Yesterday, Loretta Lynch announced before the United Nations that the Attorney General’s office, in collaboration with several US cities, will form a global law enforcement initiative called the Strong Cities Network. This is the implementation of UN rules and laws on US soil, bypassing Congress and circumventing the Constitution. (thanks to Noisy)
The UN is a sharia-compliant world body, and Obama has insisted that jihad is not exclusive to Islam (which it is). So will the UN, driven largely by the sharia-enforcing OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) and pro-Islamic Obama, use a “global police force” to crush counter jihad forces?
I suspect this global police force will be used to impose the blasphemy laws under the sharia (Islamic law).

Launch of Strong Cities Network to Strengthen Community Resilience Against Violent Extremism
Cities are vital partners in international efforts to build social cohesion and resilience to violent extremism. Local communities and authorities are the most credible and persuasive voices to challenge violent extremism in all of its forms and manifestations in their local contexts. While many cities and local authorities are developing innovative responses to address this challenge, no systematic efforts are in place to share experiences, pool resources and build a community of cities to inspire local action on a global scale.
“The Strong Cities Network will serve as a vital tool to strengthen capacity-building and improve collaboration,” said Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch. “As we continue to counter a range of domestic and global terror threats, this innovative platform will enable cities to learn from one another, to develop best practices and to build social cohesion and community resilience here at home and around the world.”
The Strong Cities Network (SCN) – which launches September 29th at the United Nations – will empower municipal bodies to fill this gap while working with civil society and safeguarding the rights of local citizens and communities.
The SCN will strengthen strategic planning and practices to address violent extremism in all its forms by fostering collaboration among cities, municipalities and other sub-national authorities.
“To counter violent extremism we need determined action at all levels of governance,” said Governing Mayor Stian Berger Røsland of Oslo while commenting on their participation in the SCN. “To succeed, we must coordinate our efforts and cooperate across borders. The Strong Cities Network will enable cities across the globe pool our resources, knowledge and best practices together and thus leave us standing stronger in the fight against one of the greatest threats to modern society.”
The SCN will connect cities, city-level practitioners and the communities they represent through a series of workshops, trainings and sustained city partnerships. Network participants will also contribute to and benefit from an online repository of municipal-level good practices and web-based training modules and will be eligible for grants supporting innovative, local initiatives and strategies that will contribute to building social cohesion and resilience to violent extremism.
The SCN will include an International Steering Committee of approximately 25 cities and other sub-national entities from different regions that will provide the SCN with its strategic direction. The SCN will also convene an International Advisory Board, which includes representatives from relevant city-focused networks, to help ensure SCN builds upon their work. It will be run by the Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD), a leading international “think-and-do” tank with a long-standing track record of working to prevent violent extremism:
“The SCN provides a unique new opportunity to apply our collective lessons in preventing violent extremism in support of local communities and authorities around the world”, said CEO Sasha Havlicek of ISD. “We look forward to developing this international platform for joint innovation to impact this pressing challenge.”
“It is with great conviction that Montréal has agreed to join the Strong Cities Network founders,” said the Honorable Mayor Denis Coderre of Montreal. “This global network is designed to build on community-based approaches to address violent extremism, promote openness and vigilance and expand upon local initiatives like Montréal’s Mayors’ International Observatory on Living Together. I am delighted that through the Strong Cities Network, the City of Montréal will more actively share information and best practices with a global network of leaders on critical issues facing our communities.”
The Strong Cities Network will launch on Sept. 29, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. EDT, following the Leaders’ Summit on Countering ISIL and Violent Extremism. Welcoming remarks will be offered by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Prince Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein and Mayor Bill de Blasio of New York City, who will also introduce a Keynote address by U.S. Attorney General Lynch. Following this event, the Strong Cities International Steering Committee, consisting of approximately 25 mayors and other leaders from cities and other sub-national entities from around the globe, will hold its inaugural meeting on Sept. 30, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EDT.

The difference between reality and that movie is; in the movie, the president wasn’t part of the invading force, we weren’t led to believe the enemy had infiltrated the entire country for years building training centers, indoctrinating US school children, building terrorist cells with hand to hand combat training camps where even their women learned a variety of ways to slit throats. In the movie the enemy hadn’t infiltrated political offices from the fed gov all the way down to school boards. In the movie business moguls, media nor some police forces didn’t reward terrorist activity, lying about it’s true nature. In the movie their enemy was not placed above the law and beyond reproach.

Farrakhan calls on ten thousand black men to kill cops and white people in August, 26 cops have been executed in non job related shootings since then, and instead of going to jail he is speaking at the National mall in DC next week. Actually, that’s 85 million gun-owners. Many of us have more than one firearm. (I think the total of guns is well north of 300M.) Another interesting tidbit I saw once was that the total of the registered deer hunters from just Wisconsin and Michigan would be the world’s 4th largest army – and they are all snipers. BTW, I agree, they may try, but they will never succeed.

I give the people more credit than that. If you look at where the “blue” on the map is that controls these states, it’s primarily in the big cities. That’s not where the hunters and rugged individuals generally live. Also, it won’t take a majority of the population to win. In the revolutionary war, there were about 1/3 each in favor of independence, staying completely out of it, or sticking with the British. True Americans are characterized by their determination and there are plenty of us outside of those dark blue urban areas.

I am not discouraging anyone in anything – I am just stating the facts
We, the people, were accorded the rights to bear arms by the founding fathers of our country – however, we the people have neglected to protect those rights – and the government has taken a lot of rights from us by placing all kinds of artificial restrictions over the 2nd amendment (and also on all the other rights that we ought to enjoy)
Right now, the most we can have are semiautos – compared to what they have in their arsenal, semiautos are nothing!
Too many of our fellow Americans still having that illusion that we can change the government, by force if we need to – unfortunately, everything is stacked up against us – everything
No matter if it’s from the military standpoint, or from socio-economic standpoint, or from people’s mindset, or psychological conditioning, they are way ahead of us!

In Oregon we have mail-in ballots. At least you have to have an address and register at a courthouse, DMV office. You just can’t walk in a vote then go into another polling place and vote again. Plus we have a paper ballot, who knows what mischief goes on with those voting machines.

1) I have been researching the UN Agenda 21 and people behind it since 2008. This is very different from perusing blogs and believing others’ opinions. It actually involves reading – you know, things like books, articles and papers from early in the last century that marked the beginnings of what is now called the 2030 Agenda. Much of it is openly Marxist. The resulting Agenda is largely utopian, unrealistic and definitely authoritarian.

A good place for anyone to start is by reading Agenda 21 itself. It is freely available on the United Nations website. If you haven’t read any of the older documents that originated the whole “sustainable development” movement, you will probably fail to detect the clever use of language meant to make it all sound so glorious. In that case, it is wise to continually read between the lines with these questions at the forefront of your mind: what will have to happen to achieve these goals, who is going to be making these things happen, and how will these massive changes affect me as an individual? If you will think critically in this way, you can begin to see what the Agenda really is.
Don’t get me wrong – I actually believe that we should be doing more to maintain a viable planet. But one of the biggest problems with the Agenda is that it fails to address the overwhelmingly negative impacts of things like military activities, the nuclear and petroleum industries, and means of food production. Consequently it puts most of the onus on individuals to change virtually everything about their lifestyles. At best it is a plan to fail. At worst it is a plan to drastically reduce or even eliminate personal liberty. I believe we can bring about positive changes for our communities and our world without surrendering to a foreign body or overreaching governments. But we will achieve these things only if we stop looking to a paternalistic authority and intelligently take responsibility for ourselves.
If after critically reading all of Agenda 21 you’re still interested, I can provide more resources.

The reason you’re not finding anything is because you’re busy trolling, and not reading.
The DoJ announced a partnership with the United Nations “Strong Cities Network”, which is assigned to the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, which can be accessed on their website.
Insofar as they are looking for someone now who can work with ‘specialized task forces’, I looked at the type of person they seek for managing this ‘think and do response mechanism to counter extremism globally’.
I think you’d find the job requirements to be a little more than info-sharing, chum.
It requires skills in counter-terrorism, including counter-terror policies at all strata of sub-national level.
Let that sink in a minute.
This bureaucrat they seek to manage the SCN isn’t some ‘idea man’.
They’re looking for someone with counter-terror experience.
This is someone who not only must organize training, but training EXCHANGES in situ.
That’s troops being exchanged and shared as resources internationally.
If you only skim the surface of this, there’s plenty to lap up for the shallow people who don’t think that this country will have foreign boots on our soil as a quick-response team within a year to eighteen months.
They’re not here yet.
They’re coming.
It’s not controvertible that the intent is to put boots on the ground, but it’s premature to say IT’S HERE.
There is still an unfunded deficit, and a start-up phase.
But Lynch just threw the American (sorry, she didn’t say ‘on behalf of the United States’….she said ‘on behalf of the Obama administration’, but I’m sure she’ll walk that back when she gets called on it) hat into the ring.
That will require DoJ participation funding, on top of all our other U.N. subsidization, which does, yes, include TROOPS.

There are an estimated 300 million guns in the hands of average Americans, owned by approximately 1/3 of the population. Even without military training and experience, 100 million pissed off Americans is a real force to be reckoned with. In short, the USA has the largest armed force in all of known history.

You know, Bass….I actually learned about him when Bill O’Reilly did a series called: Legends and Lies. He did a historical series on Fox about various Old West figures. He made the case that Bass Reeves was the model for the TV show Lone Ranger back in the 50’s. I was a very loyal fan. The shocker was that a black man was actually the basis for the story. They believe the mask was added to the character to symbolize the Lone Ranger being black.
Bass was a dedicated man to capturing outlaws….after a long career he was caught up in the “Separate But Equal” crap of the Supreme Court. Heartbreaking.
You should research and try to see if that series of Legend and Lies is available anywhere.
As for them not teaching history anymore…..it’s a Saul Alinsky thing…..wipe out a culture’s history and you can write you own….thugs and slimeballs.

Sometimes when I tell other Blacks how during slavery it was against the law to teach a Black slave how to read or right. It is hard to believe, but some even ask me why. I simply tell them that the White Democrat slave masters were afraid that if Black were educated they would gain knowledge, and knowledge is power and with that power they could free themselves.
I keep hoping that they would put two and two together and realize that if racist people fear educated successful Blacks, then Blacks should be camped out at the library and not miss a day of school. To this day, most people don’t realize that before the 1960s, next to civil rights and freedom, education was a priority among Blacks. Now, since the government has made poverty comfortable in this country, people have the freedom to live their lives fat, dumb, ignorant, high and lazy. And most blacks wouldn’t be caught dead near a library. If I were a Black criminal running from the law, that’s where I would hide. LOL There are so many fascinating things to learn from history.
I think we can safely say that there probably isn’t enough Blacks that know about Bass Reeves to fill a phone booth, and that this country had Black lawmen during that time. I happen to have spent most of my life with my head buried in books.

You sound really smart and well grounded. I am white and grew up in Memphis until I left at 24 when I married a military man. There is now a murder a day there in the predominately black neighborhoods. When I was growing up we had very good -nearly familial – relationships with some blacks. I swear when I was young I thought Ivy was an aunt…..she often carried for me and my siblings when our Mom had another baby or was sick.
Then Martin Luther King came to town and was killed. Everything changed. It was a sad day for race relations because the “Jesse Jacksons” of the day came swooping in like vultures for their own reasons.
The Bass Reeves story was stunning. He caught more criminals (over 3,000) than any other law man. He also traveled with a Indian partner in catching criminals. He had lived with the Indians when he ran away from slavery. I wish you could see the whole story on Legends and Lies.
He sacrificed everything to clean the garbage out of the territory. Then after all of his service the Supreme Court ruling made him a second class citizen overnight when he had been equal with whites and respected up to that point. Heartbreaking story. but at the same time inspirational.
All black children should learn this story. All white children should learn this story.

Yes, I am Black and being born and raised in North Carolina, I experienced racism and the civil rights movement up close and personal. Believe it or not, some of my fondest memories are of me and some of my buddies hiding in the woods and watching the KKK drink liquor and shot their guns in the air while they burned their crosses out in the Mr. McCloud’s pasture.
I completely understand why it is difficult for some people to separate a person from the color of his or her skin. What most people don’t know is that in the South during the time of your childhood and going back, Aunt Ivy’s were quite the norm.
Actually my affinity to books and letters came via the White teachers I had when the schools became integrated. They would tell me that I had a really bright mind, hand me a book to read, and I would actually read it. That’s what created the monster. LOL
Today that type of closeness is all but gone. Ask yourself, compared to what you saw and experienced growing up in Memphis, how much overt racism could a Black person experience today? Are there schools, college or universities that they would be barred from because of the color of their skin? Is there a profession that they are completely barred from because of the color of their skin? Did you know that this racist country will even elect a Black racist communist president? The important thing to keep in mind is that if you have a country that is made up almost entirely of immigrants, why would you not expect some degree of racism? That racism only becomes relevant when someone’s rights or freedoms are jeopardized. Yes, overt acts of racism still happen, but certainly not with the frequency and veracity that you and I experienced.
The problem is, the Democrats, liberals and the Left have succeeded in turning the issue of race into a hammer to beat the rest of society over the head with. It has all but torn this country apart and the First Black President is just as much the racist as anyone else. The truth is, this country can never be color blind because they won’t allow it. It would completely wipe out the Democrat Party and the real hate mongers.

Yes, I know the story of Reeves quite well. It is a story I haven’t been able to share with too many people Black or White because they all have trouble believing the real Lone Ranger was Black. LOL
And yes, it is a heartbreaking story, but it is also a very “stunning” story in that you are one of only a handful of people that know that during that time in our history this country did have Black lawmen that paralleled Wyatt Earp and Bill Hickok.

We are so much a like. When I was in a small school outside of Memphis – grades one through eight – our school library was sectioned off to where each grade could only read from the section for that grade. Stupid, huh?
However, my teacher in sixth grade realized I could read far above my grade level and was a voracious reader. She arranged with the Principal for me to have special pass to read any book from any section.
As the oldest of six children I often sneaked away to a huge tree in an empty lot next to our house and climbed up in it and read, read, read. I consider that the reason I became a writer. I love words and stories.
I don’t know if you agree or not, but I don’t believe there wasn’t very much racism before Obama came in…between blacks and whites.
I do believe there is more racism now, but it’s a different kind of racism. All these people claiming to help black people are actually preventing them to be personally better.
They keep telling black people they can’t make it in America anymore without “entitlements”. and dumbed down education is given to them to “keep them in their place.”
They stir up hate and fear. I didn’t realize until recently that the KKK was started by Democrats. The Civil Rights Act was passed by the Republicans over furious objection of Democrats. A white woman -Margaret Sanger – a Hitler Eugenics follower – started abortion specifically to wipe out the black race….she considered them inferior. Since Planned Parenthood began 17 Million black babies were aborted. It’s no accident that most of the abortion clinics are in black neighborhoods.
They could have aborted the next Bass Reeves, a George Washington Carver, Martin Luther King, Dr. Ben Carson…or even another Aunt Ivy. And still the blacks follow the Dems like lemmings over the cliff. I get so frustrated.
One of the men I admired the most -minus the Muslim part – was Malcom X. He preached to the black people not to take anything from the whites because they would end up like the American Indian. He preached self reliance. If only they had listened to him. Now the Federal government owns and controls them with their handouts.
Thomas Sowell has tried to spread the same message. I love his writings. But most black people are not listening.
And now they owe their soul to the “company store.”

I totally agree. Obama was trained as a Muslim and a communist. He has never been anything other than that. He came to divide.
As I said, this country is trying to be a colorblind society, but there are too many of the bad elements that are invested in keeping the animus going. The next time you happen to hear a member of the Congressional Black Caucus speak to the public, take note of how some reference to race or racism is always mentioned. Even White liberals and Democrat use it just as much despite the fact that none of it is true.
Karl Marx knew that one of the most effective ways to influence people is to convince them that they are victims and or have been wronged by some other group. It is like music to their ears. Then that person tells them: I’m here to fix it for you. I’m going to take what they have and give it to you. All you have to do is stick we me and keep me in office.” That’s it. And what do they deliver? It is always more poverty, illiteracy, need and dependency. The Democrats know that if Blacks go to work and lift themselves out of poverty, they won’t need them anymore.
The devastating part is the fact that most poor minorities that are government dependent and living in those drug and crime infested neighborhoods do not realize that the government is not doing them any favors and they get very angry when you try to tell them otherwise. That is my definition of slavery and obedient slaves.
I honestly believe that what has happened to Blacks in this country is the result of their abandoning of God and putting all of their faith in man and big government. I say that because there is no way that God would bring them through all of the trials and tribulations of slavery only to have them gladly, happily, gleefully, joyfully, turn and go back.
One of the most rewarding things I have experienced writing on these comment pages is that every now and again I meet good, smart people and you are one of them.

It’s here. Atlanta, Denver, Minneapolis. Mind you – there are no foreign troops operating in these cities. It’s a “collaboration effort” at this time. But, it certainly is the first dip of the toe into the water. I hope that all of us located in these cities contact our representatives, tell them we know what is happening, and remind them that circumventing Congress and attempting to institute foreign laws on our soil, is going to create a pretty big problem.
