys’ penises & sucked boys’ lips & tongues, theist psychopath, who burned people alive for not praying & others to extort them, who gouged out eyes & cut off body-parts, gay-killer & Jew-killer Muhammad who owned Africans as slaves & said that his deity turned Africans black, so their descendants would be slaves to Arabs & Turks (Abeed means African & slave in Arabic,) (Read more about sadist, racist slaver Muhammad at WikiIslam). & IslamicState stated they want to revive enslavement of Africans in America as I’ve read here.
Anti-African racists & Muhammadism Out of Africa!
Ban the Muhammadism-conspiracy & democracy, save profound human rights globally.
Help me to win the next election with my worldwide low-budget-campaign, for human rights & ecology, globally.

The United Methodist Church stopped being Christian a very long time ago.

The US leadership is basically Hindu. The irony is that Muslims hate Hindus more than they hate Christians. They will learn this bitter irony when it is a bit too late.

muslims consider everything to be theirs, which is why these is so common in islam, as it is merely what belongs to muslims being returned, it never belonged to the perceived owner to begin with.

Anwar al-Awlaki, a cleric born and raised in the United States and once held up as an example of moderate Islam, instructs his followers not to steal for the sake of self-enrichment, but rather for the cause of Jihad:

“The reasoning behind comparing booty to hunting and wood gathering is because the property which exists in the hands of the disbelievers is not considered to be rightfully theirs in our Islamic shari’ah because of their disbelief and when Islam does give them the right to own it, it is an exception to the rule such as in the case of ahl al-dhimma after they pay jizyah. This is why our scholars say that Allah has called booty as “fai’” which means “to return”, so they say that the property of the disbelievers that doesn’t belong to them has “returned” to the believer: its “rightful owner.”

The United Methodist Church departed a long time ago from its Methodist founder, the Godly John Wesley. Considering all the ways this denomination matches the end-time prophetic characteristics of apostate churches, one would think there might be one soul left to sound an alarm of repentance. Apparently there are none.

Do good, feel good theology, not the Word of God.

UMC is internationalist, and NWO in its actions. Its leadership faces judgment from God.

I did not know any of this. But knew about John Wesley. Sad, he was such a good man.
Scary and unprecedented that Hitlery has poured money into this. Hitlery hates churches. Hitlery hates anything to do with God. Be vewwy vewwy scared.

Action Plan: God Loving people in that town please go there and BLESS THAT CHURCH. CIRCLE THE WAGON. THAT AUGHT TO DO IT. Take your cameras.

As a Methodist, let me point out that the whole church isn’t like this. In fact, you can pretty much view the red and blue states and know where the wing nuts are. You noticed where this Texas congregation said no. There’s nothing the Clergy can do about it per our rules.

Yes the church is international. But it’s our African brethren that are actually keeping these US loons in check. They are very conservative.

But, I am afraid we are headed for an eventual split. So much is given to being united. But there are a LOT of us that don’t like where this is going.

If you have to split to preserve the faith you have, and your walk with God, there is nothing in the Scripture to prevent this. We ought to obey God rather than man: Galatians 1:10

not to worry. this is why the Lord created the Protestant church and then sects within the Protestant church, to allow the faithful to flee to where the Lord’s word is honored and to allow the rotten limbs (like the UMC) to wither, die, and be cast into the the flames. the UMC will cease to exist in 20 years because no Christians will be caught dead in these democrat-muslim crypts. did you notice that killery was raised in the UMC?

Clever Arabs clothed their tribal customs and hostilities in stolen monotheism but now some of the inheritors of the original monotheism think they can merge. They will be abruptly disappointed or converted.

My ancestor built the first Wesleyan chapel in the southern hemisphere. The idea that a church may be converted to a mosque is nauseating. The life of Jesus has no comparison, except for perhaps Buddha. Mohammed was a murderer , killer of Jews, rapist, thief, liar, pimp and gangster.

Good, people need to understand that historically by 500 A.D. the monotheistic movement had become very influential since it also involves a leap in cosmology, a singular understanding of the universe, so the Arabs created there own version to support their codification of Arab customs, prejudices and hostilities and some authorities even believe that Mo was fictional. Their heaven is just a collection of Arab male fantasies.

The dead and resurrected god is a recurring theme in the mythologies of the world. Jesus dies and is resurrected hundreds of times every day across the world. Likewise Buddha becomes enlightened hundreds of times every day across the world. Life itself is the key to both stories.

The dhs needs to draw the line and lay the law down on the separation of church and state and if these churches interfere and create sanctuary mosques that endanger the community they need to be stopped even if it means closing them. They go beyond the church when they attempt to interfere with the functioning of the government.

States, cities and churches are not sanctuaries from warrants. States and Cities cannot protect and prevent federal authorities from executing their legal authority anywhere. All of this sanctuary BS is just posturing and overplayed by the media that is manufacturing its newsworthiness and as a challenge to the Trump administration. Conservatives are getting sucked into the charade. States and Cities cannot be forced through arrests into obeying procedural federal laws like notice requirements when illegals are in custody by reason of state’s rights, but their funding can be cut. The Tenth Amendment prevents the fed from commandeering local law enforcement but they don’t have a right to federal funding when they disobey the law. All this noise and posturing only affects illegal aliens when they are in local custody and even then the locals can’t deny a warrant for a specific person and could even be arrested for harboring a criminal. Despite California’s posturing, all they are actually doing is providing legal assistance within the law, which is a problem only for CA tax payers.

Good, the problem came from the fed not enforcing the laws for decades and Obama doubling down. The solution is enforcing the laws against which there can be very little resistance. Duplicitous Republicans catering to this resistance are the biggest problem.

Taxpayers who don’t agree with all this criminal BS should not be forced to fund it, as this is actually extortion. Let the dems start taking contributions from among themselves, for illegals’ welfare, healthcare, and education.

Dean

What part aren’t you reading, that funds can be cut or that funds that are being used for legal services for illegals is my problem since I am a CA tax payer? Not every disobedience of a law is a crime, such as reporting a crime to local authorities or local authorities reporting and detaining an illegal alien for the feds. What if the feds made concealed or open carry a crime and then arrest local authorities for not enforcing it? Think! Do you want to give the feds the power to commandeer and deputize local law enforcement, which is contrary to the 10th Amendment (State’s Rights)? We may not like local authorities that refuse to obey federal notice laws regarding illegal immigrants, but it is not a crime. You are getting sucked into a small potatoes issue by the media that is trying to make a big issue out of nothing just to defy Trump and distract everyone. All the laws necessary to end the illegal immigration problems are already on the books and only need enforcement, unlike the last 40 years. All taxes are collected subject to the threat of force if we don’t pay, if that is extortion then all of it is. I spoke the truth, where do you stand?

Wasn’t that clear, came off as an objection. Any taxes that are used contrary to the interests of the taxpayer violate the intent of the Constitution, whether the recipients of the income transfers are legal or illegal residents, foreign governments, politicians, farmers or corporations. That bridge was crossed long before the immigration crisis and none of the politicians want to go back. All the present debates are over policies, preferences, biases and prejudices, not principles, they have been gone for more than a century. But first things first, build that damn wall.

Here we go again with the Methodist heirarchy lending support to unpopular and unholy alliances. Being a Methodist, it was infuriating that during the Iran Embassy hostage crisis the church advanced the idea of sending the Iranian student provocateurs a “letter of conciliation”. Of all the the things I wanted to send them, a letter was not on my list of possible weaponry from which to choose to blow their asses away.

After the patriotic and emotional Veterans Day service held at my home church here in the midst of the oilpatch, anyone standing before the congregation advancing such an insipid idea as raghead accomodation takes their life in his or her own hands.

Back during 1989, many Methodist Churches required their members to have a public burning of their firearms. That was right after Patrick Purdy used a semi-auto AK clone to kill some children at a school yard. The anti-gun (anti-Constitutional Rights) hysteria was just getting started. Coward and globalist George HW Bush started banning importation of guns, as fast as possible.

Texas is, and has been, taking in large numbers of muslim refugees. One of my coworkers, a young black woman, recently told me she had to change laundromats because she was too afraid to go back to her previous one. She said every time she went to do her laundry, a group of “covered up” black women would stare / glare at her the whole time she was there. She said she was just sitting quietly, and studying while her laundry washed / dried. She was not provoking them in any way, but obviously they were still offended and / or wanted to threaten her.

Women in Europe are getting raped by Muslims and not reporting it

That is commonplace in much of the Middle East, and has been for centuries. One wonders if this pastor believes it is in women’s nature to accept rape? After all, it helps her Moslem rapist get closer to “the same god”, right?

I wonder if this cad has daughters.

Churches who house / sanction criminals, illegal aliens, or terrorists are no longer “religious institutions,” they have willingly become “political activist organizations. ” At that point, they should lose their tax shelter status. Additionally, church members who tithe, should not be able to climb their tithe as a tax free contribution.

There are many consequences for treasonous actions.

So, the UMC recently formed a partnership with the ISNA, and the congregation was placed under surveillance. Most likely, the video surveillance was being viewed by ISNA officials. This organization is terrorist linked. Also, didn’t one of it’s most senior officials recently get charged as a pedophile, as well as boasting online of sexually abusing a 3 month old?

If I ever even suspect my church is involved in this type of scam, I will immediately withdraw all support, and never enter the house of Satan worship again.

We left the UMC because it had become corrupted and no longer taught the Bible, but more a version of relativistic Humanism. Moral guidance had ceased to exist and our church officials were reaching out to the Muslim community though their practises contradicted Methodism. I think the TX church will be surprised when their Muslim outreach is rebuffed because of the UMC’s outreach to the LGBTQ community. Many of the UMC facilities fly the rainbow flag and display the symbol of the fish in rainbow colors.

Many main line so called christian churches have fallen away and many more will do so in the future. We are entering the time of deception of which we have been forewarned.
Scriptures warned that we are to come out of Babylon but where are we to go?

Here is a link to a site providing answers to this and more…there is nothing to purchase, no-one to follow except Jesus Christ, non-denominational, and your money has no value there.

The interfaith work of the UMC ministries is the red-green alliance in action, the interfaith syndicate. These progressives, including the Islamists and Arabs in their midst, have shrewdly embedded their objectives in the jargon of social justice and human and minority rights.

The Methodists are willing to bend to Muslim sensitivities while deliberately ignoring the on-going persecution of Christians in Islamic lands. Have they no shame?

The Islamist partners in the red-green alliance steadfastly challenge man’s right to legislate over Allah and make laws of their own, while the Christian leftists delight in practicing social justice with Hamas, a terrorist organization that rules over its own apartheid state.

So, instead of being concerned about their fellow Christians’ persecution by Muslims in Turkey, Iraq, Syria, Egypt, etc, the United Methodist Church has chosen to align itself with organizations like Sabeel and CAIR-Hamas, and an agenda which at its core is intended to destroy the State of Israel.

Interfaith politics may make strange bedfellows, but there is always a choice about who you go to bed with.
