Mosqueing the Workplace: 130 Muslim Workers Walk Off Job at Tyson Meat Plant Demanding Prayer Time

Here we go again. Islamic supremacist demands on the secular marketplace. It is not necessary for a Muslim to pray at a certain time. These actions are merely devices in which to impose Islam on non-believers. Prayer is required on a strict schedule, but many imams allow a Muslim to "make up" prayers after work or school. This is true even in Muslim countries, i.e., Iran.

Hertz and Heinz and ICE and Cargill and an Oklahoma police force and JB Swift and Electrolux and Wal-Mart and Swift and Co. et al have all been the targets of workplace jihad.

Dispute resolved with Somali workers at Tyson plant in Noel (Hat tip KC)

By Josh Letner Globe Staff Writer

NOEL, Mo. — Approximately 130 Muslim workers, many of whom are Somali refugees, who walked off the job at the Tyson Foods processing plant in Noel on Friday, have returned to their shifts after reaching a tentative agreement with management allowing for prayer time.

Tyson officials and workers met Monday afternoon, and agreed to negotiate a long-term solution.

Muslims are required to pray five times daily at specific times, including 5 p.m., which was the time most in dispute between employees and a new management team at the plant.

Tyson officials and a Union representative have said the Noel plant is the most culturally diverse in the company.

How is it with this countries unemployment do these ppl have jobs? At my job they would be fired on the spot. Pam is correct that companies are bowing down to this scum!

Unemployment is at historic highs.
Mexicans are risking their lives for a crap job in the USA.
Yet these lazy backward savages from Somalia, enter here and are handed jobs and what’s the first thing they do is strike and demand Sharia…
Seriously why make any effort to accommodate them?
Let them walk out and hire others. Sudanese, Copts or Mexicans who would work proudly in America for an honest wage. Unlike these pirates and bandits we try to convert into hard working honest people….

We all know they have easy & simple rules for deferring missed prayer times; so do they. Fire them all.

Why do we import these stinking animals into our country in the first place?

Ok…how the hell does the State Department let Muslims into this country in the first place. In any event, now that they are here, they will either abide by our laws and culture, or leave. Lets revoke their special VISAs and send them back to Somalia. Tyson probably received special tax incentives to hire these people. The answer to the walk out should not have been to negotiate, but to hold job fairs for replacements.
Muslims are here to conquer America for Islam. Wake the f…k up. I will personally boycott Tyson products until they fire these evil bastards.

Sounds like they do not appreciate having employment, so the best thing is fire them and replace them with workers who are happy for a chance to work. Remember Reagan and the air traffic controllers.

It would be interesting to learn what financial incentives are offered to businesses to hire these people. They must know that doing so will lead to problems. Do the $$$ make it worth the risk? And, for how long. My advice would be to not hire Muslims in the first place and, secondly, do not do business with those that do. Why should we?

It makes me just nauseas to think that Tyson, an American food plant, can hire these dirty b@$tards to prepare our food. What other plants are working in? They hire the “America haters” over our own ppl who need jobs. Why create more jobs when they are already there, but they are taken over by muslims. Lets send them ALL back where they came from and take our jobs back!!

If Tyson assumes this is a long term solution, they’re dead wrong. As other appeasing companies are finding out, more and more prayer time will be taken, which will lead to the whole workplace being divided. Appeasement is not an answer, but an incentive to the push of Islam.

Walk of the job…..please!
I will not buy Tyson products and avoid food products that I know to be processed by muslims as they are unclean in their habits.

While I do not want to take credit,(it could have come from another source) I sent Pamela this story yesterday and am thrilled she posted it.
This is what I shared with Pamela:
My friends live in Noel. Very hardworking, generous people. Noel is the size of a postage stamp. The town is overrun by these Somali’s. My friend told me this past summer, they are rude, incredibly dirty, personal hygene doesn’t exist, they run in packs and speak little if any English. Odd, they seemed to arrive at the same time. That said,
I asked my friend why he didn’t sell and get out?
He replied, “I’ve lived here for 27yrs and no one will buy my home because of them”.
(I’m leaving out the language he used in the above description)
Also note, Tyson was a huge supporter of the Obama campaigne.
I will no longer purchase a single product of theirs. For two reasons, they bowed to Mecca and their workers who are preparing the food are, oh just read the above!

FIRE THE STUPID RAGHEADS AND NEVER ALLOW THEM BACK IN THE BUILDING .
THIS PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY AND JOB OPENING FOR AMERICANS WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED.
JOHN BOLTON SAID: ” THE PROBLEM WITH ISLAM WHICH DOES NOT EXIST WITH OTHER GROUPS, IS
THAT THEIR RIGHTS INFRINGE ON OUR FREEDOMS “.
EVERY MUSLIM MUST BE DEPORTED OUT OF AMERICA, EVEN IF THEY WERE BORN HERE, SINCE WE NEVER KNOW WHICH ONE OF THEM WILL ATTACK US NEXT .

Tyson kisses their butt and bends over backwards to accommodate the mooslims from Somalia. All over prayer time? Of course, the underlying strategy is for the mooslims to have American corporations in their control, one way or another. The unions are assisting them in this goal, along with the guy in the White House and his administration. The corporations get tax breaks (no doubt), the unions get more dues which lead to campaign contributions for democraps, the government gets more unemployed Americans looking to government for their daily survival via unemployment benefits, etc. Get the picture? This government is directly involved in putting Americans out of work.
Tyson needs to be boycotted via not buying their products for this reason and as stated by KC at 10:46 am. And, contact your representatives in D.C. about your displeasure, and all the rest, they have allowed to go on.
Round ’em all up and send ’em back where they came from, pronto.

My thought is that all these companies ought to tell their muslim workers to go ahead and walk out, but don’t ever bother coming back. As I used to hear constantly, “There are 5000 people out there waiting to take your job.” That’s never been any truer than it is now–thanks to their “sympathetic” President, Obama. I refuse to buy Tyson’s products because I don’t want halal meat in my home. If Walmart and the others you name would like to join the list of people I avoid buying from, then just give into these rotten people. My car can be “trained” to drive to other stores.

Just like with the Hertz drivers, this is nothing but a game to these people. They will continue to file fake , frivolous, discrimination lawsuits, and earn the reputation of being non-productive workers, thereby making employers not want to hire them, which in turn lines them up for government handouts. It’s just a game to them.

Just a thought…but a valid concern. How do we know what they are doing to the food? This applies to any food processing plant, handling service, or employment in the city’s water departments. Hope they aren’t reading this…they don’t need any more ideas to do us in. And when they get pissed off (and they are always pissed off) it would not be a stretch to imagine them contaminating food and/or water supplies. Anyone ever wonder why there seems to be more and more outbreaks of people getting ill or dying from some products?

I sent it to you because I had a feeling you would post it.
And again, plz Atlas Readers, these people are filthy. (Tyson & Somali’s)
Do Not Buy Tyson again.
I just got back from some shopping and checked every label. Didn’t buy a
thing that said, Tyson! And I never will again, period!

Tyson spokesman Worth Sparkman: “The walkout was the result of an unfortunate misunderstanding we believe was rooted in language differences.”
But of course those same workers have no language difficulties in understanding the animal welfare, food safety and hygiene requirements of the plant.
From the book “Boom Town – How Wal-Mart Transformed an All-American Town into an International Community” by Marjorie Rosen, published by Chicago Review Press, 2009, page 274:

Sasha Chanoff of the International Organisation for Migration told the Atlanta Journal Constitution in 2003 that a group of Somali immigrants, who had arrived to work in the meat-packing plants, were so unfamiliar with the modern world that they did not understand basic hygiene concepts and, on first seeing a bathtub, thought that it was some type of boat. “They really don’t have any exposure to modern development,” Chanoff explained as a way of explaining how difficult it had been for the Somalis to adapt and for the community to absorb them. Yet because, as political refugees, they were unencumbered by immigration problems, the Somalis were considered highly desireable workers.

The Shelbyville Times Gazette columnist Brian Mosely, in fact, turned a negative eye on their arrival, observing, “Suddenly introducing a society that is literally hundreds of years behind the times in the way of hygiene, mannerisms, culture and the treatment of women into twenty-first century America is a recipe for sociological disaster. It is a massive shock to the Somalis and doesn’t do the local communities any favours either.

Stories like this remind me why I was a vegetarian for several years.
Noel, MO is overrun by Somalis? I remember a family trip to Arkansas when I was a teenager. We drove over the border into MO and went to a family-run cavern in Noel (my dad, whose name is Noel, made a silly joke to the lady at the caverns “do you know how close you are to Noel right now?”). Makes me sad that these nice little towns all over the US are turning into conclaves of hostile foreigners.

I saw Somalis coming here to Canada also. I live on the W coast and saw two waves. One in the late 90s and another just recently. This last wave was more shocking than the last. Needless to say, the last one was full of criminals who changed a neighborhood in a few months from almost no crime to a place where b & E s and car thefts jumped up 10 fold.
Young Somali men would openly stalk your house standing in front as if they’ re just waiting for you to leave.
This second wave was totally non integrated. Tribal clothing, niqabs and 0 English.
What is also weird is that they showed up in groups at playgrounds in expensive areas. Shouting loudly and sitting on the sidewalks. Very intimidating. As if they were plucked from some village back home and teleported in a second to Vancouver.
It was weird to see them appear like this. It is obvious they were imported here.
What I find shocking is that they were just let loose here without seemingly 0 education about Western living. Which, I think is even unfair to them.
I don’t think they re a big danger here because the city is big enough to absorb anything but for a small town this can be detrimental.
They are very hostile just by their looks.

It will be nice when all these devout Muslims achieve their goal of G-d Consciousness and then they won’t have to stop what they are doing to pray because they will be in a constant state of prayer and communion with G-d. /sarc

Why are there so many ORTHODOX Muslims working for Tyson? Is it JUST coincidence??There is an all out Jihad on its way,and the enemy(yes,I said ENEMY)is positioning itself in VERY strategic positions.

Do what Hertz Rental (cars) did. Tell them to clock out to pray.
If I get my numbers wrong, please feel free to correct me.
There were 32 suspended and only 26 were allowed to keep their jobs because they agreed to clock out to pray.

I’m confoozed. The article states “Muslims are required to pray five times daily at specific times, including 5 p.m., which was the time most in dispute between employees and a new management team at the plant”, and elsewhere someone stated that Islam does NOT require specific prayer times during the day. So what is it: Does Islam require specific prayer times during the day or not? Do the prayer times vary according to the “branch of Islam” each immigrant belongs to?

You people need to calm down. Tyson may be american but that doesn’t mean anything. If you people really knew the working conditions in that craphole, you wouldn’t want to work there. It’s horrible when someone is in a situation so bad that they have to work for these big food companies. Without the immigrants, poor and some illegal, big corporations like tyson would be out of business since most Americans would never work for them. Don’t say that they’re stealing jobs cuz first of all, this is a free country and it’s not their fault they got hired over you. And second of all, the jobs they take are the crappiest jobs you can find. Most people would pass it up. Eh, if most Muslim countries don’t let them leave for prayer, then atheist America shouldn’t either.

Before you all start complaining about the Somalis touching your food you need to realize that the USDA is in the Noel plant, everyone wears rubber gloves and you have to wash them. And more importantly the Somalis don’t do ANYTHING while at work, so they aren’t really touching food. They are standing around staring at you and calling you an infidel. The plant in Noel is a shit place to work and really should be closed until Tyson CA get decent management and employees I’m place.

Islamic supremacist requirements on the high end industry. It is not necessary for a Islamic to hope at some point. These measures are merely gadgets in which to encourage Islam on non believers.
