The day that a news channel describes the work that I do with any accuracy is the day I will throw a freedom gala in New York. I oppose jihad (holy war) and the brutal and oppressive sharia. Never, in the hundreds of news reports over the years and to this very day, has my work ever been described as such. "Anti-Muslim" and "anti-Islam" — their assumption being that every Muslim supports jihad and sharia. I do not believe that for a moment. There are too many Muslim victims of jihad and sharia. It is a strawman argument.
The bottom line is, if the media described my work in an honest and forthright fashion, most decent freedom-loving folks would agree with me. They know this.

If Muslims do not ape, whole hog, the actions of Mohamed then they must stop pretending they are Muslims. A devout Muslim is 100% for jihad (the blowing up stuff and killing people kind of jihad) and for sharia.

Yup. Indeed. What’s more in doing the above, following the Prophet’s orders and commands, they can “sin” but stay in the ummah, be part of that protective wall the Messenger of Allah said the Muslim community is for one another.That is part of the elasticity in Shariah/Islam. Thus, all in the ummah provide the safeguarding, funding and support for those executing violent jihad.

I hear you. All Muslims, weather they give overt blessing of violent jihad, if they are Muslim, by virtue of their assertion to be such, they endorse all in Islam, which of course, just as you state, includes the basics of Qur’an and sunnah tenets, which is precisely what shariah is based on. If it is not in the two primary sources just cited, it is not in Shariah, because if it is not in the Qur’an and Sunnah neither can it be ijma (consensus of the scholars. If not in those sources, it is not in Shariah.
That is basic. To pretend there is daylight between Islam, the Qur’anic teachings, the Sunnah of the Prophet of Isalm and the Shariah of that prophet, which is the Shariah of Islam is to do just that–pretend. Disregard or distort reality.
Am I anti-Islam?

The Southern Poverty Law Center is a despicable group. It is misnamed because one doesn’t know how bad these people are by the words they use to describe themselves.

Soneone commented as a Jihadist when her protest and appearance was first announced. He said something like Americans shouldn’t think they don’t have to experience terrorism. He sounded like a terrorist reacting to this Geller woman. Someone like that should have caused red flags to pop up in the hunt for terrorists on Long Island and the NY area in general. I wonder if anyone else noticed it? It was just the day before or of the Boston Marathon that I saw that comment.

P.S., It was on Newsday’s blog for that article about the fact she was waging a one-woman war on Jihadists. There was a lot of hatred spewed at Geller on that page of comments and one was the obvious terrorist type guy just the day before or day or that bombing. I think it was a day before it happened in Boston. I hope the FBI looks into it!
