More gratitude from the Bosnians for fighting the jihad for them against the Serb Christians. The poisonous fruit of lethal Democrat foreign policy.
Thanks to Bill Clinton, the Bosnian capital of Sarajevo, once a symbol of ethnic diversity, has become an entirely Muslim city. "Sarajevo definitely isn't a multi-ethnic city, but the city of one group, the Bosniacs (Muslims)," said a Croat deputy in the Bosnian Parliament, Branko Zrno, back in 2008. Serbs and Croats in Sarajevo have no institutional protection from Muslim supremacism, and have left the capital. Zrno echoed allegations from Bosnian Serb leaders, including Serb entity Prime Minister Milorad Dodik, that non-Muslims in Sarajevo suffered discrimination and were denied their rights.
Today a "radical islamist" (lol — how they do twist themselves and their lexicon in knots to avoid "jihad") opened fire on our embassy in Sarajevo.

Sarajevo US embassy gunman arrested: police AP (hat tip Armaros)
A suspected radical Islamist gunman who opened fire Friday near the US embassy in Sarajevo was wounded and arrested, a police spokesman told Bosnian television.
"The person who fired an automatic weapon was wounded and arrested during the police operation. After receiving medical treatment on the scene the person was hospitalised," police spokesman Irfan Nefic told national BHT television.
Earlier media reports said the man, identified as a member of the Wahhabi branch of Islam, was killed by a sniper after firing a Kalashnikov rifle at the US mission.
Embassy spokeswoman Sanja Pejcinovic would not go into details of the apparent attack.
"We can confirm there has been an incident in front of the embassy. The building is closed and we are waiting for the police to seal off the area," she told AFP.
Bosnian national radio said police were searching the vicinity of the embassy for possible accomplices.
"Several police patrols were sent to the scene. Two police men were wounded, one in the leg and one in the head," the radio reported.

During Bosnia's 1992-95 war between its Croats, Muslims and Serbs, a large number of volunteers from Muslim nations flocked to the Balkan country to take up arms.
Many of these Muslim fighters stayed on after the conflict and obtained Bosnian citizenship. Some in the mostly moderate Bosnian Muslim community have converted to the more radical Islam preached by several ex-mujahedeen.

(thanks to Julia G)This is Mevlid Jasarevic, age 23, follower of the Salafi sect of Islam, who this afternoon opened fire on the U.S. Embassy in Sarajevo, Bosnia. Jasarevic was subsequently shot and reportedly killed.
Because Jasarevic is from Novi Pazar, a town in Serbia, odds are the mainstream Western media will describe this as a "Serbian attack", or at least identify him as "Serbian citizen." This would be horribly misleading, of course, but that hasn't stopped them before.
Here are some things to keep in mind here, before the spin distorts them:
- Salafi missionaries came to Bosnia during the war, with tacit approval and even assistance of the U.S., to get the "wayward" Bosnian Muslims in line and wage jihad against the Serb and Croat "infidels."
- There are 150,000 or so Muslims in the Raska region of southwestern Serbia (which they call "Sanjak", a term going back to Ottoman days). Their religious leader, mufti Muamer Zukorlic, was appointed by the top Islamic cleric of Bosnia and has been stirring up trouble and preaching violence and hate for several years. In this, he enjoys the support of many foreign governments ("Friends of Sanjak"), including the U.S.
- Jasarevic may technically be a citizen of Serbia, but he is wanted there on charges of terrorism. He left Serbia last year, and settled in the Salafi commune of Gornja Maoca in northern Bosnia. Until it was ethnically cleansed during the Bosnian War, it used to be a Serb village called Karavlasi.
In addition to terrorizing any Christians (Serbs or Croats) they may come across, the Salafi frequently harass ordinary Bosnian Muslims, who by and large follow the Hanafi school of Islam. The Hanafi approach accepts local customs and is what made coexistence with Christians in the past possible in the first place. Salafists dismiss this as heresy and preach absolute intolerance of any who do not follow their ways.
Anyway, just watch: Jasarevic will be described as a lone lunatic, his motives will be "unknown", and there will be no mention of jihad or Islamic terrorism. The notion that the Salafists in Bosnia may be nurturing terrorists who threaten American lives runs counter to the mainstream narrative of innocent Muslims being victims of evil Serbs, and is therefore thoughtcrime.

Your title of this article is incorrect. The person who fired at the U.S. Embassy is not a Bosnian citizen. He is a Muslim from Serbia.

Unfortunate for you, Jasarevic is Serbian Muslim (oh, how is that possible????) His group of Wahhabi idiots has a member, convert to Islam from Serbia. It would be fair to put up here statements by Muslim, Croatian and Serbian officials about this unfortunate event. Your conclusion is absolutely wrong.

The US took in alot of “Bosnian” refugees.
We inherited many muslim and Christian immigrants in our state.The Wahhabi’s are very demanding,spiteful,superior acting,rude and poor employees. Many employers fear backlash when firing them,they tend to get extremely angry and nasty.
We had one that sat in his car on lunch break,praying,drinking vodka and cruising porn sites on his laptop,he would um erm get happy and fall asleep.When they finally fired him he screamed,cursed,made threats and the company got phoned in bomb threats for a couple months.

So many pathetic posts here. Keep in mind, not all of the bosnian muslims are “Wahhabi”. Sarajevo is a very unique city, multiethnic, multi cultural and has always been. @ Jefferson, if your country stopped the bosnian war right on time, now you would not deal with so many bosnian refugees in your country, the refugees that are so “dangerous” ..At the end of the day, who ever did attack on the US embassy is total idiot, psychopath, in this very case was a muslim, but he could have been a who ever, still would be an IDIOT and twisted -mind sicko!
