Nihad Awad and Hamas-CAIR are clearly in violation, but they know they have nothing to worry about: they have their man in the White House, and the Obama DOJ will do nothing, while a sharia-compliant media remains silent about the whole issue.
Obama’s DoJ scuttled the prosecutions of the terror-tied groups named in the largest terrorist funding trial in our nation’s history. Included in those indictments was at least one of the co-founders of CAIR, based on “Declination of Prosecution of Omar Ahmad,” a March 31 2012, DOJ legal memo from Assistant Attorney General David Kris to Acting Deputy Attorney General Gary Grindler. The DoJ is sitting on a “mountain of evidence” against these terror-tied groups. We need a President who will follow through and pursue the prosecutions of these Hamas groups in the USA.

“Muslim Civil Rights Group May Have Violated Federal Law By Criticizing Ben Carson,” by Chuck Ross, Daily Caller, September 30, 2015:
The largest Muslim civil rights group in the U.S. may have violated the federal tax code when its executive director last week called on retired pediatric neurosurgeon Ben Carson to drop out of the presidential race because of his comments about Muslims.
During an interview on NBC’s “Meet the Press” earlier this month, Carson said that he would not support a Muslim president.
“I would not advocate that we put a Muslim in charge of this nation. I absolutely would not agree with that,” Carson said. The comment led to backlash from Democrats and many Muslims.
Nihad Awad, the executive director for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), responded in a press conference last Monday, calling on Carson to end his bid for the White House.
“We ask Mr. Ben Carson to withdraw from the presidential race because he’s unfit to lead because his views are in contradiction with the United States Constitution,” Awad said.
In calling for Carson to end his White House bid, Awad argued that Carson’s comments were in violation of the Constitution which states that “no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust of the United States.”
But Fox News’ Megyn Kelly reported on Tuesday that Awad’s statement may put CAIR in violation of federal tax law.
As Kelly noted, the section of the Internal Revenue Code which sets rules for non-profit — section 501(c)(3) — states that such organizations “are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office.”
Kelly stated on air that CAIR had not responded to a request for comment.
Carson’s campaign has responded to backlash from his remarks, saying that the candidate does not propose prohibiting Muslims from running for president.
“He did not say that a Muslim should be prevented from running, or barred from running in any way,” Carson campaign spokesman Doug Watts told NBC News. “He [Carson] just doesn’t believe the American people are ready for that.”

The only way to protect ourselves from Islam’s war & tyranny is by destroying the source which is Muhammad’s unethical manifest by publicly discrediting it. This has been proven again & again.

Cruz is right. You are giving Islam/muslims the dignity of being a religion. It is not. Islam is a cult, a military, and a political voice. You cannot fight Obama while he is in office. We must eliminate his tyrany by voting him out. BTW, when he was running for election there was a military transport which suddenly ‘exploded’ while carrying bags of absentee votes from Europe and Middle East. Has anyone ever followed up and found why it exploded and where are all the absentee votes?

That is how the left operates: They create such a great number of laws covering such a broad spectrum of activities that when the time comes they can selectively enforce those laws to remove their adversaries.
Gun laws are in a similar situation. We have a totally adequate set of laws regarding firearms at present, however they are not enforced. And by choosing to not enforce the current laws the gun ban lobby finds justification for calling for more, and ever more restrictive anti gun legislation.

Obama could be like McCarthy if he opposed Islam actively and persecuted those suspect of following this religion. But Obama does exactly the opposite: He supports Islam. McCarthy neither let hundreds of thousands of communists into US nor made any agreements with USSR. Obama on the other hand let in all this Muslims from countries deemed backward even in Islamic world plus made this outrageous agreement with Iran allowing it to develop atomic weapons in time span of several years. And last and not least: Obama has an obvious ties to Islam because he studied in Muslim Orthodox school while McCarthy was rabid anti-Communist. In another words Obama is one of an enemies. Equating him with McCarthy means to underestimate the danger.
