The Dallas Morning News #JeSuisCharlie? Not so much @RayLeszcynski

17

You would think that a great American newspaper (and I use the word “great” quite liberally here) would embrace the AFDI Muhammad Art Exhibit and International Contest,  in light of the jihad slaughter of the entire editorial staff of a French weekly magazine, the shooting at a Free Speech debate at a Danish cafe, and the systematic beheading of American journalists and aid workers. But you would be wrong.

Look at the headline of today’s Dallas Morning News, “Anti-Islam group blah blah blah…” And writer Ray Leszcynski quotes heavily from infamous American terror group CAIR.

The money quote:

Story continues below advertisement

“We’re doing what Pamela Geller hates most. We’re ignoring her,” said CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper. “She’s using freedom of speech to promote hate speech.”

If only they would ignore me. Hamas-CAIR gets more press from my stories than any other single source.

I use freedom of speech to promote truth that CAIR labels (libels) “hate speech.” CAIR uses freedom of speech to destroy our freedoms,  overthrow the American government and impose Islamic law.

The Dallas Morning News is consumed more with the fact that Garland ISD arena allowed us to book the venue than anything else.  Ray Leszcynski had no problem with last month’s supremacist conference against free speech, “Stand with the Prophet” fresh on the heels of the Hebdo jihad massacre. We protested that event. Writer Ray Leszcynski claims we had 200 protesters — we had well over 2,000, a number NBC News reported as well and the Washington Times and FOX News. The “Stand with the Prophet” event had 200 attendees, not 2,000. This is what passes for journalism today.

“Anti-Islam group books Garland ISD arena as district cites nondiscriminatory facilities policy,” By Ray Leszcynski, Dallas Morning News, February 16, 2015

Last month’s “Stand With the Prophet” event, a Muslim conference against terror and hate, drew 2,000 attendees to Garland ISD’s Culwell Center – and 200 protesters.

The Garland school district’s Culwell Center is once again the stage for a free speech debate as district officials defend its facilities use policy as nondiscriminatory.

The American Freedom Defense Initiative will host a “Muhammad Art Exhibit and Contest” on May 3. It offers a cash prize for art and cartoons featuring the Islamic prophet. The headline speaker will be Geert Wilders, a right-wing Dutch lawmaker known for a hard-line stance against Islam.

The school district’s arena near the Bush Turnpike was booked by Sound Vision Foundation Jan. 17 for an event titled “Stand With the Prophet.” The event’s stated mission was to combat Islamophobia. It drew about 2,000 attendees and 200 protesters. There were no incidents or arrests.

The “Muhammad Art Exhibit and Contest” was intentionally booked for the same site. AFDI co-founder Pamela Geller of New York organized the protest against “Stand With the Prophet.”

“Because it is operated through district funds, which are also state and federal, we have to maintain a nondiscriminatory approach to those who seek to lease that facility,” Garland ISD communications director Chris Moore said. “It’s the same for any organization.”

John Wilborn has not turned down an event because of content in his six years as Culwell Center director.

Sound Vision had previously used the Culwell Center without fanfare. The controversy in January revolved around its headline speaker, Imam Siraj Wahhaj of New York, the leader of the Muslim Alliance in North America.

Leszcynski neglects to mention that Wahhaj was an unindicted co-conspirator in the World Trace Center boming in 1993.

Wilders was investigated in October on suspicion of inciting hatred and discrimination in the Netherlands.

Garland police will again provide added security. But the Council on American-Islamic Relations, a civil rights advocacy organization that sought protection for January attendees, does not plan to protest in May.

“We’re doing what Pamela Geller hates most. We’re ignoring her,” said CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper. “She’s using freedom of speech to promote hate speech.”

May 3 comes before graduation ceremonies at the Culwell Center. Other end-of-year school functions make for a busy month.

“It’s unfortunate that a school district educational facility is gathering attention not for its educational showcases, but rather for the attention given to groups that have leased the facility,” Moore said.

Hi Pamela, Major fan here. D B Bailey does have a good point about social media and it’s potential. I do not know about facebook, tweets etc. but so many people live by that form of communication. But then again Ms bailey, perhaps Pamela is doing so much now that she can not undertake a social media project. Why don’t you start one and tell us how to connect to it and resend it to others? I will give it a try. All the creeps use it why don’t we?

No Quarter, I am all over social media. It’s where I live and work. I have close to 130,000 followers on Facebook and 80 followers on Twitter (between my Pamela Geller and Atlas accounts) and instagram too. Everything is posted to those accounts plus AFDI and SIOA groups and pages. Every blog post is shared there as well.
I expect people share, tweet, post and email it – that’s their job. That’s how they fight the fight in the information battle-space.

Most mainstream media in the USA have no brains, no balls and no back up plan for combating Islam’s takeover of the West. The beheaded Copts are victims plain and simple and not victims of religious persecution…..really! Just like the slaughtered Jews are just ‘folks’.

If we were on a WWII footing and we had another J Edgar Hoover, Hooper and his boss, Nihad Awad, would have been rounded up long ago as subversive infiltrators and the whole CAIR network closed down as an enemy sabotage operation. Movies would be made about FBI agents infiltrating CAIR and other Muslim Brotherhood fronts.

For Communications Director Mr. Moore to conclude that these current series at the facility is not educational but that the focus has been on the groups is way off the mark. The last couple of months at the Culwell Center, sir, is educational showcasing at it’s finest. The United States should be proud of the Garland, Texas Culwell Center. However, in the near future, when the seditious ideologies working in this country are more clearly defined and a platform is initiated by our governance to deal with those who would undermine our freedoms and security, all venues will have the freedom to discriminate under the law.

CAIR saying they’re going to ignore you is hilariously funny- they couldn’t do it if they tried- pass up on a chance to play the poor innocent muslim victim!- will never happen. You have them rattled this time and they don’t know which way to turn. Now if only someone in the media would find a spine and report the event for what it actually is- A stand of defiance against a foreign ideology of suppression and tyranny- you’d have it made. But when you stand up against the lunch room bully your more than not going to have to do it on your own. The others will follow once they feel it’s safe and you’ve done all the dirty work.
