US Political Prisoner: Police arrest Muhammad moviemaker

29

The Muhammad filmmaker, Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, was arrested. Whatever the pretense, he is a political prisoner, he is being jailed for blasphemy.
This is Obama sharia enforcement in America. Obama brought down the gavel on free speech iat the UN when he said,  "the future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam."

If he hadn't made the video, he wouldn't be in jail.
The filmmaker was hunted down
like an animal, and he's now in jail on
trumped-up charges in an act of submission and surrender to Islamic
law. This is a complete abridgement of our rights of freedom of speech
and freedom of conscience under the law.
Threat to freedomStop the Islamization of America: A Practical Guide to the Resistance

Nakoula Basseley Nakoula apparently deceived many people
in order to get his crude movie made. It has even been suggested that he
is a jihadist who made the movie in order to provide a provocation that
Islamic supremacists could use to push for destruction of the freedom
of speech. But no matter who he really is, no matter how terrible of a
man he may be, no matter how checkered his past or present or both may
be, make no mistake: he is a political prisoner. He has been arrested
not for the technicality of the probation violation, but for insulting
Muhammad. His arrest is a symbol of America's capitulation to the
Sharia.

Story continues below advertisement

The protests are not about the film. The protests are to intimidate
the U.S. into criminalizing criticism of Islam. Nakoula Basseley Nakoula
is nothing more than the fall guy who became the first offender against
the new federal crime of blasphemy against Islam.

"Man behind anti-Islam film arrested, authorities say," from the Associated Press, September 27 (thanks to Daisy Khan):

LOS ANGELES – The California man behind a crudely produced
anti-Islamic video that has inflamed parts of the Middle East was
arrested Thursday for violating terms of his probation, authorities
said.

Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, 55, has been on probation for a 2010
federal check fraud conviction that brought a 21-month prison sentence.
Under terms of his probation, he was not to use computers or the
Internet for five years without approval from his probation officer.

Nakoula was taken into custody Thursday, said U.S. Attorney's spokesman Thomas Mrozek.

A U.S. District Court hearing was scheduled for Nakoula on Thursday afternoon. It was closed to media and the public….

“he was not to use computers or the Internet for five years without approval from his probation officer.”
He was jailed for violating this part of his parole. Seems clear to me….am I missing something?
Anyone who violates parole or probation should be punished accordingly, agreed? This has nothing to do with sharia or censorship, and everything to do with existing law.
Make shit up much?

I agree that he is being charged under a proxy Sharia law in the United States of America.
But let’s not forget this “filmmaker” is an Egyptian, who was welcomed into our country, from whence he deliberately set off the latest explosion of the Muslims running amok across North Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, Europe and Australia.
We should have learned long ago that virtually all Arab people are guaranteed trouble for civilized Western societies.
The more we offer to them the more demands they make for their own endless accommodations in our countries.
And even when they’re not demanding concessions they end up needing or extracting them, as in the case before us here, an infringement on our First Amendment protection.

He was a free man until the movie became widely known. Muslims of all kinds were demanding his head and Obama delivered. I can’t care less about violating some stupid probation. A Real president would pardon him and thank the filmmaker for being a hero. this fool in the WH bows to the muslim world and gives them everything they want.

It’s premature to jump on this and call it an enforcement of the Sharia.
The connections of this individual to known moslem terror sympathizers need thorough investigation. There is an open question as to whether the YouTube video clip was created as part of a false flag operation.
If this incident turns out to have been manufactured by Al Qaeda as a smokescreen to cover the terror attack on our diplomats in Libya, attention must be brought to this.

I see. So that’s how they will do it; call it something else when it is really blasphemy violation.
This can’t go on.

Where the hell you been, @Friendly
“…am I missing something”? duhhh…
1) Where were you the last couple of weeks when the Islamofacists (“savages” – actually butcher is a more appropriate word for these lowlifes) were rioting, murdering our U.S. Ambassador and destroying American embassies?
2) Where were you when Obama said: “the future must not belong to those who slander [actually exercising their First Amendment rights and critcizing] the prophet of Islam.” [1]
3) Yes, you are missing something (deliberately ignorring the truth is more like it) … how about the blashamy laws of Sharia… that is punishable by death anyone who is critical of Islamofacism.
[1] – Pedophile: As a medical diagnosis, pedophilia, or paedophilia, is defined as a psychiatric disorder in persons who are 16 years of age or older typically characterized by a primary or exclusive sexual interest in prepubescent children (generally age 13 years or younger, though onset of puberty varies). The prepubescent child must be at least five years younger than the adolescent before the attraction can be diagnosed as pedophilia.
The term has a range of definitions, as found in psychiatry, psychology, the vernacular, and law enforcement. The International Classification of Diseases (ICD) defines pedophilia as a “disorder of adult personality and behaviour” in which there is a sexual preference for children of prepubertal or early pubertal age. According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), it is a paraphilia in which a person has intense and recurrent sexual urges towards and fantasies about prepubescent children and on which feelings they have either acted or which cause distress or interpersonal difficulty.

I found this article interesting and I think many of you will as well.

My question is, what is really going on with this movie, the killing of Amb. Stevens, the potential release of the “Blind Sheikh”, and Nakoula? This rabbit whole goes deep. Some one help me get to the bottom of it…..if it’s even possible.
Keep up the good work Pamela, I’m with you.

Courtroom proceedings that are closed to the public. Gee, doesn’t that sound like the kind of jurisprudence you get in any typical islamonazi pigsty?

I wouldn’t be surprised if in reality this is the very reason this guy came to the West – a sleeper-cell, used such that Islam would have yet another “new reason” to create mayhem, destruction, chaos and murder.
Keep in mind that at least a sizable portion of the actors said they had been misled.

“He was not to use computers or the Internet for five years without approval from his probation officer.” Huh? What kind of “punishment” is this? I’m sure islamonazis and their various collaborators (whether unpaid or not) would certainly like to see punishments like this meted out to most anyone who dares criticise pisslam or their paid collaborators in federal, state or local governments, because the internet is the only place free speech can be exercised anymore to an audience of more than a few.
It’s strange how this punishment isn’t meted out to the various islamonazis who threaten the lives of those who oppose or criticise pisslam. It sounds like a quick and dirty way to enforce censorship and suppress 1st amendment rights.

I just read Walid Shoebat’s report about how the film was made by terrorists, and the report is quite an eye-opener, but there is one thing that I still don’t understand-
Why the hell did the terrorists make this movie in the first place, when there already is plenty of Islam-exposing…err.. anti-Islamic stuff available online. For example these comics-
http://www.prophetmuhammadillustrated.com/comic-strips.html
Why didn’t they simply use these comics to incite the Muslims, instead of spending thousands of dollars making a movie??

The set up could be that they found this man Noukely, an alleged criminal type, and convinced him and his friend who is a known Palestiian criminal to make this film. Then when it violated the probation, they could lock him up for that but let the Muslims think it was over insulting Islam. Or better yet, let the Americans think that it was over this man insulting Islam, becasue I think even the Muslims know better that it wasn’t.
First we heard Nakouly was a Jew, then he was a Copt financed by 100 Jews, then he was trying to draw attention to the plight of his people by forcing the US to take action against the rioters, then that he was associating with a known Copt hater in the production of this movie. I really don’t know what to think. I would feel very bad if he was just a Christian Copt but I think maybe he was posing as one.
It is funny when the death threats came out, many people were named but not Nakouly. I guess he was performing a sting operation maybe in their eyes? Maybe it was just that he was already on their team?
Maybe Nakouly is just a hapless criminal without good sense. Probation means they can violate you for anything they want the goes against your terms. It is like being in jail and yet out on pass.
The movie was just a long 13 minute mash up of different scenes. The full length movie you can’t find anywhere. Maybe they showed it on Arab TV to make the Muslims think that was the spark, when really, planned assassinations on the embassies took place admist the protests, which are often full of youths.
I think it is just another smoke and mirrors operation like the original 9-11. Maybe I am wrong, but if Nakouly is innocent of intending harm, I am sorry he is in trouble now.

As far as the movie itself, it took kind of a leap of faith for me to believe that it was made by a Christian. It was kind of dirty in a way and kind of nasty and mean spirited also. Then I figured maybe this is just how the essence of Isalm is, and then it kind of made sense. I was very impressed that a Christian, who would be an observer from the outside, could have so much insight into what is behind Islam. Maybe that is because the people who made the movie were not the Copts, who are very insulated from Islam, but the terrorist Muslims themselves.
There was even insight into the behavior of the US forces there to protect the people from violence. That makes me think the CIA was involved. The CIA is what is behind Al Qayda. Al Qayda is being blamed for carrying out the actual assassinations. They are being supported by the Muslim Brotherhood, who had their security stand down like the soldiers in the movie when they were supposed to be protecting the embassies.
The CIA has been infiltrated by Nazis since after WWII under Project Paperclip. They were imported into the US for their knowledge of special operations, or really, maybe just because they were in league all along with secret societies in the US who wanted to eventually conquer the whole world.

Pamela, please read patterico’s fine post on this subject, “http://patterico.com/2012/09/27/maker-of-anti-muslim-movie-arrested/”. He was convicted of a crime. He was out on probation. The crime involved aliases and the Internet. He was told to avoid both. He then used an alias to produce a film and posted it on the Internet using that alias. He very directly violated his probation. The Internet part might skate. The use of aliases won’t. He’s toast.
I wish somebody with a CLEAN record (and some basic artistic sense) had produced the trailer. Sadly, we got this jerk.

Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the claimed producer of the controversial film, IS NOT A COPTIC CHRISTIAN. Nakoula is in fact a Muslim. Why would a Muslim intentionally inflame his own people? It’s part of Islamic Trojan warfare propaganda.
Nakoula partnered in a scheme with Eiad Salameh, a Palestinian Muslim from Beit Sahour in the Palestinian district of Bethlehem who is part of Palestinian terror connections.

Fascinating mystery, but real life is seldom as convoluted as our fiction-trained imaginations might be inclined to see.
For instance bb has the CIA carrying out the demonic plans of America’s enemies, presumably right under the noses of loyal military intelligence officers, loyal FBI, loyal NSA, loyal Congressional oversight committees and loyal White House and other executive branch recipients of high-level intelligence briefings for the past 70 or so years. Or are they all in on it? Or are they all being deceived by a diabolically clever CIA, that somehow failed to fool bb?
If either option is true, that means it’s hopeless, can’t you see that? You’ll never get enough citizens to believe in the need for a popular revolution, for example, not in time. Fortunately it’s a dark fantasy. Maybe 20% of our problems are the result of the petty evils of petty operators with bad motives to hide and almost all of the rest are are caused by big evils that are openly advocated and presented as beneficent by big-shots, like Pelosi, Reed, Wasserman-Shultz, Geithner, Bernanke, Holder, Obama, etc., and their many allies. No conspiracy theories are required to make sense of the mess we are in, my friends.
Remember, extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. Then again, just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean they’re not after you, of course. If you are an infidel, the Muslim Brotherhood is after you, this is clear. But it’s no mystery — except to the mainstream media.

The only thing WE as Americans need to take notice of is that all of this is
EERILY close to the ELECTIONS. This type of uprising just so happens to stir and stir and swell and swell and rise like yeast in dough, all prior to the next election and we aren’t seeing the writing on the wall?
I don’t know what brand of yeast is being used, but I do know that it’s effective and it’s a growing and living thing with an absolute direction and purpose.
If the good Lord gave me anything, he gave me a gift of discernment. He allowed me to know by my own five senses when something deep within me screams out and tells me “warning warning danger danger~”
What about the rest of you?

There is a difference between probation and parole, but I have seen them used interchangeably in stories about this guy. If he was on probation, he was convicted of something but not jailed, then given a list of rules to follow. A violation of any could, though not necessarily, result in incarceration. The violation would have to be filed by the probation officer with a hearing in front of a judge. I f he was on parole, he was already in jail or prison for something and then let out with strict conditions. A violation of parole would result in immediate incarceration with no court hearing needed. From what I’ve read, it looks like he was taken into see the probation officer and then had a court hearing on the violations. If he violated his probation (or parole, for that matter) there need not be any discussions of film content.
For all the low profile criminals that get away with violating probation and parole, it is likely somebody wanted to get this guy out of the public eye. What better way than to legitimately lock him up? Think of all the sex offenders, stalkers, and drug addicts/dealers that walk free for worse. Convenient that nobody can talk to him– considering how Barry and Hill ginned up the muslim world. Let’s see if MB or AQ can penetrate the facility where he is now until well after the election.

JD, I’ve pointed this out in numerous spots throughout the conservative blogosphere but no one will hear it. They’ve made their minds up, facts be damned. Frankly, I was disappointed when earlier this month he was released after questioning for his blatant and public violations of the terms of his probation. He should have been held in custody then.
Someone upstream asked what kind of probation term prohibits use of computers and the Internet and the answer is probation for theft crimes committed using computers and Internet access. He was also prohibited from using alias names, also because he’d used alias names when stealing from banks and the bank accounts of others.

Ralph B, you are behaving like an ostrich with its head in the sand. There can be no conspiracies, end of story. Meanwhile this whole blog is dedicated to the Islamic conspiracty to take over America. I can’t explain it all in a little blog post. I gave you food for thought. If you want to see what is true, web search it.
You dismiss what I say as paranoia, but you say we just have a pack of boobs messing up. Sure, and they all went to top schools and are high achiervers. No, there isn’t a bar pool running the country, there are people with big plans. You can think what you want but why put down people who you can’t even prove wrong?

@xthread, yes I read that post that you put up. I think it is showing that Nakoula is just another Palestinian criminal out of Bethlehem. The report shows that he and his partner who is the best forger in the middle east were both let off by US authorities time and again. In return for those pardons, the CIA could have suggested they take part in producing this movie, and then just serve less time in the case of Nakoula.
Noukala isn’t a Copt nor a Jew. He is an Islamic collaborator with forces who want to destroy the fabric of America. He is just another minor character in the big play being put on before our eyes. People love watching this play so much, they attack anyone who points out that it isn’t real.
Life is like one big TV show to people and they can just shout out their opinions without supporting them by any facts, as if what they say is of no importance. It doesn’t matter what you think of entertainment, but this is no mere show, it is a distraction.

So if someone commits mail fraud then they can’t use the postal service anymore? If someone commits wire fraud they can’t use the telephone anymore? That makes about as much sense as this “punishment”.
