Crooked Clinton says could not recall all briefings due to concussion: FBI report

54

“This is crazy. 3 weeks after the NY Times published Clinton email server story, there was a big wipe of her emails conducted.” (Chris Cilliza)

Clinton makes Nixon look like a choir boy.

The FBI report also provided detail on mass deletions of Clinton’s email server by the company maintaining her server, Platte River Networks, after the existence of it came to light.
According to the investigation report, top Clinton adviser Cheryl Mills told a PRN worker whose name was redacted in December 2014 that Clinton wanted her email to only be retained for 60 days, and instructed him to reset the retention policy on her email account.
But the individual told the FBI he realized that he had failed to do so until after The New York Times published its bombshell story revealing Clinton’s private server and email use, prompting an “‘oh s***’ moment.”
“In a follow-up FBI interview on May 3, 2016, (name redacted) indicated he believed he had an ‘oh s***’ moment and sometime between March 25-31, 2015, deleted the Clinton archive mailbox from the PRN server and used BleachBit to delete the exported .PST files he had created on the server system containing Clinton’s emails,” the report stated.
The mass deletion occurred after the March 2, 2015, Times story and after a March 3, 2015, preservation order from the House Benghazi Committee to retain and produce documents related to her email accounts. (CNN)

Hillary Clinton is a bloody liar. Her health is the least of it.  She is owned by our worst enemies and Huma’s power is dangerous.

Drudge:

Clinton says could not recall all briefings due to concussion: FBI report

By Julia Edwards | Reuters, September 2, 2016:

Hillary Clinton told federal investigators she did not recall all the briefings she received on handling government records while U.S. secretary of state because of a concussion suffered in 2012, according to a summary of the probe released on Friday.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation released an 11-page account of the three-and-a-half-hour interview it conducted with the Democratic presidential candidate on July 2, as well as other details of its investigation into her use of an unauthorized private email system while running the State Department.

Clinton, who is challenging Republican Donald Trump for the White House in the Nov. 8 election, has been dogged by the fallout from her private email account for more than a year.

Republicans have repeatedly attacked Clinton over the issue, helping drive opinion polls that show many U.S. voters doubt her trustworthiness. Trump has repeatedly used the issue as part of his claims that Clinton is dishonest, and his campaign on Friday said the notes from the FBI report reinforced “her tremendously bad judgment and dishonesty.”

Clinton has said that in hindsight she regretted using a private email system while secretary of state. The FBI’s investigation found that she mishandled classified government secrets, but it did not think a criminal prosecution was appropriate.

Clinton told investigators she could not recall getting any briefings on how to handle classified information or comply with laws governing the preservation of federal records, the summary of her interview shows.

“However, in December of 2012, Clinton suffered a concussion and then around the New Year had a blood clot,” the FBI’s summary said. “Based on her doctor’s advice, she could only work at State for a few hours a day and could not recall every briefing she received.”

The concussion was widely reported at the time, and Republicans have since used it to attack the 68-year-old candidate’s health in a way her staff have said is unfounded.

According to the report, Clinton told the FBI that she did not set up a private email server to sidestep the law requiring her to keep her business communications a matter of public record. At least one federal judge is examining whether this was the case as part of a lawsuit against the State Department concerning public access to Clinton’s government records.

The documents also show that Clinton contacted former Secretary of State Colin Powell in 2009 to ask about his use of a personal BlackBerry phone.

In his reply to Clinton via email, Powell told Clinton to “be very careful” because the work-related emails she sent on her BlackBerry could become public record.

“I got around it all by not saying much and not using systems that captured the data,” Powell said, according to the summary.

After her use of a private email system became public knowledge in March 2015, Clinton repeatedly said she did not use it to send or receive classified information. The government forbids handling such information outside secure channels.

The FBI has since concluded Clinton was wrong to say that: At least 81 email threads contained information that was classified at the time, although the final number may be more than 2,000, the report says. Some of the emails appear to include discussion of planned future attacks by unmanned U.S. military drones, the FBI report shows.

“CLINTON believed the classification level of future drone strikes depended on the context,” the FBI’s interview summary said. The U.S. government requires that military plans be classified.

The FBI released its report on Friday afternoon before the Labor Day holiday weekend, a time many Americans are preparing to travel.

State Department spokesman John Kirby said he would not comment on the FBI’s findings because the department “does not have full insight into the FBI’s investigation.”

“Furthermore, it is not appropriate to consider pieces of evidence outside of the broader context,” he said in a statement. “So the State Department is not going parse every individual piece of evidence that may be characterized through the media.”

Spokesmen for Clinton did not respond to questions about the concussion and other aspects of the FBI’s summary, but released a statement welcoming the summary’s release.

“While her use of a single email account was clearly a mistake and she has taken responsibility for it, these materials make clear why the Justice Department believed there was no basis to move forward with this case,” Brian Fallon, a campaign spokesman, said in his statement.

Some Republicans saw the files as confirming their belief that the Department of Justice should have prosecuted Clinton.

“These documents demonstrate Hillary Clinton’s reckless and downright dangerous handling of classified information during her tenure as secretary of state,” Paul Ryan, the Republican speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, said in a statement. “This is exactly why I have called for her to be denied access to classified information.”

I hope she can be beat. The Diebold voting machines are being preprogrammed for her victory already. Perhaps if enough sh*t comes out about her that some of it sticks some of those who are planning the massive voter fraud that is a vital element of her strategy will abandon her. I think if it were not for voter fraud Trump would win easily.

I read that the so-called “moderators” who will be at the debates between her and Trump are all Clinton supporters. What with the voting machines and this I fear she’ll win.

You’re probably right, but I think the 2012 presidential “election” was fixed. I hope the Demorat fixing of the 2016 results in a long overdue civil war in the Islamic Puppet States of N. America.

We saw this “programming” in Louisiana, where in an investigation, no one could prove whom programmed the voting machines, they proved that 5 votes for the Republican gave 2 of those votes to the Democrat and the warehouse where the voting machines were stored before and after the election was unlocked. Because the judge and the appellate judge were Democrats, nothing happened. So, expect massive voter fraud as the baby-eating Hillary had four years to pay off folks, buy compliance, get the lists of the dead so they can vote and get her people in place. We are so boned.

Agreed. And in addition to that, whether her claim of “I can’t recall” is a lie or the truth both are disqualifying factors for the Presidency. Is she that dishonest or daft? It’s like Abraham Lincoln once said, “No man has a good enough memory to be a successful liar.”

Agree. And those who are bent on voting for her will find any excuse, no matter how thin or false. They will blame the media for trashing her, despite the fact that the media is covering for her. They will focus on the negatives about Trump while plugging their ears and singing as volumes of evidence that Hillary is indictable go right by their ignorant eyes.

If you replace the word ‘women’ with ‘people’ in your last paragraph (or otherwise alter it appropriately), your post will be as good as any (short one) I’ve seen on here. (I’ll delete this).

Richard

Nah, not going to do it. First, why should I care if you delete your post? Second, it’s way funnier to watch obese women eat like pigs than it is to watch obese men do the same. Way funnier. Men are honest about it, they say things that acknowledge that they’re eating too much or that they are huge. Obese women are much more entertaining, like lying about going to the gym or working out when the only muscle they are working on is their table-muscle while they stuff their face.

But you have outed yourself as a feminist, for all that’s worth in the world today. You could have just as easily stuck up for stupid people, but I’m sorry – someone trying figure out why this peg doesn’t fit in that hole is funny too.

Take your up-vote back if you don’t like my point of view. I don’t care one whit. Or delete your post, which I find as cowardly and an admission that you made a stupid comment. Otherwise, thanks for the compliment. As you can see, I only come here to make imaginary friends. Heh heh.

It’s been a while since I worked on a SAP. They don’t even call them that any more, now they are “P” programs. Everyone should remember being briefed in, if you forget anything there is always a security presence nearby to council over any uncertainties. Plus, one is always working with other briefed personnel when working with compartmented info and those other personnel can provide guidance. Whether it be how to portion mark, what words or associations are classified, it’s all pretty simple. And this BS about ‘not all of it was classified’ has been spooned up to make Hillary look less guilty. I can assure all that once it’s classified, or in a classified document it can not be treated as unclassified. All of the evidence I’ve read shows that Hillary subverted security protocols very deliberately and that there was a lot of collusion from her subs, all of whom should have known better.

I worked in a SCIF for over 25 years and held a DOD TS and if I did what she did I’m quite sure I would be doing time. I’ve also learned that it’s not what you did, it’s who you are. And she is this country’s biggest traitor. Actually it might be a tie with Hussein, but her acts are probably more actionable.

If her concussion was so severe to cause her memory and cognitive struggles for so long, it left her with permanent brain damage. Medical research shows that every concussion causes permanent dysfunctions. Most are not an issue until there is stress. The concussions that have symptoms that last longer that a few weeks leave the suffered with a lifetime of difficulties.
So, she needs to show us why she does not have lasting dysfunctions. A full battery Neuro Psychological Assessment could prove it, one way or the other.

It shows how low America has fallen. Nobody cares. Obama, is also a compulsive liar and failure on so many levels yet has 52% popularity. What universe are we in? What Nixon did was peanuts in the context of national security compared to Clinton.

I suspect the 33,000 emails she deleted had incriminating communication between her and Obama relating to Benghazi.

I notice the article is omitting HOW she suffered her concussion. It used to be publicized that she fell in New York, but now news organizations are just saying she had a concussion.

I guess it still has to be kept secret that she really suffered it in a plane crash in Iran, and the SEAL Team CO that was her escort, supposedly committed suicide in Afghanistan a few months later. What SEAL CO is going to commit suicide?

Comey said she didn’t have the intent necessary to commit a crime that doesn’t require intent, only gross negligence that is the same as the extreme carelessness he cited. Now we know what he really meant. Her defense was that she was too incompetent to be held responsible for her grossly negligent actions. It has become abundantly clear that Comey isn’t who his supporters claim he is, the govt corruption has even compromised the FBI, the entire year of investigations was just to go through the motions while the outcome was fixed in advance, and that Hillary avoided perjuring herself even on the unofficial record with the FBI by playing stupid. The Democratic Party is offering her as their nominee to be president and the same electorate that gave us Obama may do the same with the Queen of Corruption. It is the American voters and culture that are on trial with the verdict coming in November.

Why is intent even a necessary part of her crime? If I get drunk and drive can I claim I didn’t intend to?

Reply to  IzlamIsTyranny

Intent isn’t required in the security crime she committed but it is in some crimes like murder or fraud. But as you know that was Comey’s explanation for not recommending the prosecution of Hillary. But if you intend to drink and drive, it is a crime in itself and when the accident follows causing someone’s death, it is manslaughter by reason of the gross negligence of driving while intoxicated. You may not have intended the accident, which is why it is called an accident, but you were grossly negligent by driving while intoxicated, just as she was grossly negligent by handling classified information with what Comey called “extreme carelessness”, which is part of the legal definition of gross negligence and sufficient for conviction. I originally interpreted Comey’s explanation as a revelation of a questionable internal rule of some additional element of intent to insure conviction but now we can see that the FBI was just going through the motions. It is policy that when there is some evidence of a crime it would make Hillary a “suspect” and that would require by law that she is read her Miranda rights, placed under oath and the interview recorded. There was a mountain of information sufficient to make her at least a suspect but she was not read her rights and placed under oath. There weren’t even follow up questions and they didn’t confront her with the documents regarding classified information that she signed but now can’t remember. The interview was a farce which revealed that the investigation was as well.

Wiping emails is a favorite hobby of the western world’s political criminals ( liberals and democrats ).
Look how Wynne (the man-hating lesbian premier of Ontario ) had all of the $1,000,000,000 fraud evidence erased. This is the reason Dalton McStinky resigned, he was afraid of criminal prosecution so Wynn cleaned up the evidence for him.
It helps when the police unions are openly campaigning for the liberals. Cops are a great help to liberals in other areas too, like ignoring evidence and helping liberals avoid punishment and exposure.
