Ronn Torossian, Hank Sheinkopf and I have created a huge public furor by calling attention to the Jewish philanthropists and donors who fund the NIF and BDS. The Jewish Daily Forward is up in arms, shrieking that we’re practicing “McCarthyism” by exposing the leftist Jews who fund the NIF and BDS.
But in reality, we’re not the first to have noticed the NIF’s unsavory dealings. Israeli MKs called for an investigation of the NIF back in 2010. They were right to do so: for years, the NIF has consistently works against Israel’s interests. And the fact that the Knesset was on to them in 2010 makes the NIF’s current donors look even worse: five years later and they are still donating?
Torossian and I are bearing the scorn and defamation from the leftist Jews at the Jewish Daily Forward and elsewhere, as they turned their smear machine on us for daring to expose the activities of these Jews who are working against Israel and freedom. But they’re just trying to obscure the obvious: the NIF is an enemy of Israel and all free people. The Knesset knows it. Like the man with the shovel behind the circus elephant, the Forward is lagging behind.

The brouhaha over allegations raised against the New Israel Fund in a report released this week by the Zionist student group Im Tirtzu has spread to the Knesset, where a number of initiatives to investigate the funding of NGOs and non-profit organizations operating in Israel have been broached.
After details of the Im Tirtzu report – which lays direct blame for the United Nations’ Goldstone Report on the IDF’s Operation Cast Lead in Gaza last winter on the NIF – were printed in an article in Ma’ariv last Friday, MKs Yisrael Hasson and Tzachi Hanegbi, both from the Kadima Party and members of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, announced that they would push for a special hearing on the matter in that committee, in which the report’s claims would be investigated thoroughly.
According to the report, 92 percent of the negative citations used in the Goldstone Report criticizing the IDF’s conduct in Gaza last year came from 16 Israeli NGOs, which Im Tirtzu has alleged received some $7.8 million in financial support from the NIF in 2008-2009.
But Hasson and Hanegbi were not the only ones demanding answers this week. MK Otniel Schneller (Kadima), also a member of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, told The Jerusalem Post on Wednesday that he was pushing for government authorization to create a parliamentary investigative committee to look into the funding and activities of the NIF, the organizations it finances and other NGOs operating in Israel, with the hopes of establishing well-defined lines that would not be crossed in the future.
The creation of a parliamentary investigative committee would be a significant step up from the other committee hearings possibly facing the NIF, and would also have broader powers, which would be decided upon at the time of the committee’s creation.
While Schneller said he had hoped to bring the committee’s creation up for a decision in the Knesset on Wednesday, he had opted to delay the decision until next week in order to “solidify a broad consensus on the matter.”
In his conversation with the Post, however, Schneller refuted the idea that such an investigation would be an affront to freedom of speech, and said the allegations surrounding the NIF had “made it clear that red lines needed to be identified.”
“I’m not interesting in shutting people up,” Schneller told the Post. “I’m interested in establishing boundaries and limits.”
“There’s a certain limit to what is legitimate and what is not,” he continued. “If you have [Israeli] organizations that are actively working against the State of Israel, well then wait a minute – that’s not legitimate, and enough is enough.”
Schneller added that he felt at least one of the groups connected to the NIF, which had given testimony to Goldstone’s commission of inquiry, had overstepped the bounds of legitimacy in that it had already tried to bring the same issue – regarding IDF actions in Gaza – to the Israeli Supreme Court, which rejected the case.
“They attempted to bring a case alleging that the IDF had destroyed entire villages in Gaza,” Schneller said. “The Supreme Court threw it out and dismissed it as false, but the group nonetheless presented the issue to Goldstone. That’s a prime example of an illegitimate activity, because it’s not only faulting the IDF based on false testimony, but it’s saying that decisions made by the courts of the State of Israel are not binding.”
While Schneller insisted that he would continue to pursue the matter in the Knesset, another MK, David Rotem (Israel Beiteinu), who heads the Constitution, Law and Justice Committee, announced on Wednesday his intention to form a subcommittee that would look into contributions to Israeli NGOs from foreign governments and organizations.
A press release declaring the need for “a subcommittee whose main task is to investigate the system through which funds are received by NGOs from foreign states,” was sent out by Rotem on Wednesday afternoon.
“The subcommittee under my auspices is not being created to look into any specific organization,” Rotem said in a statement. “But for the need to thoroughly examine the system in which funding is received from foreign governments, which, from time to time, come with foreign motivations.”

This story goes back to the 90’s, they were behind the overthrow of Bibi-1999, with cash from George Soros, Haim Saban ( Clinton rear kisser, BevHills) and other reactionaries, the forces of the Israeli Left (than NIF was navigated by the Marxist Neomi Chazan, her father was an old Stalinist, whose entoire party as under surveillance during the early 50’s suspected by P.M Ben Gurion to collaborate with Stalin) with the good help from the supremely squalid grifter, Ambassador Indyk, orchestrated a putsch, importing 3 democratic part freeloaders, greenberg (Married to a Communist Congresswoman from CT), Bob Shcrum and James Carville. they took rooms at the Dan Hotel, one block from the embassy-1/2 block from the Socialist part (“Labor”), to fashion a message for Ehud Barak, a renowned greedy Cocktail Socialist. It worked. They did not need much money, because Bibi hardly had a message, his party extremely corrupt, his supporters small time aparatchniks, compared to a sleek American campaign, oiled with mucho dollars. It was easy-this 2015 story is a replay of 1999-this time Bibi is more vulnerable, more money has been pumped into this effort- Bibi has less to run on! He is unaware of the fact that he was out for lunch all these years, a one note samba is not enough! Citizens want more than the Iran threats, or the Hamas rockets, they want to buy a residence, less crowded hospitals, order with the invasion of Africans, now living in Israel as “refugees”, better community relations, reduction in underworld criminality. Bibi was AWOL, On Tuesday night he will come to terms with nearly 20 years of utter indifference to the voters.

Congresswoman Michele Bachman was vilified and almost tarred and feathered by Democrats when she voiced her concern about Muslims taking over our government. Considering all these appointments, it would explain why Obama and his minions are systematically destroying our nation, supporting radical Muslim groups worldwide, opening our southern border, and turning a blind eye to the genocide being perpetrated on Christians all over Africa and the Middle East. The more damage Obama does, the more arrogant he’s become! Our nation and our government has been infiltrated by people who want to destroy us. We all want Bibi for Prime Minister. Voting for Naftali Bennet’s Jewish Home (Bayit Yedhudi) will ensure that Bibi remains, will allow for a stronger Bibi, in terms of Defense, Economy, and Education
With Jewish Home (Bayit Yedhudi) as part of a coalition, and with enough seats, Bibi can stand against the Left in the coalition government.
Right now it’s just legislative SEATS that are are selected. Bayit Yedhudi must have enough seats to be effective for conservative platforms within a coalition government. Otherwise the Prime Minister has to go along with the most number of seats, which would be Llftist Labor, favored by Obama (new name this election: “Zionist Union” in order to confuse voters).
Elections are totally different than in the U.S. First MKs are chosen (now). After that is finished, then the President of Israel decides on what’s called the “Prime Minister’s Residence.” It means the selection of the Prime Minister is not based on numbers, but on who can best form a coalition government. After that, the actual government is formed. Israel’s elections are not the same as elections here.

We will not know who our Prime Minister is for a few months because that is how our complicated system works. Last time when it was crystal clear Netanyahu would be re-elected as Prime Minister it still took two months after the elections to form a new government. Let’s discuss how this process works.
The 3-phase process to the Prime Minister House is as follows: Phase 1 – Elections (seats). Phase 2 – President’s Residence (nomination). Phase 3 – Knesset vote (61 MKs needed).
Before Phase 1 some parties announce who they plan on nominating for Phase 2. After Phase 1 the parties that are still up in the air unofficially talk to the PM candidates and go for the better deal. After Phase 2 you sign coalition agreements to ensure Phase 3……….”

Well, Pam, congratulations are in order to you and Breitbart. Foxnews has been all over this since yesterday morning, throughout the day, and on every primetime show.
Even Karl Rove, George W. Bush’s mastermind, spelled it all out, and , I believe, he featured Mark Ginsberg’s name, his role, and his picture, and he wasn’t interrupted once. The coverage was-is-amazing. If it hadn’t been for Netanyahu’s appearance
before the joint meeting of Congress, provoked by Obama’s refusal to give the Congress review of an agreement with Iran, the country and the Congress were told
what is transpiring in our name, and they were energized to insist on exercising their rights. It , again, demonstrates the way Obama functions,is contemptuous of any opposition, and intends to switch consideration and authority from Congress to the UN.
Whatelse is revealed is a complete lack of consideration for Human Rights, or the fact Iran is the single largest supporter of terrorists in the world, many of whom have attacked and killed Americans and Israelis, and a country that had held us hostage.
