Puppet Durbin’s Islamic Supremacist Hearings Tied to Extremists and Radicals

Advancing lies and a grotesque Islamic narrative, Durbin's kangeroo court was a very deliberate manipulaton staged by enemies of the United States.

But Senator Kyl at Durbin's Muslim victimhood hearings said, "Political correctness cannot stand in the way of identifying those who would do us harm"

Republican Sen. Jon Kyl (Ariz.), however, questioned the need for the hearing and suggested one of the groups testifying could do more to cooperate with the government.

"I'm a bit perplexed by the focus" of the hearing, Kyl said, in light of the fact that most religious hate crimes in the United States are committed against Jews.

"The point is, all bigotry is to be condemned," Kyl said. "Selective indignation is not helpful."

Further, it was Kyl who provided the seminal moment at the heairng:

A Muslim Civil Rights Activist told Sen. Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.) that she stands by the advice posted on her Web site that tells Muslims not to speak with the FBI or other Law Enforcement personnel unless a lawyer is present.

Kyl said he was “stunned” that Farhana Khera, president and Executive Director of Muslim Advocates, would “issue those kind of instructions,” given the connection between many domestic terror attacks an…

'Islamophobia' hearings shaped by radical Palestinian
WND Aide to Sen. Durbin organized anti-Israel rallies, tied to Hamas-front CAIR Read more:

A Palestinian activist tied to a Hamas front group helped shape the Senate hearing under way today to spotlight alleged "anti-Muslim bigotry" in America, WND has learned.

In fact, the radical activist is a top aide to the senator chairing the hearing, Democrat Sen. Dick Durbin of Illinois.

Durbin aide Reema B. Dodin – who's in regular contact with the terror-tied Council on American-Islamic Relations – is a Palestinian-rights activist who organized anti-Israel rallies as a campus radical at the University of California at Berkeley.

Commenting on the 9/11 attacks as a leader of the radical Muslim Students Association – which was founded by Muslim Brotherhood members – Dodin explained away the suicide attacks as a tragic but inevitable response to U.S. support for Israel, which she says is "angering" Muslims the world over.

"No one wants to stop and think that these young men, in the prime of their lives, choose to do this to themselves. Why?" she asked in an interview with a campus magazine. "Because now you have three generations of Palestinians born under occupation."

"Maybe if you start to look at Palestinians as human beings," she added, "you will stop the suicide bombers."

Dodin, 30, went on to justify violent jihad.

"Islam does teach that you must defend yourself," she said. "You cannot lie down and allow yourself, your home, your property, your family, and your people to be consistently oppressed."

At the same time, she condemned U.S. strikes against the Taliban and al-Qaida in Afghanistan, complaining that the military was "just going to hit innocent civilians," according to the explosive book "Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Conspiring to Islamize America."

Terror expert Steve Emerson suggested Dodin, who he says sends out emails reflecting the Egypt-based "Muslim Brotherhood's views in the U.S.," is acting as an agent of influence for the Brotherhood's operations inside America and should be fired from her congressional post.

"This is a woman who should not be working as a staff member," he said in an interview yesterday with SecureFreedom radio in Washington.

"Certainly her activism on the staff while she's working for Sen. Durbin is tolerated by him," Emerson added. "And if it isn't tolerated by him, she should be fired."

Dodin in 2001 was among more than 100 protesters calling for the University of California to divest from Israel, according to the "Berkeley Daily Planet." Thirty-two of the demonstrators were arrested when they stormed the largest lecture hall on campus.

Today, Durbin's senior legislative aide points to the election of two Muslim congressmen – Democrats Keith Ellison of Minnesota and Andre Carson of Indiana – as proof Muslims can penetrate "the system" and bring about change from within.

Reema Dodin, recommended the top witness for today’s hearing – fellow San Francisco-area Muslim activist Farhana Khera. Her testimony reads as a misinformation campaign primer: http://judiciary.senate.gov/pdf/11-3-29%20Khera%20Testimony.pdf Deliberately misleading and completely outrageous.
For instance, she says, “Muslims have been an integral part of America since the first slave ships arrived on its shores.” This guilt inducing fact neglects to mention that those Africans were enslaved by Muslim Arabs and forced to convert to Islam before they were sold to the slave traders.
In another instance, she claims (in obvious reference to the Bay People’s opposition to the mosque in Sheepshead Bay), “There have also been efforts to block necessary zoning permits for the construction and expansion of mosques and Muslim community centers. In some cases, the opposition takes the guise of neighbors’ concerns about traffic, noise, parking and property values.” In other words, the neighbors have no right to their concerns, only Muslims are allowed their interests.
The worst of it is the inference that Muslims are suffering the bulk of hate crimes today, which is factually untrue, and yet she demands the government take special measures to protect Muslims.
These are her recommendations:

To combat rising anti-Muslim rhetoric, discrimination, harassment and hate
crimes, Muslim Advocates makes the following recommendations:
1) Muslim Advocates urges members of Congress and all public officials to refrain
from making hateful statements about Islam and the American Muslim
community, as well as to condemn those public officials who engage in hateful
rhetoric or actions. Anti-Muslim bigotry only serves to divide us as a nation
when we should be coming together as one nation to address the many challenges
we face.
2) Muslim Advocates urges Congress to explore amending Title VI of the Civil
Rights Act of 1964 to include religion as a protected class to ensure that religious
communities with diverse racial and ethnic compositions, such as Muslim and
Sikh communities, can be fully protected from discrimination and harassment in
schools.
3) Muslim Advocates urges the administration, particularly the Education
Department, to increase and tailor its bullying prevention resources and
enforcement to the needs of Muslim, Arab, Sikh and South Asian youth, by:
a. Developing tools and mechanisms to educate parents about their rights and
the process for filing complaints;
b. Conducting civil rights compliance reviews of schools with vulnerable
Muslim, Arab, Sikh and South Asian student populations;
c. Promoting programs that educate children on the world’s religions, as well
as on tolerance and respect for those who are different; and
d. Collecting data, especially separate data for race, national origin and
religion, to fully understand the depth and scope of the problem
experienced by Muslim, Arab, Sikh and South Asian American youth.105
4) Muslim Advocates urges the Justice Department to pursue a high profile
investigation and prosecution of an anti-Muslim hate crime case to send a clear,
strong message that hate crimes will not be tolerated.
5) Muslim Advocates urges the Justice Department and U.S. Attorneys to increase
and enhance their engagement with state and local law enforcement to ensure that
all bias-motivated crimes are prevented, detected, investigated and prosecuted.
6) Muslim Advocates urges the Justice Department to encourage state and local law
enforcement agencies to report all bias-motivated crimes to the FBI in order to
facilitate federal investigations and prosecutions when local authorities are unable
to do so and to ensure comprehensive tracking of all hate crimes incidents.
7) Muslim Advocates urges Congress to require the Justice Department to collect
and track complaints received alleging a violation of RLUIPA, including the basis
for the complaint, whether an investigation was opened and its outcome, and to
report this data in six months and annually thereafter to Congress and the public.
(The first report should include a report to Congress and the public on all
RLUIPA complaints received by the Justice Department since the law was
enacted in 2010.)
8) Last fall, Muslim Advocates urged the Justice Department Civil Rights Division
to play a leadership role with other DOJ components and federal agencies,
including the Community Relations Service (CRS), HUD, EEOC, and Dept of
Education, to create a coordinated federal response to the rise in anti-Muslim hate
activities. Muslim Advocates also urged the Attorney General to direct CRS
offices to act immediately to defuse tensions where incidents have already
occurred and in areas where incitement activities are expected to take place.
There has been important progress since last fall. Muslim Advocates urges the
Attorney General and Justice Department to give continued priority attention to
these issues.
9) Muslim Advocates urges the Justice Department to create a Civil Rights Division
hotline and centralized system of tracking complaints and to report this data to
Congress: The current system of filing a complaint with the Division lacks a
centralized place for receipt and tracking of all complaints of civil rights
violations. The current system is also confusing because it instructs members of
the public to file complaints with individual sections or other federal agencies.
The Civil Rights Division should create one centralized hotline and portal for the
receipt, referral and tracking of all civil rights complaints to the Division. This
data collection and tracking mechanism should include race, ethnicity, national
origin and religion categories and sub-categories to ensure that complaints by
Muslim, Arab, Sikh and South Asian Americans can be tracked. The Justice
Department should report this comprehensive data on civil rights complaints to
Congress and the public annually.
10) Muslim Advocates urges Congress to require the Justice Department to report in
six months and then annually thereafter on the above steps and all other actions it
has taken to stem civil rights violations rooted in anti-Muslim hate.
11) Muslim Advocates urges Congress to make the following crucial changes to the
Hate Crimes Statistics Act to promote comprehensive and more accurate reporting
of hate crimes:
a. Mandate state and local authorities to report the occurrence of hate crimes
to the FBI.
b. Specify additional ethnic groups in the Bias Motivation section, under
Ethnicity/National Origin. Currently, the statistics only track “Anti-
Hispanic” and “Anti-Other Ethnicity.” This does not take into account
ethnicities at high risk of being targeted for hate crimes because they are
perceived to be Muslims. There should be a section tracking “anti-Arab”
crimes and “anti-South Asian” crimes.
c. Provide additional specificity in the Bias Motivation section under the
“Religion” section. Sikh Americans, for instance, are frequent targets of
hate crimes because they are perceived to be Muslim.

Something is seriously wrong with Senator Durbin.

In 2012 election, Democrats will get 100% of Muslim-votes by way of Senator Muhammad Dick Durbin.
It may be in the making that many more Democrats will choose to convert to Islam.
Democrats will make sure the Islamization of America, which began under Republican President Ronald Wilson Reagan, continues with American tax-payers’ dimes.

But will President Obama and da DONKEYs get 85% of the Jewish vote again? I will not be surprised. Will he get 95% of their funding? What was the guy holding the last fundraiser for the President, Blumberg or something like that for something like 30,000 a plate. LOL! Will Jewicidal Jews feel cleansed once Israel is wipped of the face of the earth?
People, get out there and spread da word. Like El Presidentee says, get in their faces, but let me add politly of course. We don’t want bloody faces like the SEIU wants!

It is purely collectivism. Man-made law.
Inaccurate. Unreal.
