Key questions:
–Where is the separation of mosque and state?
–If special accommodation is going to be made for Islam, where are the days devoted to Christianity, Hinduism, Judaism, Sikhism, Mormonism, Bahai’ism, et al?
–Is this not a violation of the establishment clause? Taxpayer dollars are being used to fund dawah (proselytizing for Islam).
Why aren’t these teachers being given a seminar by Robert Spencer and Ibn Warraq about the jihadic doctrine and Islam’s 1,400 year history of jihadi wars, land appropriations, cultural annihilation and enslavements?

About 50 teachers and administrators at one Pennsylvania school district attended a recent training session on Islam and Arabic culture, during an all-day in-service workshop that came at taxpayer expense.The workshop in the town of Lebanon was led by a former district Arabic translator, Mohamed Omar, who “took time off from his new job as a case worker for the Department of Human Services in Philadelphia to share his knowledge of Islam with the staff,” the Lebanon Daily News reported.
Among the attendees: Superintendent Marianne Bartley and a handful of other administrators, EAGNews.org reported.
The training session included a comparison-contrast of U.S.-Arab education, as well as a visit to a local mosque to learn more about the Islamic religion – and to join in the congregation’s prayer service, the news outlet said.
“We have so many students from different Hispanic countries, but slowly but surely the Arabic population is growing,” Omar said, EAGNews.org reported. “With Hispanics you have the language differences and certainly cultural differences, but there are similarities in their religious practices. Of course, the Arab language and the religion are very much different, but we are learning that there are also many similarities.”
Teachers and administrators removed their shoes at the mosque and mingled with the congregation, discussing God, Islam and Christianity, the news outlet reported.
“We believe we will be judged by God,” Omar said, at the mosque, EAGNews.org reported. “The more good deeds we do, God will forgive us in the end. … You must work. Faith without work will not be accepted.”
Teachers were given opportunity to ask questions and afterwards, called the event informative.
“It’s important that we educate ourselves about cultures that are different from our own and that we try to eliminate some misunderstandings,” said Lara Book, one of the teachers who attended, EAGNews.org reported. “And any way that I can communicate with my students … that makes it more meaningful or easier, it is a vital tool.”
Book also said: “Basically, although our cultures are different, the fundamentals of them are similar and we all want the same things, happiness for our families, health, and success. Although we might go about finding those things in our lives differently, from a cultural standpoint, we all want the same thing.”

Thats right, get to the teachers with the islam is peaceful crap then the teachers will get to the pupils. why isnt islam banned in schools? all parents should send a letter to the school telling them they dont want thier kids taking part in any teachings to do with islam. if they ignore it take your kids out of school and make a formal complaint.by law they cant force a religion( even though its a non religion) on your kids against your will. have parent evenings with your kids presant to teach them the dangers of this sick ideology and to tell you when islam is brought into the classroom. if you all stick together you can stop it , thats if your a good parent and want to teach your kids right from wrong. what happened to land of the free and the home of the brave ??? have the muslims taken it???

My children also were taught the history of multipule religions christian catholic islam and some others I don’t apply to any book I don’t need a book to tell me how to be moral its in the heart. You can be what ever you want. But respect me as well . God allah whatever you call it creator.Give respect you should get respect.teaching moderate since yes jesus mary john the baptist are in the basic mainstream religions with man made arguments on who’s better than who and who’s a prophet or not who is a true follower and so on. People are a problem and get justification from a book to do evil things. If I was hurt and needed help why wouldent a baptist help me some would some won’t cause I’m not from there church. Now that being said what is being taught? Is it going into the bad as well the extremist views and teaching good instead of destructive morals. I don’t agree with this teaching in a noncollage class room they should be introduced to other religions for understanding when they themselves can make a choice as adults. But not in grade school or jr high I had a minister enter my childs school and had them stop a contest and change the prize cause some ignorant mainstream minister said spongbob is gay. See what I mean people suck. And the school went with it a public school in fact. I sent my kids cladded in tell a tub ie spongebob clothing for weeks.

The name Allah is the name of a moon god. The islam is submission, and not a religion, but a cult. Yes I read the first 25% of the Quran. Too many change’s were made as year’s past, and they were to please the writer. God for God, then kill God’s people because they wouldn’t convert. I think this is part of the federalized curriculum. I’ve seen children where I live in public middle school dressing up like Arabs and reciting flowery passages about the greatness and accomplishments of Mohammed for a school presentation. Very disturbing, more disturbing still, no one but me thinks it’s a problem in my circle save for one scowling elder.

That’s the sorry truth about what’s happening to teachers today. They are trapped — at least as far as they can figure out. No guts, IMO!

PS: I’m a teacher and walked away from working for the public schools many years ago. Terrible financial hit — but I have a clear conscience.

Walking away from one’s career in the public schools has terrible financial consequences — particularly if someone is a “born teacher,” as I am. I have from that date of my walking away had lower-paid teaching jobs because the private sector cannot match the government-funded salaries and perks offered by the public school systems. I should be retired by now — and would be had I stayed in public education.
But I sleep well at night. My conscience is clear.

The very fact that he “preached” one must work for forgiveness goes against every grain in my belief system! This is the Master Plan folks, and you won’t be able to stop it. Israel was also placed underneath the hand of her own enemies (Egypt) for 400 years. Christianity in America has fallen far short of its predetermined purposes. And with thousands of churches opting for the new ‘feel-good, soft replications of the Bible, what did we anticipate would transpire as a direct result? Not to mention the prosperity teachings and using God like an ATM Machine, you might say it’s time for the correction rod. What was good for God’s original chosen people, what makes the Church think any less will happen in regard to their blatant abuse of the Word Of God? We are facing these threats largely because of the Church’s failure to abide by God’s statutes and not their own.

Obie 2 TONE and the DOJ have collaberated to be hands off the church /state fuss whe it comes to ISLAM. The ACLU, SPLC, and A.G. have been muted. If this was a Christian church, and teachers were forced to go , hell would be raised from everybody in Washington. We have lost this country unless we send all the Muslims home. Sad to see these people may go to hell ,although we seem to pray to the same father, with out belief of the son they will not be able to enter onto the father, My understanding is that God The Father sent his only son to take away sin, so when they enter onto him they will be sinless as Jesus has atoned for all those sins and all he asks is you believe, So its like the Father took a little piece of himself to make a filter, that filter takes away all the filth and sin in our lives so we will be pure when we enter onto the Father, the people who do not believe may not be forgiven therefore may end up in hell. A preacher made a good point to me one time, He saw a women preaching Islam ,knowing people of Islam believe Jesus was a profit instead of the son of God, He said to her , “you believe in profits am I correct?, she said yes, and your culture or religeon believes that Jesus was a profit correct? she said yes, He then said, you also believe that a profit can not lie is that correct? she said yes, He then said If a profit can not lie then why did Jesus Christ say, I am the way, the Truth, and the Life?

They are right in the middle of Penna. Dutch country. Have they ever spent a day visiting and learning about the Amish or Mennonite culture and religious beliefs? Probably not because those folks are loving and kind and and no menace to society so therefore, uninteresting. It almost seems like the Stockholm Syndrome, becoming fascinated by your enemy because he is a threat and has power over you. Plus the rest of us get to pay for it.

Rather than having Muslim’s explain Islam, try reading the Koran, Sira and Hadith on your own. The vast majority of Muslim’s have not and many that have are turning away from Islam. It’s a horrible Satanic based cult and in reality it’s a Religion of Mayhem and War.
