Once again we look north for leadership with a moral compass. Gd bless Canada. Obama, you shame us, yet again. Canada will boycott a planned antisemitic UN conference on racism in New York in September because it promises to be nothing more than a “hatefest,” directed largely at Israel.

Like the Ground Zero mosque architects, the UN has decided to pour salt in the wounds of still grieving Americans. The crowds at Durban I held high their signs reading: “For the liberation of Quds, machine-guns based upon faith and Islam must be used,” and “The martyr’s blood irrigates the tree of revolution in Palestine.” (more here)
The US should have been the first to take a stand against genocide and apartheid. But Obama won't; he'll be there and drag the US down even further. At some point we all will have to go on a massive apology tour to the free world for Obama. He is a curse on this nation and all lovers of freedom.

Back in the days of Reagan and Trudeau, who would ever have guessed that a few decades later it would be my country of Canada that would show the courage (balls?) to stand up to hate while an American president would repeatedly grab his ankles for the enemy?

Meh. Just more of God’s Time table coming in a quicker pace then what we want it too. The good news and I take refuge in. We win in the End. I mean if you read Revelations. How Islam treats the Christians and all the others kind of co relates to how Christians are treated in that book. Just signs of the end times. Most likely Islam will take over but i have a good feeling it will happen After the rapture of the church because with us Christians in this world, there will be alot ALOT of opposition to everything going down. Mr Anti Christ will most likely claim to be “Allah” and thus demand everyone to bow to him. It kind of fits. The quran is like a anti-thesis to what the Bible is. Satanic at it’s core.

Maybe there’s hope for Canada yet? What was so bad about Canada that you had no hope? Mr. Harper has shown he’s not about to be led down the garden path into dhimmitude, with lies and propoganda. Don’t forget that his life was in peril by the Islamics who wanted to kidnap him and cut his head off. Mr. Harper has a very long memory. As long as he’s in Power in the Government…Islam isn’t going to win many victories for it’s cause in Canada!

I’d bet France, Belgium, Switzerland, England, Germany, Italy, would all follow Canada out the door!

I believe he has said no to sharia courts in Canada. He’s actually doing what he can to stop the Islamic take over of the Country! Perhaps if us Canadians would provide him with information such as Atlas Shrugs stories…he would be much better informed!
I believe, that we can believe him when he says Canada supports Israel!
Have you written Prime Minister Harper and told him you agree with his decision to support Israel and you do not want sharia courts in Canada. Muslim Immigration must also be curbed. If they can’t curb the influx of them , then they send the Muslims to live in Whitehorse or Yellowknife for 7 years.( Bet they’d only spend one winter up North….Tee Hee)!!

Why is it that Americans must always look to the north in search of public servants of integrity and courage? Why do we have such a paucity of similar people here? Does Canada have a monopoly on those willing to stand up to bigotry and anti-Semitism?
As a nation, we Americans are plagued with such mediocrities as the Oblunderer and Sarah Palin, while our northern neighbors have such moral giants as, Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Immigration Minister Jason Kenney.
It is sad to say, but unfortunately, I am not a Canadian; if however I were, I would have a lot more faith in my government, than do most Americans!

It is heartening to see opinion on the UN May I add that there were 3,000 UN forces in Rwanda before during and after the massacres. Kofi Anan ordered them to stand down. Many years ago Katanga province had a Christian pro-west governor and the UN bombed it out of existance to installed a Moscow sympathizer. Not the last time the UN did this kind of maneuver. There are several books out on the UN. Worth a read. Also consider that they have not finished an internal investigation in over a year and reduced the size of this unit. There is no such thing as an ongoing, clean human endevor with out checks and balances. But the UN is above all that. The investigation after the food for oil scandal recommended a a robust OUTSIDE monotoring mechanism. Never happened despite the report outlining how the UN structure itself necedssarily institutionalizes corruption. Unaccountable unelected rulers of the world. Inappropriate. remember that many probably 120 countries sign all those UN treaties because they are fully in hawk to the World Bank, IMF etc for their loans and simply must do as they are told.
