9 years? How does a jihad combatant get 9 years for an Islamic attack on a railway that resulted in hundreds dead and thousands injured?
Devout Muslims coordinated near-simultaneous attacks targeting commuter trains in Madrid on the morning of March 11, 2004. Beginning at 7:37 am and continuing for several minutes, 10 bombs exploded on four trains in and around Atocha Station in the city’s centre, leaving 191 dead and more than 1,800 injured.

On February 16, 2014, Mohamed Larbi Ben Sellam, aka Abu Zoubair, a Moroccan-born member of the Al-Qaeda-inspired terrorist cell that carried out the March 11, 2004 Madrid train bombings will be released and extradited to Morocco, where I suspect many Muslim groups will herald him a hero, much the way Muslims heralded the Lockerbie bomber when he returned to Libya.
