Obama’s “favorite,” “most trusted” ally Erdogan is blaming the US for the failed coup that he is using to destroy opposition to his rule and complete the re-Islamization of Turkey and the destruction of Turkish secularism. Obama is so weak and feckless that even his “friends” turn on him. Erdogan probably knows that denouncing the U.S. is the path to getting billions in taxpayer dollars from the Obama administration.

“1,000s Turkish forces surround NATO’s Incirlik air base for ‘inspection’ amid rumors of coup attempt,” RT, July 30, 2016:
Some 7,000 armed police in heavy vehicles surrounded the Incirlik air base used by NATO forces in Adana in what a Turkish minister called a “security check.” With no official explanation, speculations have arisen about a new coup attempt or VIP visit.

Hurriyet reported earlier that Adana police had been tipped off about a new coup attempt, and forces were immediately alerted. The entrance to the base was closed off.Security forces armed with rifles and armored TOMA vehicles used by Turkish riot police could be seen at the site in photos taken by witnesses.

Turkey’s minister for EU Affairs downplayed the situation in a Twitter post, saying a “security inspection” was carried out.

“We did the general security check. There is nothing wrong,” he tweeted from Adana.
Some supporters of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan have reportedly flocked to the cordon surrounding the base. The scene, however, did not appear as massive and tense as the recent Adana protests demanding for the base to be shut down.

On Thursday, a huge rally marched towards the NATO base, as people with loudspeakers chanted anti-American and anti-Israel slogans. The demonstrators claim that the US had a hand in the failed July 15 coup attempt in which 270 people died. Tens of thousands people, including members of the military, police, judiciary, media, and civil service, have been arrested in connection with the coup, which Turkish officials say was organized by US-based cleric Fethullah Gulen, Erdogan’s former ally, who is now his most hated rival….

This is no joke! Keep your eyes on the 40 – 50 nuclear weapons that are purported to be stored on that base. Erdogan certainly can make political gains by freezing American access to these weapons. Gains with the Russians and also gains with Iran.

The Turkish gov. has closed the airspace above the base. No planes in or out. Base is surrounded by 7000 armored vehicles and estimated 20,000 pissed off civilians. Our folks are screwed once again by Obama and co. They`ll be lucky to get out alive, forget the nuc,`s.

To facilitate the nation’s conversion to islamic rule, it’s to be expected that the West becomes cast as a villian to the populace. Obama will do nothing.
Clever move to perhaps blockade the base with the plan to release the hostages if they agree to leave behind the nukes and a few people to instruct the Turks on their care and use. At little cost Erdogan can add himself to the short list of people who have their fingers on a nuclear trigger.
Obama would do nothing.
Merkel would be likely to agree to back a move by Turkey seeking full EU member status. She could sell it as a way to replace the Brits. And Obama would do nothing.

There are rumors that Incirlik Air Force Base houses up to 90 tactical nuclear weapons in underground bunkers. These B61 bombs each have a yield up to 10 times the bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Could Erdogan be trying to start a Turkish nuclear arsenal by seizing these weapons?

Mr Obama is giving away the nukes for free to his ‘best friend in the Middle East’. And best friend also already has Mrs Merkel’s euros (which do not stop him from keeping the ‘refugees’ flowing into Europe). Nuke diplomacy may get Mr Erdogan the EU membership he so craves. Should Greece, Ireland & Spain exit the EU, the rotten thing may fall apart and foil Mr Erdogan’s desire. And would anyone like to bet that Mr Obama will also give Mr Erdogan his (Mr E’s) ex-friend, Mr Gulen?

Reported on short wave last nite, some 20,000 civilians surrounding air base. Aprox. 100 nuclear bombs and planes to deliver them along with 1500 un-armed airmen, 100 marines, and 50 security personnel. Base has had elect. shut off,going on 2 wks. Air space is closed.
