Terror TV Al Jazeera sues ATT over its refuses to carry the network

Aggressive from the get-go. Islamic supremacism in action.

Where is it written that any carrier has to carry this jihadist poison?

Al Jazeera America is suing AT&T over its refusal to carry the new network The Blaze, August 21, 2013

Al Jazeera America went live Tuesday
without carriage on AT&T after the telecom giant said Monday night
it wouldn’t broadcast the network on its U-verse service due to a
contractual dispute, Bloomberg reported.

“Unfortunately AT&T’s decision to
unilaterally delete Al Jazeera America presented us with circumstances
that were untenable — an affiliate that has willfully and knowingly
breached its contractual obligations,” Al Jazeera America said in a
statement Tuesday night. “Al Jazeera America’s strong hope is to resolve
this matter quickly so that AT&T’s customers will have access to
our unbiased, fact-based and in-depth coverage of the news that is
important to Americans.”

An AT&T spokesman told Bloomberg
only that the issue was an “inability to come to terms on a new
agreement and due to certain breaches of the existing agreement we have
decided not to carry Current TV on U-verse.” Al Jazeera announced the
purchase of Al Gore’s former Current TV in January for $500 million.

Al Jazeera America has built up news
bureaus and correspondents in a dozen cities in the U.S., but still has
limited distribution in the country. AT&T U-verse has about 5
million U-verse customers.

AT&T is brave! God bless this channel for standing up to Al Jazeera! hope they go further and start telling accurately the truth about Muslim treatment of Christians. and “Al Jazeera is suing” is no surprise. the liberal courts will probably grant Al Jazeera their wish.

Anyone can sue. However, this will be a good test of the court system as a whole and of the presiding judge. Not wanting to serve a social misfit, outcast or undesirable is little different from refusing service to someone not wearing shirt or shoes. And, yes it can be a matter of being clean or dirty, too. But some Liberal judge may still try to be “fair and balanced” and give a slanted/personal decision.
If a farmer refuses to allow someone to pass over a corner of his farm from one point to another, is this a matter of “fairness” or a matter of saying who or what can pass through his property?
If AT&T loses this suit, then No Trespassing laws should also be revoked. A list of faithful similarities is limited only by one’s imagination.

IF Al Jazeera is allowed to be aired on AT&T as a result of a judge’s decision, then Republicans should insist vehemently that the Leftroid media allow Republicans to air their political advertisements with no modification or swipes in an attempt to nullify the ads’ effectiveness. And if another “news” network were to be introduced that shows views opposing those of Al Jazeera, the same rules must apply or the offender can and should be liable. This thing can work both ways and the Court needs to know this from the onset of the lawsuit.

Al Jezeera America might just have to suck that one up. The Florida Family Association and it’s members have chased off the “network’s” major advertisers so they may have to pull a lot of money out of Qatar to keep it running. Al Jezeera America? C’mon, we didn’t air nazi programming from America during WWII. What’s the difference? We’re at war with islam. We weren’t before; but, logically, if we are not at war with islam, then why is islam at war with us? We have been provoked by those people since the conception of our country. What’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.

I strongly suggest that you do not watch Al Jazeera…that you buy NO products that are advertised on Al Jazeera…that you ask your cable provider not to charge you for Al Jazeera BECAUSE YOU DON’T WANT TO BE EXPOSED TO MAD DOG PHILOSOPHY.
