Muslim Brotherhood groups like Hamas-CAIR, ISNA, MSA, MSU engage in deception, dissembling and taqiyya with the same regularity as recitation of their daily prayers (in which they curse Christians and Jews no less than 17 times a day).
Despite their relentless propaganda campaign, they do reveal themselves very often. Vile racist Dawud Walid is seething with Islamic Jew-hatred; the question is, why is the government funding trips abroad for this terror supporter? He should be marginalized and relegated to the very fringe of society like the KKK (whom he sounds very much like).

Story continues below advertisementThe Council of American Islamic Relations [CAIR] may tout itself as an "organization that challenges stereotypes of Islam and Muslims," and as group that was formed "to challenge anti-Muslim discrimination nationwide." But in fighting the good fight against hate, at least one of its regional leaders demonizes Jews as the source of Muslims' problems.
"Who are those who incurred the wrath of Allah?" CAIR-Michigan Executive Director Dawud Walid asked in a May 25 sermon at the Islamic Organization of North America mosque in Warren, Mich. "They are the Jews, they are the Jews," he answered himself in Arabic.
Aside from being one of CAIR's most visible spokesmen, Walid appears frequently in the media and has traveled abroad at least twice on trips paid by the State Department. During a 2010 trip to Mali, for example, he criticized treatment of Muslim Americans after 9/11, saying they "have been subjected to increased discrimination from racial and religious profiling by law enforcement." And he cast the 2009 shooting death of a Detroit imam as unjust, even though the imam refused orders to lay down his weapon and surrender, and then opened fire first after a police dog was sent in to subdue him.
If it isn't the Jews incurring Allah's wrath by disobeying him, the hands of the pro-Israel lobby are undermining American Muslims and Palestinians alike, Walid claimed in his sermon.
"One of the greatest social ills facing American today is Islamophobia, and anti-Muslim bigotry. And if you trace the organizations and the main advocates and activists in Islamophobia in America, you will see that all those organizations are pro-Israeli occupation organizations and activists," Walid said. "You will see every single last one. Do you know why? Because one of the leading Islamophobes by the name of Daniel Pipes, said the political empowerment of American Muslims is a direct threat to Israel." In fact, what Pipes said is that American Jews – not Israel – may be threatened by the "increased stature, and affluence, and enfranchisement of American Muslims, because they are so much led by an Islamist leadership." The "pro-Israeli occupation lobby that is connected to the Islamophobia network" is the reason why America experiences "more problems, more Islamophobia, more hate crimes, more desecration of mosques, more anti-Muslim activity" than other countries in North and South America, Walid said.
This Zionist lobby is also the biggest obstacle to Muslims "liberating" Palestine, Jerusalem, and the al-Aqsa Mosque, the heat of the Israel-Palestinian conflict, he said.
Walid isn't alone blaming Jews for Palestinian problems or Islamophobia. Conspiracies about a Jewish or Zionist lobby controlling American foreign policy, especially towards a future Palestinian state, are frequently repeated throughout Arabic and Islamist media. Their champions include Hamas, Iranian news outlets, and the Muslim Brotherhood.
For example, Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh blasted the United States as an "enemy of Islam" in 2006 in part because it is "influenced by the Zionist lobby."
Those same groups also argue that Jews are the main culprits behind America's supposed trend toward anti-Muslim hate, and link the ideas together.
"So this is why you see the Islamophobia network trying to gin up negative information about Muslims and Islam. This is a direct connection to the occupation of Palestine. It is a direct connection. And [it is] because the strongest Israeli lobby in the world is in America, because America is the sole patron of Israel," Walid said.
He goes on to pray for the brothers in Syria, Yemen, Palestine, and Mali, all places with active Islamist insurgencies, as well as "the Mujahideen in your way everywhere."
As mentioned, the rhetoric is just the latest example of extremism from one of CAIR's highest profile directors. Yet, in addition to government-financed trips abroad, Walid routinely meets with key government decision makers. In October, he met with Detroit U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade seeking her help monitoring a local zoning issue.
In January 2011, he joined imams from 20 local mosques in a meeting with FBI officials to discuss their concerns over FBI surveillance and training tactics. In 2009, he was among four dozen local faith leaders to meet with Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary of Intergovernmental Programs Juliette Kayyem.
The May 25 sermons isn't the first time this year that Walid's sermons targeted Jews.
When the Quran describes a slaughter of Jews at the hands of Muhammad's army, it isn't an indication of anti-Semitism, he said in a Detroit speech in January.
The Jews had it coming.
"Did Muhammad order the killing of Jews?" Walid asked in a Twitter post promoting the video. In response, an Islamist follower wrote, "Yes he did and I agree with it…Well isn't treason a sentence to death."
Rather than oppose a hateful perspective, Walid merely corrected the follower and reinforced the anti-Jewish sentiment. Muhammad "didn't order it. Sa'ad ibn Mu'aadh [one of his followers] ordered that punishment. It was a correct one."
The reference is to the Battle of the Trench in 627 AD involving Muhammad's army. "Zionists" use the event to attack the prophet, Walid stated in his speech, by arguing that the Quran and the prophet preached a hatred of Jews.
Jews there entered into an agreement to join with the prophet. But the men "committed treason, [by sitting] with the polytheists against the believers." For this, all the men of the tribe were beheaded and the women and children were sold into slavery.
"Is this just something that is in Islam for treason? Even for the nations that came before, even in Torat [the Torah] according to what the Jews had at that time, committing treason during a time of war is punishable by death. Because their own book says an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth, a life for a life, and a breach for a breach," he added.
His endorsement of a mass murder of Jews, with the women and children sold into slavery, and his suggestions that Muslims "shouldn't be shy" about defending it, reinforce significant concerns about his attitude toward the Jewish community.

Islam is the reason we are subjected to attempts at domination, violent jihad, murder, hate, and all the rest of the crap in which muzzie savages believe. If they’re not going to get with the program, assimilate, and overhaul their murdering ideology, then it’s time for them to LEAVE our country, and all the rest of the places they infiltrate. There is NO place for Islam in its current form in Western society. None. Time to purge our country and society of the scourge. Just maybe the rest of the western world will decide to follow suit.

Imagine if they were here with guns, helicopters and tanks, and actually invaded our country. Think you’d be even more mad? Hell, you’re half the way there and they haven’t done anything except offer tips to 40% of all terror arrests–more than any single source.

I mean, unless she not dressed, but many Jews and Christians would have the same objections. I don’t remember the Muslims protesting the NFL for their cheerleaders.
Perhaps you’re projecting, or protecting something that you’re neglecting. Perhaps you’ve stepped out in the world, and you feel a bit vulnerable. But, you know, over 1.5 billion Muslims had nothing to do with that. Of all the matter to concern yourself with, the prospect of Muslims seriously impacting your life in a negative way is minimal. Not that we won’t over-react, or impetuously leap after dragons to slay. But, we have to blame ourselves for fighting needlessly.

Scott Connor I think you have landed on the wrong page. I don’t think you believe in western system of justice. You have the typical movable sliding morality that most liberals have and in fact you mesh perfectly with Islam. I think you should either say the shahaddah and get it over with or study history of your own European motherland, read the history of America or at the very least watch cartoons featuring Yosimite Sam on YouTube. Just give up for now you are over your head.

Scott Connor, you are the perfect apologist. Do yourself and especially the rest of humanity a favor and get educated, study some history (that involves reading a book or two) and learn some basic facts for a change.

It really shows the facts and history you have to ignore to justify “positivism” There is no greater beneficiary of gov’t largess in all the annals of literature than John Galt. Not in Ayn’s twisted/altered reality. But in a fact based assessment of history. Railroads were the most subsidized industry in our history, from free land to many other outright gifts, grants and tax dodges.

That would make YOU the one who doesn’t accept the traditions of this country. I also believe the guilty are entitled to a trial by jury. Obviously, you believe in another tradition. Fascism perhaps.

If they refuse to negotiate in good faith, and to abide treaties, the Quran indeed says that, after that, “Go and kill them where you find them” But, if they ask for a truce, it says, “you have no cause to fight them.”

But, think about it, this approach empowers the terrorists, and offends the many moderate muslims. Some are fastidious and are the most mild and gentle people.
You’ve been so twisted by the lies of a small group of hatemongers, you don’t even know that Arabs are famous for their hospitality. Internationally famous. They are honestly annoying, they force tea and food on you, and if you don’t eat they get disappointed. They see guests and particularly foreigners Americans above all as currency. My travels there, as a blond 6′ male, I was treated like a king mostly. Most people gave me stuff, and a few tried to over charge me.

Scott, you ask if I have traveled in the Muslim world? Yes. I’ll do you one better than that. I lived, studied, and worked in nearly the entire Middle East for over 15 years. One of my friends was the mufti of a major city in Saudi Arabia. From him I received a complete authenticated set of the trilogy (Koran, Hadith, Soenna) and thanks to him I studied Islam and its history, as well as the history of the region.
And guess what? Behind closed doors, that very mufti would agree with Pamela. And so do I, for a 100% percent. Not based on primitive propaganda for primitive minds, but based on facts, documented, verifiable historical facts and events, experience and knowledge.
You should try it too, sometimes. Do your research thoroughly before you accuse patriots such as Pamela.

Tell you what, you want a holy book that celebrates Genocide? Read the book of Joshua. Joshua kills every man, woman and child in a dozen cities. He shows no reluctance, just wanton bloodshead. Scott, I am not going to discuss the number of volumes or similar irrelevant stuff. You know full well that there are many versions and publications of these books. You can safely assume that the Mufti did not give me the Readers Digest version. I also have a series of books of all the (thousands) of fatwa’s. Want to compare the number of pages? Completely irrelevant, my deluded friend.
You are quite long on big statements, opinions and words, but quite short on facts, unfortunately. That’s ok, as far as I am concerned you can believe (!) whatever you want. I wrote that I lived, worked, and studied all over the Middle East, not only in SA as you try to picture it. I also did the same all over Asia. I know the Muslim world and their culture very, very well from personal experience. And it’s mostly bad news.
If you have eyes to see, and ears to hear, the conclusion is inescapable. I am always reminded of the wise words of my friend the mufti, when I hear apologists talk. He said -paraphrasing the old Greeks- that there is no point in debating idiots, as it only proves that there’s two.
I am not saying that you are one, but you sure don’t have most your facts straight. If you want to convince somebody, reinforce your argument with facts, not opinions, slander and tirades. If you don’t, well, then you are in trouble in terms of credibility. But that’s your risk.
Ms. Geller and mr. Spencer do write the truth – and nothing but the truth, and I checked their facts. I don’t care what Joshua did or Breivik or the Crusaders or for all I care that complete and utter idiot in your White House.

As for your Brevik non-arguments: Breivik cites countless others even more. Are they also obliged to kill themselves? Wow, amazing and very persuasive logic. Moreover, he writes in his idiotic manifest that he formed his opinion and convictions many years before Spencer even put a single word to paper. Same goes for ms. Geller. And you call such sad propaganda garbage facts? You are making a fool of yourself my deluded friend.
We have all heard these non-arguments and distorted lies, half-truths and propaganda before, dear Scott. You can yell, scream, insult and slander all you want, but that doesn’t make your statements more true.

WW1 was a “Christian” war? What about the genocide of upwards of 2.5 million Armenian and Assyrian Christians by your muslime brethren in Turkey (a fact which I note your muslime brethren still deny to this day)? Was that an aspect of the “Christian” nature of the war?

The correct translation of the last part is “The path of those whom Thou hast favoured; Not the (path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray.“
The overwhelming majority of English translations of the Qur’an have some variant of this.
In Islamic tradition the understanding that the Jews are those who have earned Allah’s anger and the Christians are those who have gone astray is mainstream. It is so mainstream that the Hilali-Khan translation of the Qur’an renders the verse this way: “The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians).“
The classic Qur’anic commentator Ibn Kathir explains that “the two paths He described here are both misguided,” and that those “two paths are the paths of the Christians and Jews, a fact that the believer should beware of so that he avoids them. The path of the believers is knowledge of the truth and abiding by it. In comparison, the Jews abandoned practicing the religion, while the Christians lost the true knowledge. This is why ‘anger’ descended upon the Jews, while being described as ‘led astray’ is more appropriate of the Christians.”
Ibn Kathir’s understanding of this passage is not a lone “extremist” interpretation. In fact, most Muslim commentators believe that the Jews are those who have earned Allah’s wrath and the Christians are those who have gone astray. This is the view of Tabari, Zamakhshari, the Tafsir al-Jalalayn, the Tanwir al-Miqbas min Tafsir Ibn Abbas, and Ibn Arabi, as well as Ibn Kathir. One contrasting, but not majority view, is that of Nisaburi, who says that “those who have incurred Allah’s wrath are the people of negligence, and those who have gone astray are the people of immoderation.”

The State Department and any other government officials or politicians who cavort with CAIR, stand accused of sanctioning Jew-hatred and jihad. CAIR should at least be classified as a hate group although it goes beyond that, since its linked with the hamas terrorist group.
