Story continues below advertisementThe British Parliament on Monday debated whether or not to ban Donald Trump from the country for the crime of saying that in light of jihad terrorist attacks, there should be a temporary moratorium on Muslim immigration into the U.S. I did not expect for one moment that the Brits would ban the U.S. presidential candidate who may very well be the next President of the United States. A nation whose national self-esteem (or what’s left of it) is rooted deeply in its place in history would be infamous for having banned the leader of its closest ally, the one that saved her from the Nazi onslaught.
On the other hand, maybe they will ban Trump. After all, the British government banned me from entering the country for standing up against jihad terror. To ban Trump for calling for a temporary moratorium on Muslim immigration would just be more of the same. The British government, egged on by the left, seems determined to silence any and every voice against jihad terror and Islamization. The consequences for Britain will be catastrophic.
According to documents released in our lawsuit against the British government under the Duty of Candor, my support for Israel was also cited as grounds for the ban. An official in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office wrote that the dossier that the government had assembled as the case for banning me was “particularly citing pro-Israeli views.” If supporting Israel can get you banned from Britain, opposing the unrestricted entry of Muslims (including jihad terrorists) into the U.S. certainly can.
In not allowing me into the country solely because of our true and accurate statements about Islam and support of Israel, the British government was behaving like a de facto Islamic state.
By the time my ban was officially announced, however, the Home Office had scrubbed the material about it being because I was pro-Israel. The British government explicitly stated that I was banned because my presence was “not conducive to the public good” and that I represented a “threat to security of our society.” What were the criteria? CNN “journalist” Mona Eltahawy was soon afterward scheduled to speak in the UK at a women’s conference sponsored by two sharia-compliant media orgs, Reuters and the New York Times. Yet Mona Eltahawy was arrested after attacking a complete stranger in the New York subway and defacing our American Freedom Defense Initiative pro-Israel ad. Is that acceptable behavior and conducive to the public good? The British government apparently thinks so. They also let a notorious Muslim Brotherhood leader take refuge in London, and readily admit preachers of jihad terror.
The Home Office also cited security concerns – that is, if I were admitted, Muslims might riot, and rather than keep the Muslims from rioting, they banned me. As Laura Rosen Cohen says, “security concerns” are the new “shut up.” My real crime was my principled dedication to freedom. I am a human rights activist dedicated to freedom of speech, freedom of conscience and individual rights for all before the law. I fiercely oppose violence and the persecution and oppression of minorities under supremacist law. I deplore violence and work for the preservation of freedom of speech to avoid violent conflict. I have never been convicted of any crime. I have never been arrested. I became a writer and activist in the wake of 9/11. For this, I am banned from Britain. I shed no tears. I am banned from Mecca, too.
Things have not improved in the two and a half years since I was banned. Monday’s Parliamentary “debate” was more like a clown contest, with Islamic apologists competing to see which one could out-bootlick Britain’s Islamic supremacists.
Why did this once great country agree to hold such a debate in the first place? Now in the birthplace of the principle of the freedom of speech, holding opinions that are unpopular with the elites can get you banned from the country. Apparently over 500,000 people signed a petition demanding that Trump be banned. Mind you, another petition calling for a halt to the massive Muslim migration into the United Kingdom gained a similar number of signers, but there was no Parliamentary debate, or any significant political discussion, of that one.
Where also is the Parliamentary debate about the hundreds of thousands, possibly as many as a million, young British girls who were brutalized by Muslim rape gangs? These girls were sacrificed on the altar of Islamic supremacism. For years these little British girls went to the authorities about these Muslim child sex trafficking gangs and the authorities did nothing for fear of appearing “Islamophobic” or racist. But they sprang into action and banned me when they heard I would be laying a wreath at the site of the Lee Rigby beheading on Armed Services Day.
What’s bitterly ironic is that Britain’s Prime Minister David Cameron, a lapdog of Islamic supremacists, has just called on immigrants to learn English within two-and-a-half years of arriving in Britain, or face deportation. If Trump had said that, the British left would be working up another petition denouncing him. Will Cameron be banned from the country?
The nation that gave the world the Magna Carta is dead.

When Muslims, through violent sedition or otherwise, assume full and exclusive governmental power is criticism of Islam (and thereby criticism of government itself) still prohibited because that would be criticism of religion? (That is a rhetorical question, just in case it was not obvious enough or not worded well.)

In Britain, a man can wind up in serious trouble by quoting certain passages in ‘The River War’ in speech or writing. Those passages are deemed grossly ‘incorrect’ and worthy of punishment.

It was not just British girls who asked the authorities to rescue them from sex slavery. Parents also asked the police for help. When the police refused and treated the parents with contempt, some parents tried to rescue their girls themselves. That got the police to spring into action: they arrested the parents!

Socialism has reached the end of its rope, or more accurately, the bottom of other people’s pockets. This welfare colonization is too expensive to be sustainable. Even for Germany. The demands of the colonists and the indolence of islam will topple every economy they are parasites on. It will be generations before the stupidity of europe’s tryst with socialism are paid off.

the moorish conquest of christendom has never stopped, it was just in remission for 500 years until christendom started flooding the muslims with money in exchange for oil. the new moorish conquest of the 21st century is a subtle, clever, and persistent low-level war being fought through the courts, media, duping of the idiot anti-christian left wing, and by commiting an average of a handful of murders a day somewhere on the globe to make sure that everyone knows what happens if you stand up to them. they even managed to get one of theirs elected president and to quietly overtake the entire executive branch of the federal govt. they know they can prey on the meek christian culture of america. history has shown that the only way to save yourself from the moors is to kill the ones in your midst, and put up walls to keep the new one out. i frankly don’t think america or western europe has the stones to wake up and do this

Ms Geller, if Loretta Lynch tries to silence you with hate speech laws, simply don a hijab, announce that you’ve converted to the Muslim religion, and recite the Qur’an and hadith passages ISIS uses to justify its hideous acts. They can’t touch you then.

No, people need to understand what the Qur’an says and what Muhammad did. Otherwise the Muslims and their lying parrot politicians and media will continue to mislead people into thinking that it is a religion of peace, which it clearly is not, and they’ll use the First Amendment’s protection of freedom of religion to shield their totalitarian political agenda.

Very well said commentary. My concern is simply what “we the people” here need to do to avoid becoming what has happened to Europe and its culture because of the uncontrolled allowance of Islamic “refugees” into their countries. Note that I put the word refugee in quotes, since I do not see them as the kind of refugees that migrate and come into a country with the expectation that they will better their lives and assimilate into that country rather than change the country that they enter to meet their own views based on a very flawed religious belief system. So far, they have shown only a willingness to dominate the society they enter, and they seem to accept terrorism as being consistent with their philosophy of domination. These people should have been accepted into countries where their own kind lived and practiced their immovable and domineering belief system. I do not consider them to be anything like the refugees that fled religious and political persecution, Nazism and Communism of the last century. I am hoping that we, here in the U.S.A., will see what is the obvious and try to avoid what has seemingly become of Europe by virtue of the onslaught of Islamics’ from the Middle East. By virtue of its recent conduct or lack of backbone, Britain has been lost to the free world. Too bad!

My country has no longer has any self esteem nor does it have dignity. My country’s leaders do nothing but appease the minority with the biggest mouths, while the rest of us – an indigenous population of varying origins – suffer in silence.
Soon, there will be a new wave of migration; we’ll be leaving the country formerly known as Great Britain and seeking asylum in any country that still allows free speech, thought and expression of belief.

It also needs to be pointed out that it was British Aristocracy in the 19th Century who were responsible for starting the movement that led to the founding of Israel by establishing specifically Jewish enclaves in “the Holy Land” through the purchase of large tracts of land from the Bedouin Sheiks.

although this is off-topic, I trust you will excuse this when you realize what it is I am trying to do:

A petition has been launched to: “Sharia Law and the use of Sharia courts within the UK should be prohibited” So far only 19,800 signatures have been attracted. 100,000 are required to discuss the matter in The House of Commons. The deadline is 11 March 2016, that means we have a bit more than a month left.
I trust, and hope, that all UK resident participants in/on this forum are keen to sign,

Get this link to as many sympathetic people as possible. (Email friends, have the link on a sheet of paper, and if opportunity arises, say in a pub, pass it on). If we can stop, or at least curtail Sharia, we will be able to do a lot more. Further, we can prime some of the media, Daily Express for instance with quotes from the Quran and Hadith, plus Sira and point out how they fit together. If not a golden, it certainly seems to be a silver (Stirling :-)) opportunity.
Note this well: With 100,000 signatures it will be discussed on the floor of Parliament, in a proper session, in public. To hammer this point home: We’d be
the first Western country in which the elected representatives have to discuss Sharia publicly in the National Assembly. (Though, ‘they’ and their voluntary Dhimmies may still find a way to high-jack or derail the discussion, they’ll certainly try. Think George Galloway…)
That also means copy this to other forums were English speakers, and thus some Brits, participate.
Again, my apologies for this intrusion, I trust you will bear it with sympathy.
