Pamela Geller here introduces the AFDI panel at CPAC 2012: "Islamic Law in America: How the Obama Justice Department is Selling us Out." She explained the urgency of this issue, otherwise ignored at CPAC, detailing how the Obama Justice Department is not just tolerating, but actively aiding the assertion of Islamic law in the U.S. and the primacy of Sharia over U.S. law. Geller sketched out the purpose of the panel: to inform and to encourage those who are fighting to stop the Stealth Jihad — and to show other Americans, perhaps new to this struggle, what we must do to preserve our Constitutional Freedoms.

o14.1 A person’s right hand is amputated, whether he is a Muslim, non-Muslim subject of the Islamic state, or someone who has left Islam, when he:1. has reached puberty
2. is sane
3. is acting voluntarily
4. and steals at least a quarter of a dinar (1.058 grams of gold) or goods worth that much (at the market price current) at the time of the theft
5. from a place meeting the security requirements normal (in that locality and time for safeguarding similar articles (def: o14.3)
6. provided there is no possible confusion (dis: o14.2(3)) as to whether he took it by way of theft or for some other reason.

Allah doesn’t care the gender, worth of the stolen good(s), and the age of the thief.
When I was a little kid, I have stolen in a supermarket a candy bar (about 50 cent).
