The leftist media is outraged. When I was asked on Breitbart News Daily about hijab-wearing Olympic fencer Ibtihaj Muhammad, I spoke of the larger context: “They’ve designed special outfits… it’s more of imposing Islam on the secular marketplace. Whether it’s in the workplace, whether it’s in the school, it’s Islamic supremacism.” [the_ad id=”80490″] Independent Journal Review was appalled that I wasn’t joining the Ibtihaj Muhammad lovefest. Mediaite claimed that I “ranted” and “raved.” Right Wing Watch piled on as well.
Story continues below advertisementWhy the fuss? Why does the media go into fifth gear on a story like that of Ibtihaj Muhammad wearing a hijab in the Olympics? Is it because a Muslim isn’t slaughtering people? Isn’t that “Islamophobic”?
Where are the news stories every time a Christian, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist, Mormon, Wiccan, pagan, et al picks up a tennis racket or a polo stick? Why is Ibtihaj Muhammad’s hijab national and international news? And why is it news if I don’t share the general enthusiasm? It seems to me that the media suffers from the soft bigotry of low expectations when it comes to Muslims: if Muslims aren’t killing, it’s a news story.
Ibtihaj Muhammad is being in-your-face about her hijab: she is the only Olympic fencer whose religion we will all know. And that is part of a larger agenda. None of those who excoriated me for objecting acknowledged that I was saying was true: there is a long-standing effort to impose Islam on the secular marketplace.
An American company, Ariens Manufacturing Company of Brillion, Wisconsin, is under attack by Islamic supremacists who are demanding that the company submit to Islamic law. Ariens got into hot water when it asked Muslim employees to “pray during scheduled breaks in designated prayer rooms. Our manufacturing environment does not allow for unscheduled breaks in production.” Muslims walked off their jobs, demanding that Ariens allow Muslims to leave their work station whenever they want.
Mind you, these Muslim workers don’t have to pray at those times. They can make up the missed prayers later. They don’t stop production lines in Iran and other Muslim countries for prayer. But here in the West, it is a way to impose Islam on the workplace, on the secular marketplace — and on their co-workers.
A similar thing recently happened at Cargill Meat Solutions in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Despite the fact that Cargill was accommodating the vast majority of Muslim daily prayer requests by providing specially created “reflection rooms,” i.e., prayer rooms, 190 Muslim workers walked off the job.
A Muslim flight attendant, Charee Stanley, claimed that she was suspended from her job with ExpressJet Airlines because she refused to serve alcohol. She filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) – and the Hamas-tied Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) jumped onto the case. Why would a devout Muslim want to be a flight attendant in the first place, when half your job is serving alcohol?
That was reminiscent of Samantha Elauf, the devout Muslim who sued retailer Abercrombie & Fitch because she wanted to wear the hijab on the job. She won that case and got herself a healthy cash settlement – and Abercrombie & Fitch had to change the way they do business in order to accommodate her demands. That is no doubt part of the objective here as well.
There are many such cases. The EEOC is suing Star Transport for rightfully terminating two Muslims who refused to do their job. If these Muslim truck drivers don’t want to deliver alcohol, then they shouldn’t have taken a job in which part of their duties would be to deliver alcohol. It’s that simple.
But no, Islamic supremacists chip away at the establishment clause, and in doing so, impose Islam on the secular marketplace. They want to establish a public Muslim presence everywhere and bend rules to gain special privileges. Why Ibtihaj Muhammad? When is the media going to pay any attention to the girls who didn’t want to cover up and were honor killed for it? Where is the coverage of the Muslim girls who were killed by their fathers and/or brothers for refusing to wear the hijab?
For the millions of women and girls forced to wear the cover-up, the adulation given to Ibtihaj Muhammad is ghastly. Instead of lauding her, why not honor the memory of
Aqsa Parvez, who was honor murdered — strangled to death by her father and brother because she didn’t want to wear the hijab. Where is anyone honoring all the many, many other women and girls who have been victimized or killed for not wearing the hijab?Look at the energy the media expends, the lengths they go to try to discredit me. They are very afraid of me – clearly, I must frighten them immensely. They’re not used to people telling the truth.

Pamela has a very good point, as usual, that all that needs to happen is that one by one, businesses which involve alcohol, pork, certain clothing or fashion expectations, etc, are going to be targeted for compliance with sharia, until they’ve got the lot eating out of their hands. I mean, for example, Buddhists have norms about ‘right livelihood’ which include avoiding certain occupations if possible – the onus is on the individual to avoid occupations which involve selling intoxicants, killing animals, etc, not for the non-Buddhist workplace to change. Presumably, Catholics avoid taking jobs at abortion clinics, vegetarians avoid working at steak houses, and so on. And what people don’t get about Islamic prayer requirements, hijab, etc, is that they are MEANT to intrude on public life, they are designed to enforce a uniform society submissive to Islam. So OF COURSE the demands of Islam are going to intrude and eventually take over public and social life. That’s what Islam is all about. SUBMISSION.

After Pamela mentioned the adversarial “Right Wing Watch” in her (as usual) excellent article, I proceeded to their site to see how commenters felt about it.
What a “surprise”… like MOST liberal sites, they don’t have a comment section . That really says a lot about the validity of a site… they fear their own readers will disagree with them.

Not only do they post articles occasionally that are more enlightened than most, but they also have a very active comment section to every article. In articles about Islam you will find many, perhaps most, comments are much like you find here. For example, check this out…

Explain? FIRST OF ALL, you’re “off-topic”. This is a “blog” about how someone wearing a Hijab needlessly “expends media energy” (Again, Pamela coined another term, and deserves recognition on her most excellent journalistic skills.)
Hijab is a RELIGIOUS issue, not a “race” issue, yet your remarks somehow “conjoin” the two; so, I’ll approach the subject in your “strained vernacular”.
“Racism” is most often imposed by total strangers upon other total strangers without benefit of “double-blind” scientific reasoning, primarily by races whose males RAPE White women at 40 times their population ratio and/or their collaborators (a clinical FACT provable by FBI and law enforcement statistics worldwide, particularly Sweden, where RAPE has increased 1472% since the “refugee crisis”).
Further enforcing this “social dementia” is the claim that only races that commit inter-racial sexual assaults and homicides at high disproportion to their population ratio primarily against Whites-Christians-Jews are, uh, “uniquely qualified” with an “imbued gift” to “sense” racism.
Ever know why clinically licensed certified medical psychiatrists never “toss around” the term “racist”? It’s because WITHOUT PROOF, they can be sued and/or have their licenses REVOKED for MALPRACTICE. As such, the term “racist” is used by those too impatient to rationalize a “reality based” argument, acting on imbalanced emotional impulses.
I’m a guest here, at the generosity of the site owner, and will not “dwell” in “off-topic” subjects. SO, if you disagree or “don’t understand” that either, there are plenty of “safe-zone” (your term) sites to accommodate those that revel in in “allegorical psychosis”, and the “truth” you seek will surely be found there.

Well said but we know very well that the duty of every Muslim is to extend the realm of Islam, the meaning of which is submission. They choose to spend their life on their knees and they want everyone else to do also. I have said many times if we want to save our culture we have to get in their face and say no more back off. There have been several cases where Seventh Day Adventists have sued for either being denied a job or not having an employer “accommodate” their need to have Saturday, their sabbath day, off.
Time and time again, the courts have ruled against them stating that if the employer’s requirements call for employees to work on Saturdays, they cannot be forced to allow employees off on that day.
Why is this different from Muslims seeking that the secular accommodate their religious practices?
Not mentioned in this article but there is a school district in the US that had new uniforms designed for Muslim girl basketball players because their “religion” prevented their wearing the traditional one. If they cannot wear a uniform as regularly styled, then they simply should not be playing.
In their usual duplicity, Muslims seek jobs or activities that they know will conflict with their “religious” requirements. Once employed or allowed to participate in an activity, they then assert their “religous” objections or needs. If they do not get their way, they file discrimination complaints or, the Department of Injustice “investigates” the entity for alleged civil rights violations. Even where no discriminsation or violations are found,very often the cost of addressing the matter is so great that the opponents cave in.
Once they get what they want and they think they have the power to do so, they then try to get the entity to hire only Muslims.

I think Pamela is right about the odd fuss made over a woman in a hijab. As usual, observant submissive Muslim women are exploited as symbols that “devout” Muslims are harmless and just like everyone else. Not so much the bearded Muslim men.
But the hijabed female athlete is also a powerful symbol for Muslims that women can be active in the world and “not abandon their faith.” Her image has much more significance to Muslims. I’m sure that there are plenty of Muslim families where girls are told they can not participate in sports because that’s unIslamic.

Check out the editors names who print this garbage of appeasement and reply to there twitter or face book feeds and go after them on line. The abc (arab broadcast center) had a article of touchy touchy regarding being more sympathetic to the muslim invasion. nearly every comment slammed the editor and were against his kiss ass views. This is were we must support the outcry of injustice against us by supporting anti muslim immergration rallies, Attend forums of people that speak out against the imbalance that is so weighted against the non muslim. Only vote for people that have shown enough guts to speak out against appeasement and seppo’s against freedom of speach. If nothing changes in the next few years then access to web sites like this one will be regulated by the state run government. Look at dillery clintons (merkles twin sister) agenda to out law freedom of speach with regards to islam…… And people are going to vote for her….Really But lemmings will be lemmings and those people are many.

I wouldn’t know what a specific word for this is, but Muslim employment is definitely working at my mall. Two new shoes stores arrive, each with a Muslim cashier. (hijabs) It’s like they have one each at locations like jewelry stores, different shoe stores, department stores, and to be specific, Sephora, London Drugs, A&W, New York Fries (four different ones), Bench, Justice, Charming Charlie’s, Winners, Wal-Mart, Target, Superstore.
Then tech stores would have a Mohammad like at Best Buy, The Source.

Geller rightly points out that the wearing of a dish rag or donning of a body bag is not about religion but rather about making a political statement about an evil and vile ideology, the death cult of Islamonazism. Nowhere in the toilet paper known as the “Koran” or in the hadiths or sura is there any mention of a woman throwing a dish rag on her head or a body bag on her entire body.
The Islamonazi death cult is misogyny personified and is responsible for Apartheid of those who were born with a vagina.

Perhaps for many women, embracing islam has more to do with hiding in plain sight than religious fervor. The intro of burqua may be very timely considering the growing obesity problem in the Uk. Can the US be far behind.?

The conditions required to fulfill in the Hijab of a Muslim woman:
The Hijab must cover her body completely from the top to the bottom, except i.e. face and hands.
The Hijab itself must not be a Zeenah an adornment, otherwise, it would need another Hijab on top of it.
The Hijab must be opaque or non-transparent so that nothing shows through from underneath it.
The Hijab must be wide and big so that it does not outline the body of the woman and does not profile her body parts.

The solution is for the athletes is to go back to The Traditional Olympic Track Suit : Commonly known as the Birthday Suit . I’m sure the muslim fiction writers will try to convince us that muslims were some of the first participants in the early Olympics . I was almost ready to believe it as their would be Obviously Lots of Willing young boys to sodomize. On the other hand , I could never Accept this Narrative , because History indicates that Jews did not Participate due to their abhorrence of Nudity !
and if there were NO Jews To Stab , Shoot or Behead , no muslims would Participate . All this changed however when the Olympics became more modern and multicultural. Unfortunately now when I see a muslim athlete dressed in traditional muslim clothing ,at the modern Olympic games , I’m reminded of the Israeli Athletes who were Murdered and Mutilated by Palestinian Gunmen in 1972 at the Munich Olympics .Thus perhaps the return to the traditional Olympic Track Suit might not be The Solution, as it might Prevent Jewish Athletes, from Participating ! Which would be a terrible waste of some of the Greatest Athletes in the world!!!

It’s unfair for Moslem women to have to compete with non-Moslem women, who are intact. Moslem FGM’d women should compete only with other Moslem FGM’d women.

I am really surprised that Ibtihaj Muhammad has not protested that her opponents not wearing Hijabs are offensive to her and her religion and that in consequence she as a Muslim wearing a hijab should win by default.

One of the thing s you missed out in your story is that millions of Muslim women do NOT wear the hijab. That does not make them any less Muslim.
So the question for Ibtihaj Muhammad is why does she wear it in America, where there is no pressure to do so.
Is Ibtihaj Muhammad making a political statement?
Most of Islam is politics,so it is not surprising.
Here is a Muslim in Australia who does not wear it.

It is even more nauseating when you consider this is a classic case of dhimmitude. I know this fencer and have watched her over the past several years as our daughter is in the same sport. She is not even a very good fencer, and a terrible example of unsportsman like behavior and complete lack of self-control. She throws her mask and weapon violently if she doesn’t get a a point – actions that would earn any other athlete a “black card” or at a minimum “red card” penalty, but it is tolerated because of the race and religion. (Black convert to Islam). I have personally watched referees be pressured to throw the match to her, because the USFA has been on a mission since the last Olympics to make this “first”. It is nothing to celebrate, it is the hallmark of everything that is wrong with our culture and the cognitive dissonance of liberals. It’s a terrible, terrible example to set, and the sport of fencing has lots a lot of credibility because of it.

As Erdogan of Turkey said, “Democracy is the train they are using to reach the destination of complete islamic take over of the west.”( I’m paraphrasing him). Do Islamic majority countries accomodate other religions? Not at all, they persecute and kill the followers or they are treated as dhimmies , 2nd class citizens and have to pay extortion tax, jizia, to stay alive.
