The thugs at Hamas-linked CAIR will stop at nothing to make sure that Americans remain ignorant about its own agenda and that of other Muslim Brotherhood-linked groups in America, and complacent in the face of the advancing jihad. The powerful Washington, D.C., Islamic lobby group established as a front for the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas is asking a federal judge to expunge all copies of a WND book that exposes its ties to radical jihad through original documents secured in a daring undercover operation.
In its latest court pleadings in a lawsuit against WND co-author David Gaubatz and his son Chris, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, effectively demands that the blockbuster book "Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Conspiring to Islamize America" be removed from bookstores, online retailers and any supplier and "returned" to the Muslim group.
"This book at any time can be taken off the shelves forever and kept in the hands of Hamas," warned Gaubatz attorney Daniel Horowitz.
After filing two unsuccessful versions of its complaint, CAIR has filed yet another amended complaint that asks federal Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in Washington, D.C., to bar the Gaubatzes and anyone related to their effort from publishing the documents and recordings obtained in the undercover operation.
CAIR interpreted the judge's order to return all copies of the documents as a demand to also return "copies published in the book," according to a Joint Status Report filed April 22 in federal court in Washington, D.C….

We need a real American in the White House. We also need all Muslims removed from every department in government. It’s like having the NAZIS infiltrate during WWII. This group needs to be investigated and all of its funding exposed. They aren’t going to get away with this here. We have guns here, and intend to keep them.

World Net Daily is one of the most influential and widely accessed websites on the internet. They are bigger than CAIR.
So the MB isn’t trying to islamize the US? Yah, and the muslim’ 1400 year aggression against Judeo-Christians and others, is all part of some islamophobe’s imagination.

I think the MB group is claiming their intellectual property rights were violated by the removal of some documents. I don’t see why the entire book would be considered a continuing violation. It doesn’t make any sense. But CAIR is letting the world know that whatever was in those documents is absolutely true and incriminating.
I hope these proceedings bring loads of publicity and drives sales into the next release. The authors can use the money while they are writing the sequel which would include this ridiculous lawsuit. Why is irony always lost on these people?
I will order my copy from amazon today. I hope the rest of you do the same.

I already have it and it shows how Muslims have infiltrated the US –and more. I suggest that the book is printed online or re printed under another name. And keep doing it.

I bought this book when it first came out- it is a MUST read for everyone, especially anyone who thinks of themselves as any kind of “reporter” or “journalist”. Every TV show, web site, news program, newspaper, magazine, etc. that has any contact with the terrorist USA haters known as CAIR MUST MUST MUST read this book and EXPOSE that evil group.

It’s all that political correctness. If these same liberal morons were around during WWII we would have lost. They would have said we need to “tolerate” the Nazis. Just because they have different “morals” than us doesn’t mean they are bad, just “different”. You know moral relativism? THey would have said we need to have them in our country for “multicultural” and “diversity” and we shouldn’t discriminate just because they are Nazis. After all you can’t judge all the Nazis the same. NOt all of them actually flipped the switches on the ovens you know. You should go out and make friends with Nazis. Have you ever met any Nazis? You don’t even know them and yet you are being prejudiced against all of them!

Doesn’t brain-dead CAIR know that anyone can publish anything they want..it’s called self-publishing. So if the author wants, he/she can just self-publish…and get the word out under the radar..Even more primitive, how about an MS Word doc. that circulates around? CAIR will never succeed in banning info. I think I’ll write a book about evil, gross ISLIME and send it around in a pdf doc.

I have also read the book and highly suggest it to you all. It exposes how Cair is ripping off muslims as well as trying to undermine our great country. Lets hope this get the book lots of publicity and that because of the law suit it sells and sells and sells. You might consider writing letters to the editors of your local papers to ask them why they are not covering this story. This is one the lame stream media cannot be allowed to ignore. Let Us set the agenda for the agenda setters :)!

CAIR is spitting into the wind! My copy will be passed around the family.
We will have dinner time discussions. Family gatherings and barbeques will be
a fine time to talk about the book. I think a book report or two will be warranted
for social studies class. I cannot forget my book club, this book will really stir
up debate and dialogue!

Any person who fights harder for the rights of Muslems, Illegals, Mexicans should not be elected to any office in our government. They are not working for the American people as a whole but for their beliefs or their allegience to another country.
We have to get this country back on track. The American people need to be educated as to the infiltration into our Government.

You are right. We have given away all of our rights. Our government is so big that is about to collapse on the people. Our savings are getting inflated and the equity from our homes is being sucked out. There is a flood of refugees coming to our land and we are exporting our natural resources, mainly coal, ore and timber. We are being told to have fait just don’t mention Jesus. It has been said that if we are willing to trade freedom for security we don’t deserve freedom or security. Funny you should mention “allegiances to other country.” See what our framers thought about that.
